Love the Patino orthodontics team! They are efficient, professional and treat patients ethically. I am a local dentist and recommend Dr. Patino highly. When it came to my own kids there was no question I would trust her for their care. Both my kids came here for Phase 1 braces, my daughter for heavy crowding and my son for crowding plus airway issues that had him snoring and grinding. Within 6 months of treatment I can already see the improvements. My son sleeps soundly and both of them have received expansion to make space for their permanent teeth. In the dental community Dr. Patino is well respected and considered one of the best. So lucky to have her close by and truly thankful for her and her team! read more

5 STARS!!! I am a local pediatric dentist and refer my patients to Dr. Patino for the past 10 years. So when it's time to take my own kids to the orthodontist, Dr. Patino was one of our top picks to get a consult. The front office was extremely pleasant and the check in process was efficient. The back office assistants were proficient and worked well with my anxious kids. Dr. Patino herself explained everything very clearly and answered all of my questions. We will be returning to the office in 6 months for another consult/observation appointment. read more

We've been going to Dr. Patino close to a year now for our daughter. Since our very first visit we have felt welcomed and cared for. The entire staff is always helpful and courteous. Dr. Patino is always very kind and has made herself available whenever we've had questions or concerns. We also love that the office is open on Saturdays, with school aged kids who need consistent appointments, it completely relieves the stress of taking off work or pulling kids out of school. The transformation of our child's teeth from a year ago has also been amazing to see. We couldn't be happier! read more

This place was horrible to me and my kid. We paid up front or I would have left way sooner than when the braces were off. They don't care about patents only money and getting you out as fast as they can. I really didn't like the Ortho doctor at all, rude and self absorbed- no time to talk even though we paid thousands! read more

Both my kids have gone here. Dr Patino is great! She is super friendly and informative. She made great recommendations for both of them in regard to braces or Invisalign, making their time with them go smoothly and easily. The staff is also very nice and helpful. They were extremely helpful in dealing with my insurance. I highly recommend! read more

I'm extremely impressed with Patino Orthodontics in every way. Dr. Patino is amazing and so is her staff. My daughter was very hesitant to get braces and after the very first visit, she felt so comfortable and excited about the process. Her teeth are looking beautiful already and we aren't even done the treatment yet! Separately, I decided to move forward with Invisalign and I'm extremely happy with the results thus far. The pricing was incredibly fair and my teeth are also looking great! I wish I had done this years ago! read more

Great and knowledgeable staff. I needed a new Invisalign retainer since I lost my last one. But my teeth had shifted to the point I needed a few new sets. Dr patino and her crew made quick work of my situation and got me the Invisalign I needed all while working with my insurance. I highly recommend read more

Dr. Patino and staff are the absolute best!! We've been seeing Dr.Patino for the last 5 years. My older son finished his treatment 1.5 years ago, and then my youngest son has been receiving treatment from Dr.Patino for the last 2 years. I'm so pleased with my son's treatment so far. Doctor Patino is so thorough and very personable. I just love how she really gets to know her patients. Also, what makes this office so special is that all the assistants and front office staff are all so pleasant. But, I would like to send a special shout out to Lilly, because she has been my kids R.D.A. for the last 5 years. This review is long overdue. My son has been seeing Dr. Patino for a few years now, and I can say she is one of the best at what she does. We drive a bit of a distance just to see her. From day one, her staff has been so easy to work with and finds times that work in our schedule. My son is very sensitive to doctors working on him, and he is so comfortable with Dr. Patino and her staff, he has never once had an issue. The doctor is so understanding of his needs, she's gentle when working on him, and always explains what she's going to do before she does anything. If we have any questions, Dr. Patino is great at responding to us and addressing any concerns. The office is very nice and clean, which I appreciate. We are grateful we found Patino. read more

I read the reviews before coming to this office, and decided to begin my Invisalign treatment with Dr. Patino last year. While I am still on my way to having perfect teeth, I have already seen such a major improvement within a few months. Dr. Patino and her entire staff are very welcoming and professional, by far the best dental office I have been to and I used to work in dental for years! If you are looking for an orthodontist that cares about her patients, is extremely knowledgeable and has incredible staff, this is the place to go. I don't even mind commuting the 45 mins because the service is so great. Definitely recommend this office for any orthodontic treatment. read more

