He is always friendly and honest, but not mean about it. I feel comfortable when I get my teeth cleaned and my teeth/gums feel great after my appointments. I recently started Invisalign and I see Dr. Pham for Invisalign related stuff. She is very sweet and explains everything. The process has been smooth so far thanks to Dr. Pham.
