I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Lee and the entire Lee Orthodontics team. Everyone is incredibly patient, professional, friendly, and welcoming. Dr. Lee takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure you feel comfortable and confident throughout the treatment process. What I especially appreciate is that the team is not only knowledgeable and caring, but also very reasonable and transparent when it comes to pricing. The quality of care and attention we received has been excellent, especially considering the affordable price. The whole team genuinely cares about their patients, and they make what could otherwise be a stressful experience feel easy and comfortable. I am very happy with my experience and would highly recommend Dr. Lee and Lee Orthodontics to anyone looking for excellent orthodontic care! read more

Dr. Lee is amazing! He has been so accommodating with fitting me in to fix my permanent retainer on multiple occasions and managed to help keep cost low for it. After trying another orthodontist closer to home and not having the same satisfaction I will continue to go to Dr. Lee even if I have to travel further from home to see him. He's truly the best. read more

I cannot recommend Dr. Lee and his orthodontic team highly enough, they truly deserve 5 stars for the exceptional service and care I received throughout my treatment. Dr. Lee is not only an incredibly skilled professional but also an outstanding listener who genuinely cares about his patients. He consistently adapted my treatment plan to align with my specific goals for my smile. His attention to detail, great memory, and cheerful demeanor made every appointment a pleasure. Dr. Lee and his team also went above and beyond to ensure my insurance plans covered as much of the treatment as possible. Thanks to their hard work and persistence, we ended up getting even more covered than I expected, which I am incredibly grateful for. Dr. Lee was also very flexible with my FSA payments, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The office staff are equally wonderful--always friendly, accommodating, and flexible with scheduling. Although I live in Mountain View, I didn't mind the 1+ hour commute to see Dr. Lee. The personalized care I received at every visit was worth it, especially compared to other orthodontic offices in the Bay Area that feel more like assembly lines where you rarely see the doctor. With Dr. Lee, I knew I was in excellent hands at every step of the process. I'm so grateful to the friend who recommended Dr. Lee, and I will happily recommend him to all of my friends and family too! I can't stop smiling! read more

Amazing experience! I had a fixed retainer that lost some part of glue which exposed the tip of wire. and it was destroying my tongue that made me suffer so much pain. I know most orthodontists don't welcome patients treated from other orthodontists. since I had it done far away, and I recently moved to Concord, I didn't have many options. I called Dr Lee to see if I can get help about this. and He happily brought me in for help with no any hesitation! I could quickly get away from this pain by his generous help. Thank you again, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs an orthodontist. read more

The service was good, however, they charge as much money as they possibly can. I don't happen to be rich and they aren't shy about maximum charging. They also did not tell me that they weren't recognized by my insurance. They knew that the first time I went there, but they "forgot" to tell me because they knew that I would go somewhere else. Now it cost me $1000.00 more that I had to give them due to their dishonest practice. read more

I love how the staff get along and seem to have a real family type of bond. Everyone is kind, the doctor is very nice, the office is very clean and they're doing a great job on my son's braces! read more

I lost a few ties to my braces during dinner on Friday night, and my regular orthodontist wasn't available over the weekend. I searched online for an emergency orthodontist, and Dr. Lee's team was the only practice to respond--at 11 PM on a Friday via text, no less--and they worked with my Saturday morning schedule. The office was clean and welcoming, and the staff was friendly, smiling, and polite. I highly recommend giving Dr. Lee a try if you need an orthodontist, especially in a pinch. I wish I'd found them sooner. read more

Super happy with my results from getting my ortho treatment from Dr. Lee. No issues with the whole treatment and D. Lee sure knows what has to be done and we completed my treatment faster than expected. The entire staff are nice and super attentive. Visits were sure and sweet and easy to book appointments with them. Price is reasonable as well. Highly recommend from someone who had a prior incomplete ortho treatment. After finally being able to financially afford braces, I looked on Yelp to find an orthodontist near me and Dr. Lee popped up on my results page. Although the pandemic has slowed down a few businesses, Dr. Lee is always on his feet ready to help his clients. Within 24 hours of texting the number on his website, Dr. Lee himself was able to provide me all details regarding braces treatment and relieved any (and EVERY - I had a lot) questions I asked. He even called me to make sure I understood the procedure and didn't rush me into considering anything. Fast forward: It has already been 4 months and my teeth are already moving so quickly! Also, the office is also extremely clean and well kept. Temperature is taken through an automatic kiosk in the front and you're asked if you have any symptoms before continuing. The receptionists and assistants are always so kind and friendly as well. I highly recommend Dr. Lee's practice to anyone who may be on the edge of receiving braces treatment. He is an adept professional that makes you feel comfortable, welcomed, and satisfied with every visit. read more

Unbelievable service with a smile. My wife and I went to Dr. Lee for wedding cosmetics. Staff was wonderful. Dr. Lee is attentive to details and a pleasure to work with. Dr. Lee is both accomodating and realistic in his recommendations. My wife and I couldn't be happier that we had a Dr. Lee smile for our wedding photos! read more

Very clean and surprisingly stylish office. Have had both a too hard retainer and bottom permanent/bonded retainer for years since I was a kid but needed to get a new retainer after my bonded one broke off. I opted instead for a clear retainer which is similar to Invisalign. Since I don't have orthodontic coverage I was worried it would cost a lot but it was only a couple hundred. Very reasonable and the turnaround time was fast. read more

