Cute little coffee with what I'm pretty sure is the best coffee in town. My latte was perfect.

Revel 77 Coffee - Raspberry scone Pour Over--Rose Garden Gesha

Walked into Revel 77 Coffee and immediately felt it--modern, sleek, clean... but with just enough…read morepersonality to make it stand out. The kind of place you don't rush through... you settle into. Took the barista's recommendation--and yeah... she nailed it. That Rose Garden Gesha? First inhale hit like strawberry shortcake--sweet, inviting, almost addictive. Then the sip... strawberry comes alive, and just when you think you've got it figured out, that papaya slides in on the finish smooth and effortless. That's a confident cup right there. And then the pairing stepped in... That raspberry scone didn't just sit on the plate--it played its role. The tartness sharpened the fruit in the coffee, the sweetness softened the edges... and together? Ridiculous. Every bite pulled you back to the cup. Every sip sent you back to the scone. That's not chance. That's intention. Between the coffee, the pairing, and the atmosphere, this was one of those moments you wish you had more time for... Because one round? Nah... this deserved two.

I highly recommend the pumpkin spice latte - so good, not too sweet 10/10 fall vibes. I cannot wait to try other syrups and specials. Everyone loved their lattes!! The inside has a decent amount of seating, very modern and open area - natural lighting - and there are two picnic tables outside within the parking lot area to sit at.

Hatch Beaker + Burr -- Spokane, WA…read more Midweek in Spokane and I was not expecting to walk into what felt like a warm hug disguised as a café. Wednesday morning. Doors open. Immediate vibe shift. Warm. Vibrant. Eclectic mix of humans scattered throughout -- laptops open, friends mid-laugh, someone clearly pretending to work. The energy felt alive without being chaotic. That's a sweet spot. The woman who served us? Absolute pro. Friendly with everyone. The kind of person who makes you feel like a regular on your first visit. Easy to talk to. Zero rush. Hospitality done right. We grabbed a solid-sized table for the group while one of the crew made a pastry run. Strong team execution. Now for the order: Iced latte. Almond milk. Honey. My control beverage. My combine drill. It was exactly what I expected -- smooth, balanced, no drama. And somehow... it tasted better because of the room. Setting matters. Coffee absorbs vibes. That's science.* (*Not verified.) This is one of those places you can: * Meet friends for breakfast * Post up and "work" for 4 hours * Or grab a quick coffee before pretending you're not late Would I come back? Absolutely. For the coffee, yes. For the vibes? Immediately. If you're visiting Spokane, this is a must-stop. No overthinking required. Rating 4.3 / 5 Açaí Berries Breakdown * Taste: 4.2/5 * Vibes: 4.7/5 * Service: 5/5 * Sit-All-Day Potential: High Current Status: Spokane Approved Lesson Learned: Coffee tastes better when the room feels right. Next Stop: Back to bowls. Always. -- The Açaí Guy

I wanted to get a latte with maybe a seasonal flavor. Was disappointed with their flavor selections. I asked if they have holidays flavors and they said no. They had pumpkin spice only. Ended up just getting a chai. It was fine tasting, pretty average sweet chai. Was also $7.50 for a 16 oz chai which is steep.

Every contact I've had with Grain Shed employees has been more than pleasant; they truly seem to enjoy working there, and take good care of their customers. I need to shout out to Toby and Audrey before I go on. They each provided 110% on customer service, being personable and making sure we left happy. On 2 separate trips to Spokane, I've visited the Grain Shed 3 and 4 times over the course of 3 days (yes, if you do the math, I went twice in 1 day, and the restaurant was NOT just around the corner!) Everything I've tried is delish, but in case you have to limit yourself, I highly recommend the OG, the beets and feta toast, the bread flight with sauces and cheese, the molasses ginger cookie, and maybe a chocolate croissant. I've heard their bread pudding and pumpkin pie (holiday special) are out of this world! I tried to get over to listen to their live music before leaving town, but still need to squeeze that into my schedule. Travelers: save space in your luggage for a loaf of bread. Sadly, no shipping at this time, but I'm waiting for it! This SoCal resident is officially The Grain Shed's #1 fan. I dare any of you to try to take away my title!

The Grain Shed does a farm to table model and is a bakery and brewery. I got a snack here along with a beer and left quite satisfied. I got a Grilled Cheese Sandwich on some of their house made bread with some Cheddar, Swiss and Provolone cheese. The exact name for this sandwich is the Cheesy Toastie. And of course moving on to the beer... the primary motivator to come here. I got the Kölsch beer here called Field Trip. I do love a good Kölsch as they are nice, light bodied beers. And they are especially nice in the summertime. Flavor features in this beer is maltiness, breadiness, a bit of hoppiness and a dry finish. Another beer that Steve and I tried was the INWPA which was a Pale Ale. It was also a nice light bodied beer which again hit the spot despite it being a different drinking session. Flavor characteristics in this beer is citrus, a yeastiness, hoppiness and a biscuity trait. Good beers and sandwiches and we are aiming for a return whenever we are in Spokane again.
