    9/25/24 DO NOT purchase gift cards at Target. You might get RIPPED OFF, this was "sealed" but when opened, serial # was scratched off

    9/25/24 ATTN TARGET customers & TARGET management. Some of your employees are RIPPING off customers! Please be forewarned and be advised, buying gift cards at this Target may be subject to getting RIPPED OFF. I bought a VISA gift card (and Denny's, McDonalds) last Saturday. My sister contacted me today that she had to contact a 877 toll free number to settle & file a case. I requested separate gift receipts but that does not deter the underhand dealings. The VISA was "sealed" from my inspection so I did not suspect anything is amiss. Please see photos (attached). This is to serve as a WARNING for potential customers who would fall to the same problem. Sad, sad state of affairs, lesson learned. My sister says, this is the reason she no longer patronizes Target. I cannot blame her.

    Fairly large store with all general needs. Lots of parking space, pretty busy on weekends. Easy to find items, shelves are well organized and stocked.

    Here today, expectation, stars For targets that are around me. But have to admit, I was surprised at how clean the store was, how well the shelves were stocked, and the two workers I encountered, were actually friendly and helpful. Although I have noticed a price increase. I do not believe that it is the store itself who dictates the price. Parking is plentiful. A huge benefit to this location like a lot of the others is there is a Starbucks inside. The return section is just located to the left upon entry and the Starbucks is to the right.

    VISA CARDS buyers beware!!! DO NOT BUY THEM. As mentioned on Jennifer's review. Target corporation sells these bogus VISA cards. As I tried to use it today 9.25.24 when I opened it correctly to where it states to do so. It was alarming to see the middle digits where one needed to use it for making a purchase plus the security code was also scratched off. The contents of the where this card was placed where NOT scratched off, the envelope where it is in is clean, no scratches whatsoever. This was repackaged this way. So I had no choice but to call the 1 (877) 867-4873 and spoke to a customer service rep who had a very hard accent and he said his name was Carson and would not state the company he worked for. He mentioned that it would take 3-5 days to settle this case or 30 days!! They ask for your phone number, email address, full name and home address to send you a replacement card. It sucks as these are sensitive information and why a phone number? An email address should be sufficient because nowadays spam risk calls are abundant!!!! So again, I am sending this review so DO NOT BUY these VISA cards and give ppl cash instead. It is your hard earned money so purchase wisely and do NOT patronize these GCs. Plus these GC have expiration dates so they also keep your money if you don't use it, oh wait- the card doesn't work anyway!!!!!

    I ordered my items on line for drive up service. Usually order is ready in about 2 hours give or take a few minutes. Today was almost 3 hours. The lady that brought my items out to me was so sweet. She also apologized for the extra delay and gave me a $5 gift card. All items were correct in my order.

I did shop around (power of 3) and you cannot beat his honest pricing, not to mention his delivery and assembly (free). I purchased Thursday before 12pm and had it delivered same day by 5pm. It was just in time for my party & housewarming! We had a lot of compliments about these pieces we picked and a lot of referrals. I really hope those friends visit! The manager and sales people in the store were always very helpful and easy going--as I had to delay delivery for several months and had to change the delivery address! When I called customer service to address the issue, I was left on hold for 15 minutes before having to hang up without speaking to anyone. The extended warranty company later sent a technician to repair the damaged frame, but in my view, a couch that arrived with a broken frame should have been replaced outright while still under warranty. Instead, I am still fighting to have the defective section replaced due to what appears to be poor quality control and inadequate inventory standards. This experience has been extremely disappointing, especially considering this is the second time I have had issues with this store. Customers should expect better quality, accountability, and customer service when making a major furniture purchase. I would strongly encourage others to consider alternative furniture retailers that stand behind their products and prioritize customer satisfaction. The value simply does not match the price or the level of service provided here. If zero stars were an option, I would choose that rating.

And we went to this location to search for our new couch being that we only had a small couch from our old apartment. First off we got the wrong couch delivered. It was way too big for my living room size and layout. So right away I called them and they told me that there were no returns or exchanges. I explained to them that this was not the same couch that I ordered and they kept gaslighting me telling me that it was. So I got stuck with a big huge couch that supposedly was modular, but it actually was not. The quality is horrible and terrible. The couch cushions just come out. Thankfully my kids are young so this is kind of the couch that they're running to the ground before I replace it once they're a little older. Please do your research and don't spend your hard earned money here. Go to living spaces or Ashley furniture or another furniture store that does have a return or exchange policy. I paid nearly $3000 for the couch that I wanted only to be delivered something completely different. Then let's not even get into the delivery company that they use. Oh my goodness. As a very recently postpartum mom finding out that I was stuck with a couch that I did not even order. I was so upset. And the delivery guys just kept telling me about how big it was for my space and how if I put it a certain way we would have to walk around the couch to get into the living room. It seemed like they genuinely were just enjoying watching me be upset. I literally had to tell them that they needed to leave my house and they just kept standing there watching me try to rearrange the couch. I had to tell them again that I needed them to leave my house. They were already done setting the couch up and were completely finished with the delivery. I pretty much had to yell at them to get out. It was so weird. All around it was just such a horrible experience. I don't recommend them at all, the hassle of no return or exchange policy is not worth it, the quality is horrible, and the delivery experience just seals the deal to not shop with them. Posting it again because as a 29-year-old with three kids who just bought my first house I was so excited to have my house look the way that I wanted it. So honestly, this couch experience left me so sad. My husband and I work so hard for our money and it definitely tainted my new homeowner experience. I've learned my lesson and have since gone to living spaces. They are absolutely amazing and I will be getting my next couch with them. Buying new furniture should be a happy experience and you should have the option to return or exchange, especially when it's the store that made a mistake.

    Happy to have finally find an Island stool thats adjustable, swivels, isn't online and already…read moreassembled. They are moving from that location soon, so the store had really good deals. The stool was priced $299, on sale for $120. All the stools in the store only had 1 available, but a second one could be ordered if needed. Lots of beautiful bedroom sets, and wish I would have gotten mine from there. I didn't see the type of dinette set I wanted, but they did have some really nice ones, if I weren't looking for a specific kind. Glad I made a stop there.