I'm beyond blessed to have found Dr. Lee. I was searching randomly for a local orthodontist and picked Dr. Lee because he had amazing reviews. I went ahead to make a phone call and shortly after I had braces on! He was very friendly and funny. He listened to my every concern, still does, and walks me through the process every time I'm in the clinic. His staff are amazing, every person knew my name, and the ambiance is pleasant as well! I was frightened to get braces again due to a terrible experience as a teen but he eased me through it. The process was very simple and his flexibility with various modes of communication made it that much simpler. My teeth are already looking good and have amplified my confidence tremendously. I couldn't be any more happier with my decision! PS: I think I was mostly lured in by his array of snacks ;) read more

I was receiving orthodontic treatment at Dr. Lee's office for three years. The office is always clean and smells good. I had seen other orthodontists before but never had a good/comfortable experience. Not only is Dr. Lee (and all the assistants) very professional, but they are fast and efficient workers. Every appointment was on time and done with care. The assistants were always so sweet and even would greet you by name! I genuinely never thought my teeth could look as good as they do now. I thank Dr. Lee and his team for working with me through hard times and making accommodations to fit my schedule!! I would recommend him and his business over and over. My daughter had a wire sticking out from her braces that she has from a different orthodontist. It was really bothering her, and she leaves tomorrow for a wilderness camp in Alaska for 3 weeks. It's a Saturday and our orthodontist's office is closed and a message left on the emergency line was never answered. I called so many different orthodontist offices that were open on Saturday and none of them would see us. When I called Dr Lee's office the woman who answered the phone was so friendly, she put me on hold and asked Dr Lee who said he could see us. We were brought back quickly and her wire was cut and she feels so much better. She will be comfortable now for her trip, and I am so grateful for this office. If I could start over with them here I would, I was so impressed with their service over what we have been getting with our primary orthodontist. At the end, he even offered to see us again if we had another emergency in the future. read more

Dr. Lee is an orthodontic hero. Our daughter was in severe pain from a hertz appliance from another Dr., Image Orthodontics in Pleasant Hill. Dr. Lee kindly saw her on a holiday weekend and removed the device even though she was not his patient. It was a 3 day weekend and I called Image for help to make sure the device was in properly because my daughter's pain was excruciating. It was Friday morning. I left 5 messages and sent two emails. They wouldn't call me back until I threatened to file a complaint with the Dental Board and they wouldn't see her until the office opened on Monday. Dr. Lee saw her Saturday morning and very gently removed the device. She is now a happy patient of Dr. Lee's. read more

I just wrapped up my ortho treatment with Dr Lee. I have nothing but positive things to say about him, his practice and his staff. Dr Lee cares a lot about his patients and their well being. I'd highly recommend Dr Lee for your orthopedic needs. read more

With COVID cases surging again, things are once again becoming very concerning. I'm so glad that, Dr. Lee takes all COVID safety precautions very seriously. He immediately set up air purifiers, non-contact temperature thermometer, and limiting the number of people in the lobby. His office, lobby, and booths are always very clean and sanitized. He and his staff are very conscious on stopping the spread of Covid. Dr. Lee is the nicest person you will ever meet and his staff is always very friendly. The best compliment I can give to Dr. Lee is that I went in for my younger son, and on the second visit, I spontaneously decided to get myself Invisalign. As a Mom, it is a matter of course to take care of my children's ortho needs, as we all know how important great teeth can make an unforgettable first impression, on their job interviews and the rest of their life's firsts. But, in order for me to even think of getting care for myself (which the thought has never entered my mind), I have to first feel comfortable, and know that the Doctor is competent and lastly that I will get the results I wanted at the end. I hit the jackpot with Dr. Lee! He is a great listener, who offers customer service from the heart, matching my needs and extra requests every step of the way. I look forward to seeing the results not only for my teen son, but now also for myself! read more

What an easy experience! I found David Lee's office on google maps because I wanted something closer to home and without looking at the reviews I called him. David Lee himself answered the phone and took his time to answer all my questions and booked an appointment for me the next day! As soon as I walked into the office I felt welcomed. David Lee and everyone working there greeted my daughter and I as if we had been there multiple times. The process was so easy I thought I was going to be there for hours and it only took less than an hour for the whole process. My braces look great and felt no pain nor discomfort while he was putting them on. We have completed phase one of the two-phase treatment when Dr. Led corrected my child's cross-bite. Now my child's teeth look straight and beautiful. We can't wait for the adult teeth to grow in to see Dr. Lee again for phase two. We love to come to Dr. Lee's office because of the comfortable treatment, excellent result, and friendly staff. The braces came in different colors per my child's request. Dr. Lee is very attentive to our dental concerns. He responds to our questions quickly, even after hours. My 1.5 years of Invisalign journey with Dr. Lee is coming to an end, and it has been a truly amazing experience. He is kind, detail-oriented, and professional. I had endless questions throughout the treatment, and he was always patient to answer all of them carefully. I love that I could text him any questions between visits and Dr. Lee himself texted me back or called me with detailed answers every time. He not only listens carefully to what I want to change and makes those changes, but also goes above and beyond to fix the problems that I haven't noticed. Assistants/receptionists have been so kind, and the office is really clean, with wait time always less than 2 minutes, which made me feel welcome during all of my visits. I removed my braces back in High School and was in need of an experienced Orthodontist quick! My friend referred me to Dr. Lee and I am so happy with the results. My pups destroyed my retainers and needed replacements fast. He was able to see me on short notice and completed the molds for the retainers the same day! Dr. Lee is GREAT because he listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable. I mentioned a concern I had regarding one of my anteriors shifting, he suggested adding an "activation spring" to move the tooth forward a little. I thought that was pure ingenuity! GOOOOOLDDDDD. Got my retainers quickly and now my teeth are great! **On a lighter note, wish I can put braces on my dogs that way they can understand retainers are NOT chew toys! read more
