If employees are overworked, under-supported, or underpaid, it shows in the service patients receive. Investing in proper staffing, training, and fair compensation could significantly improve the level of care. When employees feel valued, patients feel valued. Right now, the poor service and lack of organization are driving clients away. That means fewer returning patients, negative word of mouth, and ultimately lost revenue. This is not just a patient satisfaction issue -- it is a business sustainability issue. Both the Round Rock and Pflugerville locations would benefit from a serious review of their management structure, communication systems, and quality control processes.
