Prices range from about $2.99 to $39.99 for most items (clothing, beauty, handbags, shoes, decor, storage) There are always some shoes and handbags that are greater prices, but they are fairly high end designers, so it's to be expected. They have all the latest trends as well, but there is also stuff from last year, so watch out! The customer service is decent. The employees definitely aren't mean, but they don't go out of their way to be friendly either. They are mainly efficient which is nice because sometimes there can be a bit of a line. The store is often disorganized, but not overwhelmingly so. It's usually because customers put things back in the wrong places. (C'mon, help them out a bit!) Sometimes it's good because you can find hidden gems, things you didn't even know you wanted! Overall, this is a great place to shop. Good quality designer items for fantastic prices definitely makes up for what it could be slightly lacking in customer service and organization.

Beware of this store -- hopefully Ross management can do something to help this store. While here, 2 different parties escalated to a v Ty young manager, who didn't seem interested in helping. This is my 3rd time at this location, each time hoping something will improve. It hasn't.

The bathrooms are decent but could use an upgrade. The fitting rooms are clean and well-lit and the cashiers are cordial. All in all, this location is my go-to and the selection is decent.

The Black Friday deals were decent, they were similar to deals they have during the fall/winter season. Due to Kohl's being packed the dressing rooms were limited so we waited to try on clothes. I don't like that they closed down some of their dressing rooms, I hope they bring them back. Apart from their sales, their coupons and kohl's cash are good incentives to return.
