We really wanted to avoid paying for a plumber because we were worried about the cost. Even though I called later in the day, Joel was more than happy to come out after he finished up a job. Joel arrived within the specified arrival window. He was very through in inspecting the leak, and offered a couple of solutions. We chose to go with the cheaper option, and Joel was able to fix the leak that same day. The service charge was very reasonable, especially given the current state of our economy. I've contacted other contractors, and their estimates were very high. Joel also let us know what other services he provides, so he's pretty much a jack of all trades. He doesn't have many reviews, but the ones he does have are great! I highly recommend giving him a call for your plumbing needs. He's honest, reliable, and his prices are affordable.

At one point, I even had to ask if they were actually interested in my business because responses were so limited and inconsistent. They told me they would stop by yesterday to look at the home, but they never showed up and never communicated any update. I called afterward to see what was going on and received no answer or reply. I understand things can come up, but clear communication and reliability are important, especially when someone is taking time out of their day waiting for an appointment.
