Once you challenge them in the extra costs, they act like you should have known everything. They tell you all the important information when it's too late for you to educate yourself so you are stuck going with whatever they say and these are thousands of dollars of upcharges. 2. Lies, told us that prescription was sent to pharmacy when we left. Was waiting at pharmacy to get prescription but pharmacy claims to never have received the order after an hour has passed. Called immediately and said they they have sent it and it might take an hour for the system to update itself. 4 hours later, pharmacy still hasn't gotten the order. Called them back and said that they are waiting for the doctor to send it in. So you blatantly lied to me earlier? Everytime I call them, I'm just expecting some kind of dumb excuse or lie. Don't go to this place. They need to fix their shady business practices.
