They do a great job with your nails and pedicures. Unfortunately there is a lack of communication. Every time I've gone the price is always different and more than anticipated. I asked for pink & white fill with paint and was told that I needed to remove my nails and get a brand new full set. I chose not to do that and went with a solid bright pink. The next time I went in, today, I planned on getting a new full set but explained I wanted pink & white gel paint not the acrylic powder to be pink & white because I change the colors often. So I got a fill not a full set. I was told to choose the pink color, I asked for a milky pink, but it was too light, so I chose a darker pink. What ever happened to the regular clear pink that used to be used for French manicures? Apparently they don't have it. My nails look beautiful, but I'm disappointed with the color, and I never mentioned my disappointment of the color. I said they're beautiful, thank you and tipped. But I was shocked to learn the pink & white fill cost $55. I didn't realize how expensive a fill is. After I paid and left I asked for the pricing and just fyi the pricing is with an + extra amount, so you never know what your cost will be until after they do your nails and they pick an amount. read more

So I'm from LBC and in LA county a great nail shop is on every corner. It's been hard in the inland empire to find great customer service, bomb shaping and curved nails with bomb shaping. Not saying they're not here it's just been hard to find. So I started stalking shops lol, relying heavily on Yelp and instagram. I was having trouble finding quality nail care for my hands and feet. The staff here did an amazing quality gel mani/pedi

I was really hopeful when looking to try a new place to get my nails done, and I had seen the reviews online that boasted about the place with pictures showing great detail in the nail art via patterns etc. However after getting my nails done there is a lot wrong with them. For starters I asked for a coffin shape with a deep v French style tip to them, with picture. The design turned out more or less how I asked, but there was uneven shaping of the coffin shape ( one side is steeper than the other etc ), not to mention the acrylic is filed past the point of the original nail making it not match up to the original nail bed ( pictures attached ). Additionally no cuticle care was done, the only sort of nail preparation done was a rotary grinder on the nail bed to prep for the acrylic I'm assuming. Additionally, the glue for the acrylics seemed like the cheap generic tube kind you get with temporary press ons from say CVS. So far they're sticking to the nail bed but the glue was seemingly generic which to me is a red flag. Additionally the edges at cuticle are not consistent and there's weird color disparities between the main nail and the base closest to the cuticle. Furthermore the nails do not lay flat on the nail but rather jut up in the air. And lastly there was sloppy filing done under the tip of the nail leaving a groove that makes it hard to grasp things. Naturally things are different with longer nails but the huge gouge makes it impossible to use them as you would a normal set. I hate to be negative but there were just so many different things done poorly. My nails were done by Lily and she said my set would cost $85, and I tipped $20 as I would at any establishment. For $105 this work is unacceptable. TLDR : the design was okay but the nail itself was a mess! read more

I normally have a decent experience visiting but unfortunately this last time I did not. I don't remember the name of this tech but she's young and i've seen that she only does pedicures here. Not only was this young tech who did my pedicure very rough and careless with my feet, she also did not conduct any proper cleaning practices. While my feet are in the water she's rinsing tools off in the water, using old files, a dirty towel, etc. Spraying rubbing alcohol where she cut me numerous times caused the skin around my nail to darken even though I made it known at the time I was in pain. Very disappointed this visit because I normally love getting my nails done there, but unfortunately will not come back since I won't be getting a proper pedicure done. read more

I think this may be a good place to get your nails done, but you have to make sure you get the right technician. I'm not sure of their names, but the young man that sits in the first station as you walk in and the woman next to him look like they do a great job, and they have great customer rapport. Unfortunately, I wasn't lucky enough to work with them. I had a young man at the end of the row. He did my nails twice. One nail broke off a day later, and he fixed it with no problem. But the nails weren't done properly, and I wound up with horrible, deep, dark green nail fungus. I have never had fungus this intense. I removed the nails about two weeks after my last fill, and I don't plan on returning to this particular shop. read more

I found this place on Yelp and saw some pretty decent reviews. I'm a nail tech myself but couldn't get in with my usual independent techs so last minute and definitely have no energy to do my nails myself since I'm 4 days overdue and can go into labor at any moment lol. I texted the number to schedule an appt for me and my little sister for acrylic full sets and luckily got an appt the same day. They were quick to respond and friendly when we arrived. Being a nail tech myself, I'm definitely picky when it comes to my nails. I usually get XL nails but decided to go for a short/medium set since I'll have a baby soon. I went with a simple milky white and tapered square shape. I don't know who my technician was, but she was quick and got my nails done in under an hour. The shaping is pretty good and she didn't file the crap out of my nail bed which is always a plus. My nails aren't too bumpy either and have a decent apex for strength. I don't expect much from nail salons but I can't really complain about this one and might even come back in the future if i need a set done last minute. As for the salon itself, overall it is clean. The desks could be a little more clean and they could work on using new filing bands for each client, but overall it is pretty standard for nail salons and not much to complain about. The prices are also extremely affordable. I paid $50 for my set and my sister paid $75 for a removal + ombré full set. I'd definitely recommend coming here. read more
