Dear Dr. Eidbo and Team, I would not be able to sleep tonight without expressing my sincere gratitude to you and your wonderful assistant. Today, I came to your office for a tooth implant. Earlier this week, I spoke with a friend who had a tooth implant done by another dentist, and she told me it was extremely painful and that she could not do anything afterward. Naturally, I was very nervous and scared. I arrived at your office around 3:00 PM. I honestly do not remember much before the procedure because I felt both excited and anxious from what I had heard. Your assistant gently numbed the area, and then you administered three injections to my gum. I did not feel pain at all honestly, even a vaccine shot in the arm feels worse. Once I was numb, you performed the procedure. Of course, I felt some sensation, but on a scale of 1 to 10, the discomfort was only about a 4 or less. This was truly an amazing experience for a tooth implant. After everything was finished, I was still numb, but I could talk. I even told you, "Please take care of me for another 40 years. I don't want to find another dentist for the rest of my life." [[HIGHLIGHT]]I also want to mention your assistant. In only three visits, Eric and his compassionate knowledgeable staff performed the work with care, skill, attention to detail, and surprising comfort. And all at an out of pocket cost that I could afford. Other dentists quoted me prices that were 25 to 50% higher. Most dentists refer this kind of work to high priced oral surgeons/specialists, (as did my own dentist). Even the scheduling was smooth, with all the work being done within a 6-week period. This place is amazing! Everyone from the lovely young lady at the front desk to the assistants and hygienists is just fabulous. I recently started the process to have permanent crowns put on my front teeth and they've been exceptional. I got my temporary crowns on and after a short time they began to discolor. When I asked about it, they got me in immediately fix them and I left the office with pretty front teeth again. Oak Gtove is a bit pricier than some other places but this is more than made up for with the exceptional work they do. The kindness and compassion is wonderful. Love Dr.Eidbo and his team This is my second review for Dr. Eidbo. I feel redundant to write a review again because I said everything from my first review. Anyway, I really appreciate him & his team, so I prefer to review again and I hope that if someone is looking for a good dentist will consider to visit him. I have been his patient for 10 years. I did tooth implant, root canal and a crown. Hmm... there might be something else too but I cant remember. I never have to go back for the same problem at the same tooth. Bravo! Today, I had a crown done. I thought... I would pain, I would have to leave work early, this would be one of the bad days! But, I am wrong!! 2-3 hrs after that I did not feel anything. I could even claim that I did not visit the dentist this morning. My tooth, my gum feel just fine! Thanks to his assistant, she did make the crown perfectly fit. Dr. Eidbo took off my fake crown very quickly without pain. I can go on and on with his skill...but you will hate my long comments. To sum up, with my 10 years experience with Dr. Eidbo, I ensure that he is very professional and he can take care of your needs. Others: Parking lot ... easy to park! Hours - if you are an early bird, there is 7 am appointment. Waiting area - wonderful & comfortable with wifi. Bathroom - very clean!! Overall office area - clean & hygiene. Price - I feel reasonable. I checked with my friends, it's a market price Staff - they all are friendly. I feel bad that I cannot remember all their names. I remember Chad though, he is my phone buddy if I have schedule conflict or if I need to ask some random questions. He always gladly to help! I wrote a review here a couple of months ago. I know it was up for at least a few weeks, but I found out today that it has been removed. Why? How? There was no inappropriate language. Suspicious.... Anyway, I'm compelled to reiterate - I do not trust Dr. Eidbo AT ALL. I'm going to be a little vague here to protect my identify from the dentist. I've had more than my fair share of dental procedures done. Same procedures, with at least 3 different dentists in the past, NEVER this bad! Dr. Eidbo injected my mouth with so much anesthetics that I couldn't swallow a drop of water for at least the next 6 hours. Every sip of water I took would drip right out, as if I were irrigating my lips. So sad. And so unsafe! During the next few days, it became clear to me that Dr. Eibdo was far from diligent when he worked on my teeth. Again, I've had the same procedures done many times, I've never had pain beyond the first day or two. This time it hurt for more than a week! I think I have a fairly high tolerance for pain. I might have taken one dose of Motrin in the past, after a dental procedure. This time I was having to take 2-3 doses every day for 5 days! Everyday I was waken from sleep by the pain. No wonder Dr. Eibdo gave me that large dose of anesthetic for the procedure itself - to cover up how much it was going to hurt right away if he didn't! I just can't believe it! And all these other 5-star reviews? I'm wondering if other low reviews also got removed somehow. If you still want to go to this dentist, good luck and take care! I hope you get a better experience than mine! read more