If you need an orthodontist go nowhere else except this place I strongly suggest it, Aurora and her staff are very professional and they're very thoughtful even sent me a birthday card on my birthday. I love my new braces and I love the fact that she knows what she's doing. she uses terms and then she breaks it down and explains what she's talking about. she gives you a description of what she is doing and planning to do so that you understand step by step her process. I was referred to another Orthodontist for Invisalign treatment. I wanted to get a few more opinions, and so glad Patino Orthodontics showed up in my search :). The office is immaculate, and efficiently ran by Dr. Paninto and team. They're friendly, professional, and always get back to me in a timely manner to thoroughly address my concerns, no matter how small. I recently finished treatment and will be wearing my retainer full time for the next 6 months. I have called a couple of times, and know I can still count on Dr. Patino and her team. read more

My family saw their canopy at the Kid's Fest in Concord back in May 2015. I think the price of their treatment package is good. I waited the following year for our open enrollment to increase our coverage for braces before signing up. We are still within the treatment process and so far have no complaints. Dr Patino has a great staff to work with. Plenty of parking space for customers. Their office smells fresh, clean restroom and a little area for tv to preoccupy the kids. I highly recommend this place for orthodontic treatments. read more

Patino Orthodontics has done wonders throughout the past couple years with the task of fixing my teeth. I initially went in to close a gap between my two front teeth and just after a few appointments I was already able to see results. The workers are also very diligent and specific while explaining everything so I felt very comfortable with the process all the way through. I definitely recommend Patino Orthodontics to anybody looking to get their teeth fixed, it will for sure leave you wanting to smile read more

Love Dr. Patino and her staff. Was referred to her office by my general dentist for my son a couple of years ago. They have always been very professional and accommodating. Last year I fell behind in a couple of payments due to the chaos of COVID and they never haggled me or made a big deal about it...My son is now nearing the end of his treatment and is moving on to retainers...Now it's my turn and I couldn't be more excited to start my treatment. Recently I had my first consultation and was able to get everything started for invisalign, I'm exited because I know my results with look great! I would absolutely recommend Patino Orthodontics! read more

My old night time Invisalign retainers certainly needed to be replaced after years and years of wear and tear. I came here to Patino and they replaced both of them for a very reasonable price. Kind staff that take pride in their work and services. Very flexible appointment times. My husband and daughter had their ortho consults here and the staff are very welcoming and helpful. I like how they have books, lollipops and a tv with kids movies in the waiting area. They give you a tour of the office also, which is really cool, and they make you feel comfortable. The owner/Orthodontist is very knowledgeable and thorough with her examinations and explanations of the consult and procedures you will need and the financial advisor explains everything with insurance and out of pocket expenses, so everything is pretty straight forward. I didn't have a problem understanding anything when we went. I'm glad we'll be doing our ortho services with them. I feel very confident that my family will be in good hands. read more

Teeth are looking great! Couldn't be happier with the results already, and I'm only 8 months into treatment.

I've been to several dentist in my life and orthodontist, and not any of them has shown more attention to my teeth then dentist Doctor Aurora. She listens to you very well she's very tentative to what you would like to do and her staff is the image of herself , very professional from the front door to the back door .! everyone is very intuned in what they are doing. she runs a staff that is very sufficient and they do a very good job of listening to greeting you. I have always felt very comfortable there, I've seen many many different races of people coming to get services and I just happened to be a black man. patino orthodontics is the go to orthodontics I am very satisfied with the process of my teeth I'm not done with the procedure as of yet , I'm Midway through it but what I'm seeing I love. my teeth are coming along perfectly, I dealt with laclinica and also Western dental and I am more satisfied with Aurora and her professional staff than these other two entities. Patino orthodontics also has a payment plan for those of you can't afford to pay everything up front for orthodontic work... And in the end I would give a six stars for Dr Aurora patino and her staff....... read more
