I am also pleasantly surprised by the number of dresses they stock (way more than similar stores like Ross and Marshall's). Anything you are tempted to look for on Amazon, get here instead, and it will be cheaper and of much higher quality. I am extremely pleased with the glass mugs, bath towels, soap dishes, and cutting boards I picked up this year. I also found a lovely dress for family pictures. The cashiers are careful about wrapping and bagging my breakable purchases. What not to love: All Home Goods/TJMaxx (and nearly every "discount" store I have ever seen) are a mess - too many items stacked on the shelves, and bargain hunters dishevel everything even more rooting through the stock. This one is probably worse than average; be prepared to dig through piles to make your finds. This location is awful when it comes to wait time at the checkout. It was much better during my last visit, with many more cash registers open (so maybe they are improving?), but my first two visits necessitated 45 minutes of standing in line at the checkout. Ridiculous. Overall: Home Goods/TJ Maxx stock amazing bargain items, but if you have the option, there are better locations.

I had purchased a couple of Christmas dog toys online that totaled $6 and a mattress topper. I had to stand in line to pick these up. This Kohls is in a convenient location, which is right near Kroger (in case you need to pickup something for supper).

I headed to the clearance section and found a super cute sweater. Even though it was on clearance I was able to use my digital Kohl's coupon to take 15% off the already lower price. So basically I got a sale on top of a sale. I enjoy shopping at Kohl's. For me the dresses, handbags and children's clothing are a huge hit. Kohl's is one of my favorite places to shop and their rewards program is pretty fabulous.

Overall, the store was organized and well-maintained. The shelves were in order and neatly stocked. They had good values on most things, and some had amazing deals. Though even with that it is still pricey. Two shirts even with a discount was $45 with the change rolled up for food bank donations. So not somewhere I would shop regularly, even though they have some amazing items. Staff is friendly and helpful but can be really pushy when it comes to the deal. This last time I was there i really was only there for this one $28 shirt. I had all 3-4 employees stop me when looking around for the sake of looking around to make sure I knew to pick up a second shirt for that % off which bumped me up to that $45 when I found something for my daughter. The previous to that time I resisted the urge to buy a second, and as I was checking out I was asked 3 times if I was sure I didn't want to find a second item for % off. I know they are in the business of making money but it's a little much sometimes in this particular stores when you are normally an introverted shopper.

The store itself is huge with a wide variety of selection for both male and female customers. Most of the women's section is located on the left side of the store, however they do have a couple more purses in the back next to the men's section. The staff was very attentive and constantly checked to see how we were doing. I really like that they had a section to customize your bag and add a few charms and other items to make it extra special. Overall a really amazing experience, and I will definitely be coming back!
