The staff are super friendly and kind! Our 11 year old really likes all the incentives and games they offer.

I can't say enough good things about our experience with Mt. Diablo Orthodontics. Both of our children recently finished braces, and we're so happy we chose MDO. The staff is always welcoming and upbeat, and they do a great job making kids feel comfortable--our kids never dreaded appointments. Dr. Reichhold, Dr. Vargas and staff are thorough and take the time to explain what's happening and what to expect. The whole team communicates really well with expectations for the patient and provide detailed updates. Everything was organized and clear throughout the process. I also really appreciate how much Mt. Diablo Ortho supports the community. You can tell they care about more than just running a business. They genuinely try to be a positive part of the community they serve, and it shows. read more

Our daughter has been coming here since her pediatric dentist recommended them. Friendly staff easy to book appointments. Office staff is very helpful if there is a line they make sure there is no wait and having us checkout and book another appointment. Staff and Doctors explain everything in detail and answer all question before she had her braces put on. Love going into such a friendly office for the care of my daughter's teeth. read more

Hi, I am an elven year old patient and I totally recommend this place. The staff are always very good at listening to my questions and always help however they can. They also make coming to the orthodontics fun by giving the opportunity to earn points for free gift cards. My mom says that they are flexible on their appointments and are always understanding!10/10 read more

Mt. Diablo Orthodontics has been fantastic for our family. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the office is spotless, and they took the time to create and clearly explain the orthodontic plans for both of our kids. The rewards program is a fun bonus that keeps the kids motivated with their orthodontic care. We especially appreciate the doctor's attention to detail. A calcified lymph node was identified in one of our kids, something we never would have known about otherwise. Thankfully it wasn't serious, but it speaks to how thorough they are. Highly recommend! read more

The Dream Team Behind My Son's Confident Smile! From the moment we walked into Dr. Vargas's office, I knew Julius was in the best hands. Choosing Invisalign for my son was a big decision, but thanks to this incredible team, it became one of the best decisions we've ever made. Dr. Vargas is not only brilliant and skilled, but also kind, patient, and genuinely invested in each patient's journey. He took the time to explain the Invisalign process in a way that Julius could understand, and never once rushed us through a visit. His calm and positive energy made every appointment smooth and stress-free -- for both of us! And the staff? Absolutely phenomenal. Every single person we've interacted with has been welcoming, professional, and truly caring. From the front desk to the assistants in the back, they treated Julius like family -- always remembering his name, his school, and even cheering him on during his treatment milestones. It's rare to find a team that makes your child feel seen and valued beyond just being a patient. Julius now has a confident, glowing smile -- and even better, he enjoyed the journey to get there. Thank you, Dr. Vargas and team, for not just transforming his smile, but for making every step of the process feel exciting, empowering, and full of support. If you're looking for an orthodontic office that's in a league of its own -- this is the one. We are forever grateful! read more

Amazing group! Excellent doctors, staff, and office. After a great experience for my daughter, we are going back for my son.

Walt from Walt's Adventures here today in a different place. Instead of a restaurant, I today am reviewing Mt Diablo Orthodontics in Concord, California. This office is far more than they appear. They are not simply a group of people in an office but are, in fact, specialists in their field. They put customer service as their top priority and if I were ever to attain braces or retainers, there is no other place in the Bay Area that I would trust for my oral health. Mt Diablo Orthodontics truly gives you a smile. read more

I highly recommend Mt. Diablo Orthodontics! I'm more than half way through my treatment & I've enjoyed every visit! I started my treatment at age 20 & felt a little uncomfortable with the thought of getting braces at a later age than normal, but all the staff have made the process so easy & comfortable. It's been so cool seeing my teeth change over the last few months, I'm so very excited for my end result! The pain will be so worth it!! Every time I walk into the office the staff are uplifting & caring. I always recommend this office when others ask about my ortho journey. This practice really exceeded my expectations. The office is clean and bright, modern and comfortable. The medical staff are warm and friendly with good "bedside manner" with my prone-to-be-silly son. The people at the front desk are efficient and professional, as well as personable. My son's results have been excellent so far. Setting up billing was easy. Great location, easy parking. They had a super fun "patient appreciation" movie event, too - they clearly appreciate their patients and the employees seem to like it there, which means a lot to me. I've recommended several friends to the practice and they've been happy too. Highly recommended! read more

We are an existing Mt Diablo Ortho patient family and we love this office. My 8 yo daughter is currently an Invisalign patient and we just met with Dr Vargas to discuss the ortho needs of our 19 year old son who is in need of a 2nd phase treatment. he received his phase 1 treatment close to 8 or 9 years ago and we have been waiting until he stopped growing to move into phase 2. We knew he was going to need a 2nd phase and he will ultimately need some additional work down the road, but we are so grateful to Dr Vargas and Gaby for all the time they spent educating us and providing us with all the necessary information. it was a lot all at once. We have become friends with everyone in the office and our kids feel very comfortable with the staff. we are thankful to have such a good relationship with this office. read more
