It didn't stand out in uniqueness but it was yummy :) this one was a little harder and crumblier than the Biscoff cookie, but now I wonder if it was just old or dried out... Pistachio brittle/toffee cookie (3/5)-- wasn't a fan of this one, as the taste was a bit off (either a little bitter or maybe artificial tasting?) and the brittle chunks were super hard, super sweet , and super sticky (like butterfinger filling but less melty!). The chunks were tasty (and veryyy sweet), but I had to pick them out and eat the separately since it didn't pair well with the cookie texture for me.
