I texted Danny, the leader of these renegades, who basically told me that if they couldn't do the job a day earlier, then they would not be doing the job at all. The palm fronds were left at base of the tree, and on my neighbors fence, and my outdoor lights were broken and ripped off the house. If I had not walked the work area and found the torn down lights, the ripped electric wire would have been live when the autotimer turned on in the evening. The hot wire could have electriculted my family or my dogs. The $100 comp to buy the $60 string of lights is not enough for me to remove and rehang the lights from second story and across the yard back to the palm tree in 100 degree weather, requiring me to carry a ladder to second story and out into the garden and at the palm tree. The supervisor offered to not charge service in compensation for the destroyed yard lights. He requested I remove this review and I refuse.
