I was immediately greeted by a female employee as soon as I opened the door and was told about the sale they had for that day. Basically buy one get one 50%off. This location is in Chino on Central and Philadelphia; next to the 76 gas station at the shopping center. The store was nicely organized and everything was placed nicely. I was looking for the Pro Club T-Shirts and I found them towards the front of the store and they were on Sale.. I asked the staff about the shirts. The staff member that assisted me that day was Carl. He took the time and we were talking about the shirts and the brand. Just really good conversation and made me feel that I was appreciated as a customer. I decided to get the 3 colors of Pro Club t-shirts his size. My overall experience was great and the customer service I received from Carl was outstanding. My in my personal opinion, I would recommend WSS if you are looking for athletic apparel and get great customer service from the staff. Thank You Carl for your assistance! I stopped because I noticed they reject most, if not all, of the pieces you bring in even if they are good quality clothes from great brands. If they do accept an item, they will lowball you. You are better off selling your clothes on Poshmark or one of those other online marketplaces. They have some cute accessories and gifts when you first walk in. They are fun to look at but that's about all I would go there for now.

Came here a few years ago after deciding to sell all my streetwear. Lots of Supreme and a few other well known brands. I brought a ton of clothes and could tell it would take a while for the one person (a male) checking clothes to go through and price them. I asked if I could leave and come back and was told no by one of the 2 females that seemed to be manager or owner. No explanation as to why, no polite apology, just a flat dismissive no. After about 30 minutes one of the females joined in pricing my items. After an hour of waiting I said I needed to go and would come back. When I got back they ended up wanting almost everything and offered to pay me around $1800 which I took. Their website states they pay 30% of sales price if you want cash. That means they would sell the clothes for around $6000. I know I was taking less than market value but hey I thought it would be cool if I made some money and they could make some money too. Unfortunately the experience was soured by their lack of customer service and condescending attitude. Don't expect anything from these guys. Not even the awareness that you are providing them with inventory for them to make large profits on. P.S. they couldn't pay me out in cash either but I was understanding enough to accept a check from them
