This store has a great location on Denton highway, next to Overstock Furniture and World Market. But this store is dirty, unkept, poorly managed, and poor inventory. Beware of this store -- hopefully Ross management can do something to help this store. While here, 2 different parties escalated to a v Ty young manager, who didn't seem interested in helping. Checker personnel would walk away from their registers without a replacement, leaving a Returns Checker to try to handle the checkout lines. This is my 3rd time at this location, each time hoping something will improve. It hasn't. read more

I have becoming here for years and I've learned with Ross you usually get what you pay for. The shopping carts are a hit or miss in terms of the wheels being stuck or squeaky. I usually go weekday mornings and there are barely people there. However on the weekends it does get busier, there are usually one or two people working the register. Recently I've noticed a pile of trash left there in the front of the store and I'm not sure why that's not disposed of. There are plenty of places to park and they have new inventory every day. All in all, Ross is a decent store and I enjoy shopping here. read more

Hmmmm. Middle of the day on a Friday. Lines starting to form. Cashier turns off her light and goes on break. The lines get longer and only the customer service desk cashing people out. Store probably had 25-30 people shopping plus people in line. And only 2 employees were visible. Customer service desk cashing people out and the girl who plays loss prevention greeting people. I like getting good deals but I don't like the inconvenience of standing in line at Ross when the one and only cashier is slow and works without any sense of urgency. read more

I'm sure you all know the discount clothes store option in DFW. Well when I need a pair of shorts, or a sweatshirt, or a pair of jeans for working outside, I'll stop in whichever discount clothes store is closest. Well last week this was the closest and I found a couple of sweatshirts that will get the job done. The place was a mess from all the frantic Christmas shopping, but the staff was friendly and not too frazzled, and I managed to get in and out with minimal effort. This is also a good location for other shopping options (World Market, books, sporting good, pet supplies, office supplies and even a few food option too). read more

I shopped there today and even though the store was in good shape; when it came time to checkout I had to get an employee's attention to get me checked out, even though there were 3 employees at the service desk, with only one helping a customer, and 2 employees at the front sorting clothes on racks. They noticed me standing there yet made no attempt to help me. The only reason I'm giving feedback is because I'm in customer service and these little things make a huge difference; help your customers first and zone defense in between. read more

There's no doubt about it, Ross beats almost every store out there as far as prices, especially for their designer brands. Prices range from about $2.99 to $39.99 for most items (clothing, beauty, handbags, shoes, decor, storage) There are always some shoes and handbags that are greater prices, but they are fairly high end designers, so it's to be expected. They have all the latest trends as well, but there is also stuff from last year, so watch out! The customer service is decent. The employees definitely aren't mean, but they don't go out of their way to be friendly either. They are mainly efficient which is nice because sometimes there can be a bit of a line. The store is often disorganized, but not overwhelmingly so. It's usually because customers put things back in the wrong places. (C'mon, help them out a bit!) Sometimes it's good because you can find hidden gems, things you didn't even know you wanted! Overall, this is a great place to shop. Good quality designer items for fantastic prices definitely makes up for what it could be slightly lacking in customer service and organization. read more
