Note only Kirstie, but all of the teachers too are committed to the students and create a very positive learning environment. OK so let me first say that I have called this company several times to find out information about…read morethe classes they offer. I feel it is important to check service levels not only by using the service, but "interviewing" the potential service provider. Each call resulted in ok service over the phone until this last one. I called CC & Company because I heard that they were one of the best in the area. I think the key here is "in the area". Does not mean best of the best. The classes are not actual dance classes for the little kids. Creative Movement is not something I am interested in. My children can get that at a day care. I want a dance company to provide REAL dance classes. They say that they are not able to teach kids so young. Well I could put well over a thousand youtube links that say that yes younger kids can be taught and be exceptional. Just disappointing that the daytime classes are not available and the variety is truly not there. When I asked the person on the phone for a referral of a studio in Raleigh that taught classes during the day for 4 year olds, she told me that she did not know of any other studios. This company has been open for how long and they don't know of any other companies. Just a tip. Customer service is not just about getting customers to buy from you, but being able to provide them what they need. That is what brings lifetime customers. I say CC & Company needs to really step it up and get with the market of younger children and the talent they have. Get on the same level as Disney, America's got Talent, youtube, and many others who recognize that there is talent before 5.

One of Nina's assistant is as bad because she helps certain dancer's and disregards the others especially with getting ready for solos or competitions. She was super excited except the place I found was full! After googling dance dynamic, they had spaces. They were super friendly! They let my daughter borrow tap shoes and said if she was interested they could recommend a place and brand. The teachers were great and gave the kids one on one attention. The only downfall was I didn't like the small window and the blinds were down but open. It made watching the class hard.

From the moment I walked into the studio and asked about the program i got such a warm feeling. It felt like they genuinely cared about every student and knew the families. Just so happened the person I spoke to ended up being her teacher for tap! Ms Eileen is so engaging with this group of 3-4 year olds!! I later found out she taught preschool for 14 years so I feel my daughter is in great hands. She makes it fun each week. They really learn too. "Mr. David" (office manager) greets everyone with a smile as if he is welcoming us to his home every week. He has been more than accommodating with tuition dues and flexible. The choreography is super cute and changes just often enough to keep you on your toes! With elements of ballet and jazz, plus strength training at the end, this class hits on all levels. Then I came across The Dancer's Workout! This class is geared toward former dancers and incorporates elements of ballet, jazz, and pop. It's high energy and a great workout! My daughter attended for an entire year, and i never met the owner. The teachers never communicate with parents and the staff in general is not very warm or welcoming. As a new parent there were many procedural things that I was unaware of, and did not know who to ask. The only positive about this place is their all-inclusive tuition packages. Your monthly installment covers classes, costumes, 4 recital tickets, 2 recital programs, & a t-shirt. It is one of the cheapest in the area but I guess you pay for what you get.
