Staff: There one employee here was really nice. Didn't get his name though. Quality/Quantity: The store is about 1/4 the size of the one in El Toro so less options. However, it is a cute, clean, well organized, and worthy store. Many different options of your favorite items from Japan. Value: Pricing here is in line with what you'd expect. Overall: It is a nice store that I would visit again if in the area.

There are several Daiso stores around Arcadia (mall, here, or temple city) and I usually would come to this one for many reasons: 1. There's lots of space in the parking lot (Burlington is closed so the lot on the second floor is plentiful) 2. Starbucks/Vons/Panda Express in the same plaza 3. Store isn't as crowded and more variety of selections There are usually two or three staff present, they are very friendly, and just like every other Daiso store sales are final (stamp on the receipt). For value, the prices vary if there's a yen price on the sticker. Entering without a yen price will cost a 1.75$. I usually find what I need at this Daiso and off you can't find it you can ask a staff who can help you locate the section it's in or they check the back to check their inventory. Super helpful. The things I'd come here for are their selection of cute food packaging and cooking products (bento making supplies), various decorative bowls and plates, and their huge selection of Disney products! I also do live their snack aisles, love their different drinks, candy, ramen, and crispy snacks/chips! Sometimes they have a 1$ special on snacks or other perishable food that are still good but about to expire. Overall, great Daiso. No public restrooms though so you can walk to a nearby restaurant or Vons in the same plaza for restrooms.

Quality/Quantity - Good size location. Actually pretty big. Unfortunately nothing my wife and daughter needed. And of course nothing I wanted. Current promotion - 75% off Halloween merchandise; did not apply to us. Atmosphere - On the top floor of the mall. Plenty of parking, see picture. Actually, I told my daughter we should be parking up here when eating at this mall to avoid all the aggressive bad drivers. Also, do not leave anything that might look valuable in your car; see pictures. Open 7 days a week from 10am to 8pm or 9pm. See pictures. Service - N/A. Price - Inexpensive, but you get what you pay for. Japan's version of a "dollar" store. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1977 and with 5500+ worldwide locations.

One of my favorite Daiso in my area I like to shop in. They usually have just what I need without me needing to checkout other Daisos. The workers here are always friendly to me. Last time I went to buy a few items, someone was buying a ton of stuff so it was obviously gonna take awhile, turned out they now have self checkout now and the cashier redirected me to use that instead of waiting. So efficient now! There was one time I overheard a customer trying to ask for help looking for something but in Mandarin, worker at the time was Japanese and tried to talk to her in English but customer didn't understand. Despite the language barrier, the worker was still patient and tried to help the customer. Kudos to her. :)

I purchased this item yesterday, my daughter accidentally purchased 2 of the same character. So I went in to exchange for the correct character. At the managers discretion they declined my exchange. I like to support businesses that accommodate their customers. Unfortunately this store was not able to help my very small issue of $2.50. They could have, but they chose not to accept my exchange for the same exact item but with a different color. My weekly spend is $150 however it's time to visit another store! Customer Service Matters!

Went into daiso the other day to get some snacks and look at their sanrio section which has a lot of cute stuff but it's very very overstocked. Couldn't get one product out without the rest of them falling and some of the items are hidden behind each other. Will be going to other daiso stores since their sections are more organized

I love Daiso and im shopping from them so often! This one is very busy but the customer service was lackig yesterday. One cashier and it was a huge big long and she didnt call for help! They didnt have self check out they turned the other two screens for customers to help themselves! I didnt like it because there was people behind me super close to me and i didnt feel the privacy! Also it wasnt bags to put my stuff in it! Also, the cashier was helping two ladies for so long time specially that two ladies instead of paying they were chatting together in the long line behind them! I also had questions about my shopping list because i wasnt able to find so many itemd in my shopping list but there werent anybody in shopping floor to help! Its a big store and by saying this they have big selection of everything! Value wise its Daiso i dont like the way that they are pricing their items! You take your products and you should check the price to see how much you should pay in dollar! For me, its wasting of time and it makes our life miserable specially that they go prices like 300/400 Yen... when i shop i like to be relax but this part makes shopping stressful! Just imagine on the item it shows 300 yen...JK! Sometimes you forget its not 300 dollar... Daiso itself is 5/5 but the customer service was lacking!

Located where Burlington used to be. They have a really big parking lot, and it's really quiet. They have a good selection of magnets here, which was exactly what I needed. Service was good.

I've always loved daiso for their cheap and random stuff. There's usually assorted cool stuff that you can get here like Christmas ornaments or picture frames for cheap. Common necessities comes at a reasonable price here as well. Arcadia Daiso is no different and can be found in the upstairs parking lot of Burlington coat factory.

It's Daiso, what's not to like about this store! Granted things used to be $1.50, but lately it has creeped up to $1.75 on most items. Hard times these days! This Daiso is kind of hidden. It's next to Burlington's old 2nd floor and a new restaurant called Moxie. It's up a steep ramp, but once you're up there's a huge parking lot. It's never full so there's plenty of spots. I like wandering the aisles here, just so much food stuff and gadgets! I bought chair socks here and small kitchen gadgets. They are pretty durable and of decent quality. Watch for items that have markings of like 200, 300, etc... these are not 1.75. They have a chart around that tells you how much the item really is. There's a huge variety of items. I like how the store is arranged because the aisles are broken up instead of one long aisle in case some people are checking things out you don't have to squeeze between them to get by, just go there other way. Definitely worth checking out!

I just want my money back.

I bought a bag of chocolate covered almonds for $5.50. I opened the bag outside of the store and they were old and flaky. Some had weird spots. I immediately took the bag inside and Juan, the clerk, told me he couldn't do anything because management was not there. He told me to come back when the boss returns.

The worker didn't explain that his card was only for FOOD. He had an exorbitant amount of credit, but it could only be used for food. At the check out, the white woman must have known the rule, because she bagged the food separately from the non-food. She shamed him for making a long line. Maybe had we been white-not me black and female and him Vietnamese and male-disabled or if I had had sex that time, then maybe she would have been respectful. If you are a fan of the Huntington Collection in Pasadena, you'll be sure to love the Bargain Box. I was blown away by the quality of the available merchandise, especially the housewares and decor. It's very evident that all of the pieces on sale were meticulously cleaned and staged by the hardworking staff. All of the furniture and housewares are excellent condition, not to mention very well priced. Make a point to visit before Halloween! The store is all decked out with Halloween decor! The Bargain Box is managed by the Assistance League of Arcadia, and one of their worthy endeavors is Operation School Bell, which provides much needed clothing as well as school supplies such as backpacks and books to children in need in neighboring local schools.
