Keep in mind before you make an appointment as new patient with this office, they are closed FRIDAY, SATURDAY,SUNDAY MONDAY. And the last appt is 4:30 pm those days they are open. If you are a parent who only have weekends days off only or 1 day a week off you will see it challenging. read more

The staff is so sweet and friendly they made the process enjoyable; I lived in an orthodontics office as a child and not all of them are created equal. Jackson leaves here feeling very confident and looks forward to his visits. To help my son feel less alone in his treatment I decided to also get Invisalign. Wow, the technology has really come along. The initial appointment was simple and informative. Pro's: - they have a payment plan. - they're very flexible with appointments in case you miss one. - staff is very friendly and self efficient but works well as a team when someone needs help. - all staff and Dr. Taylor is genuinely personable, which makes every appointment comfortable to attend. - they're very knowledgeable about their work. - prior to COVID, Dr. Taylor used to host 'patient movie day / night' at a theatre. As a parent client you get to bring your kids, and as a kid client you get to bring your parents or a friend. - they're very clean!! Cons: - you'll have to wait a few weeks if you miss any of your appointments because they're pretty busy! (Shows how good they are and how many clients they care for). I can tell some parents has been seen by Dr. Taylor and now their children are being seen by him too. This place is family friend and very professional! My family have all been going to Dr. Taylor for years. I was the only one in my family to not get treatment from. Dr. Taylor personally, and only because we hadn't found him yet (and god I wish we had!). My own daughter is now receiving orthodontics from his practice and we LOVE them. I have 4 kids that have all seen Dr. Taylor. Their teeth all now look very beautiful and we are very happy with the results! I trust and highly recommend Dr. Taylor!! He is a perfectionist and very detail oriented. I have had a few bad experiences with other orthodontist where I felt I needed to oversee and help them to see what was wrong or needed to be fixed. In the end they still didn't get it right. Dr. Taylor always knew and made the changes that needed to be done. My kids can now bite down properly and look amazing!! My oldest child is actually treating with an orthodontist in Blackhawk, but we live in Concord. We recently had a pretty bad issue with my daughter's top wire that came loose, but was still connected by a chain to an impacted upper tooth (long story). Anyway, my daughter had JUST had oral surgery the week before in this area and was nervous and in pain. Personally, I did not want her to miss any more school and didn't have the time to drive her out to Blackhawk. I called Dr. Taylor's office to see if they could help. They were so gracious about getting her in. Literally, within 20 minutes she was in the chair and all fixed up. They didn't charge us for the visit or treatment. My daughter loved the practice and felt that the staff and doctor were very welcoming - making her feel very comfortable. I just so appreciated their help and how they jumped into action to fix this unfortunate situation. This is clearly a practice that genuinely cares about their patients. We found Dr Taylor when my daughter needed braces 2 years ago. From the first visit, until the date her braces were off, our experience has been more that "great". we are so please with the whole team, from Dr Taylor, his assistants, to the office staff, everyone is super professional and nice. Do NOT become a patient at this office. all the Orthodontist cares about is money! upon an initial visit he will literally have a 3 minute conversation with you and he's ready to slap some braces on you. regardless to why you're being seen, he will not listen to your needs as a patient, or discuss anything with you in detail! which clearly shows you he could care less. i came in as a severe tmj patient and spent 3 minutes with him before you guessed it braces were put on me. 2 years later, still suffering and now getting second and third opinions i am hearing, learning things that i was NEVER told by good ol Dr. Taylor. just a quick look at my xrays and its obvious what was going on...but he did not care...lets talk his staff, the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL group of women i have ever had to deal with in my entire life! They feel that if a patient has missed appointments, that it gives them the right to treat the person like crap from there on! insane. You are better off going ANYWHERE BUT HERE. read more