All the staff are so friendly and professional, they treat you as a friend & really make you feel at home, which is hard to do especially at the dentist! By far one of the better people I have met in my life. I have being going to Dr. Eidbo since I was a little girl. I think ever since I was 13 years old and now I am 25! His office staff has always been inviting and kind hearted. Dr. Eidbo truly cares about each and every patient, especially me because I am his favorite! :) Even when I go in for a routine and havent seen him in 2 years, he is still welcoming and understanding. Wow! I had such a great experience this morning at 7:00am. I pulled up to the office parking lot, which was exactly 8 mins from my place door to door, to a very inviting modern office. Immediately I was greeted by two very professional office staff members and was offered coffee (small gestures like coffee goes a long way, even though I did not partake in any). The office was very clean, modern and they use state of the art equipment. My hygienist, Kelly was friendly, professional and very thorough. About halfway thru my cleaning, Dr. Eidbo came in to inspect my teeth and to look at my broken molar. He was thorough and explained how crowns versus fillings works and recommended that I come back for a crown. I was not surprised as my sister, who is also a dentist made the same recommendation. Immediately after my cleaning, I was already rescheduled for a 6-months cleaning and an appointment for my crown next week! I have never said this before, but going to the dentist is no longer a burden! I highly recommend this office if you're in the area. read more

What can I say? I'm a long time fan. I've been with Dr. Eidbo for 7 years. My 6 year old son has been visiting since he was 3, so when it was time for his first exam, he nearly fell asleep in the chair. I had a recent re-treatment to a crown. Nobody wants to have a dental implant but if you need one, this is the place to go! Dr. Eidibo made the experience so much better than I expected it to be. It was quick and nearly pain-free. I didn't even take Advil the next day! It's a dream come true to have a dentist close by that provides great dental care and a staff that provides excellent customer service. Chad does an outstanding job and Michelle is very good at reminders for your appointments. I also get text message confirmation before every visit. When I've had to reschedule, its usually within the week. I travel 2 hours to see Dr. Eidbo because i wouldn't think of going to another dentist. Caroline the hygenist does a great job abs offers a lot of helpful suggestions for keeping your teeth clean between visits. Located in a nice neighborhood, its a very clean and professional office. Dr Eidbo and Staff are amazing. I am afraid to even get into a Dentist chair. I had an emergancy situation recently. They got me in within a half an hour. All they were worried about was getting me out of pain. Their main focus was not MONEY. He was very sweet and made me feel at ease (which is not easy to do). The Assistants are sweet and the Office Manager is awesome. The front desk is super sweet and really worked with me with my Insurance and payments. Everyone in there is great. So disappointed by my experience at oak grove Dental. A basic cleaning is what I went for, and dr. Eidbo tried to tell me that I have three cavities that needed to be taken care of. This was a shock considering I brush and floss at least twice a day. I was hesitant to proceed with dr. Eidbo's recommendation and went to my son's usual dentist for an exam, just to hear what he has to say. After this checkup he informed me that everything looks good, completely contradicting what dr. Eidbo told me. The second dr. also took X-rays to confirm this. The staff at oak grove Dental is quite rude and dr. Eidbo is a crook that should not be trusted. They were basically trying to bully me into getting work done that was not necessary, maybe this is how he pays for his fancy truck. Another thing is, when I was leaving a few of dr. Eidbo's employees were hanging out next to the dumpster in the parking lot chatting it up being loud and obnoxious. And as I was sitting in my vehicle around 3:45 pm I watched the doctor walk to his white truck parked on minert road and lay down on the horn, it sounds like a freight train. Dr. Eidbo is very rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional. read more

First of all it is a really nice dental office and you can watch tv while getting your mouth cleaned. And usually that is the first sign of a flashy hustle type dentist. Nope not here.
