The IE can be a very scary place. My sons are going to school in Claremont so I have no choice but to drive down Central Ave everyday. One day my son said look at that big Target, they'll have more toys. The merchandise they have at this location is AMAZING! We were shopping for LEGO sets and they have two full rows of different themed sets and multiple displays all over the store. There was also a huge section of vintage Disney and Disney Tsum Tsum items that were so unbelievably adorable. I bought a vintage Disney sweatshirt by Junkfood for $25! They also had the biggest Sharpie display, which are my favorite pens. I write a lot and in need of only the BEST pens. The staff are also really nice, asking if I needed anything in multiple times. read more

What happened to this Target location??? this target location filthy inside out. There's trash through out entrance area. The bathrooms are so disgusting they have not been clean my husband walked into the men's restroom there was a bomb in there watching porno. as we proceeded to the electronic area it reeked of crap because there was another bun in there roaming around. there's clothes all over the floor the isles are not tidy it looks like the staff is not engaging or caring about their environment. I have bought cantaloupe 2 times from here. And both times the cantaloupe was sour and not good so I have to throw them away. Very unfortunate because I'm sure many people have tried the fruit here and it is great for the most part. But the cantaloupe needs to go. read more

Drive up orders take hours sometimes not till the following day. Only this target does this horrible processing time. It clearly says 2 hrs but the past 5 orders I have placed are left processing for hours on end. I've had to cancel and go to another target or haul my kiddos out of the car. Had the worst experience with this target and it's drive up. Usually the drive ups are quick and simple. But this target not the greatest. I had to call twice for my order. First they said it was going to be ready in 29mins. Then they told me it won't be ready till the next day because the store was closing. I placed the order at 7:00pm. The store closed at 10:00pm. This target always seems rundown and messy. The employees do not seem interested in assisting the guests when they enter the store and there are constantly pallets and boxes left on the sales floor often times blocking the aisles and making it extremely difficult for guests to maneuver through the store. There are many times when I see employees standing around near the food aisles simply talking instead of working or helping a guest. Because of where they are engaging each other it causes another blockage of the thorough air which makes the guest have to turn around and go the other direction because the employees are in the way. read more

The exterior of this Target is a bit nicer than the usual, standardized design you see of most locations. I came in here since I was just at Montclair Place and needed to get a specific creamer only Target seems to have. Luckily, this place had it in stock. I browsed the store and noticed a lot of empty shelves, notably the aisles for lighting and bathroom/home decor being sparse. My guess is the store was in the middle of moving merchandise around for Halloween prep, and also awaiting restocking of shelves or new merchandise arrival. An older-lady employee at self-checkout was sanitizing the stations between every customer quickly and efficiently, which is great to see. The line for self-checkout moved fast too, which is always nice. I noticed past reviews complaining about improper mask-wearing here, but the staff I passed eyes on from security to shelf-stockers all had their noses covered. read more

First of all they didn't have no one staffed in the makeup section, there was only one girl working both sections but she was holding it down. Lastly at self Checkout , one specific employee (didn't get his name but he had long hair , wore a beanie and glasses with a beard) seemed very bothered and annoyed when I changed my gf changed her mind on wanting merchandise. I ordered an iwatch 7 series blue online to pick up the same day, and when I went to pick it up they said they were out of that color. I was pretty annoyed as I took the time to pick up an item that wasn't even there. The salesman said that maybe someone may have bought it. That does not make any sense to me if I ordered and it was in stock at that time. Target needs to be better about online same day purchase. If it says it's in stock, then it should be in stock. Why is this location always out of stock with stuff?!? Food items especially. You can never buy eggs here, lunch meat is hit and miss, didn't even have chocolate cake mix a month ago and they are always out of up and up baby shampoo. Was in here today looking for my vitamins. Worst store. Terrible customer service. I have not stepped foot in this Target in over a month due to an issue that happened. When I spoke to "management" (the person claiming to be a manager was so unprofessional that I have a difficult time believing that she was actually a manager) she basically blew it off like it was no big deal and acted annoyed at me for how rude the employee was. The Pharmacist here are amazing! They are truly on top of their game. I can't imagine how many people they see daily, but somehow they remember me and greet me by name. The tech department is run by careless simpletons. I had a couple of questions for an employee regarding product stock and it was like pulling teeth to get an adequate answer from him. The look on his face was plain disinterest in what we were talking about. Before I got what I came for, he walked away with no sort of bye or urge to complete the task at hand. This wasn't the first time I left the tech department with a bad taste. Get those employees more motivated or just find new ones who can get the job done. I'm not returning to this location. Disappointed by the experience I had. I have been to multiple targets, Rancho, Chino hills and Chino. They ALL wipe down the belt before the next customer puts their things down. I asked the cashier to wipe it, she just said put your things down, I repeated what I said and she completely ignored me and even raised her voice put your things down. I was so disappointed by the service I received at this location the lady was rude to me continuing after that. I had an item from the clearance rack and asked if she could check the price tag. This is my local target and I'm usually pretty busy so I like to use the Drive up feature on the Target app. But it takes 4+ hours I guess I might as well walk in and grab my items myself. I thought this feature was supposed to help with saving time but it just takes even more time. I order items for dinner in the AM hoping it'll be ready by the time I want to make dinner. Nope.. Today I ordered my items at 10am. It is now 2:30pm and still my items aren't ready for pickup. And I never order more than 10 things I don't understand. Target is one stop shop. I like to going to this location to get anything. But for some reason this location always ran out of stock. Last time i needed silk brand soy milk, they only have one. I asked the employee to get me more from inside. They said they out of stock. This is not first time. Happend too many times. And another time i need some so delicious brand coconut milk. Grace that works at the Returns/Exchanges/Order Pick Up area is lazy and has a very ghetto approach to customer service. The Rancho Cucamonga, Upland and both Fontana stores provide a much better shopping experience. I've never been one to review a store but this is absolutely unacceptable. I visited this target to drop off a prescription and decided to buy a Velveeta pasta. When I got ready to pop it in the microwave at work I noticed that on top of the pasta there was a weird white foamy shit and it smelled quite unpleasant. So I look at the date and this pasta has been expired since JULY! It is DECEMBER 22! I'm so disgusted and upset. This store for some reason only has 3 registers open at a time, where are the rest of your employees? Clearly not in the food aisles checking the expiration dates on products. Very nice Target i have to stop at often for everyday essentials. Employees are always willing to help me if i cant find something. Outside homeless are always there but Im sure the store has no control over that issue. Homeless are there but never seem like they are going to attack you like some exxagerate. I went to Target last night more closer to the end of the night/closing and needed a cucumber. Luckily, I found Justin who went above and beyond helping me. Not only was he was busy restocking, but an other employee was calling for him but he still put me first. I came to Target yesterday to get household items and supplies to have a little celebration for my daughter turning 2 today. I did my shopping, filled my cart with no issues but was told I could not purchase the items because I have a medical condition that prevents me from wearing a mask (as required by this Target store, NO EXCEPTIONS) according to the manager on duty Jessica. I explained ADA and the protections under this act, but she either didn't understand them, or didn't care. Either way, the discrimination experienced was humiliating, and disappointing. Pandemic or no pandemic, ADA should protect people, and Target of all places should get this right. read more

I am writing to complain about the the manager Gerald (i believe is his name) I've not had one but TWO terrible interactions with him. The first time, i was going to buy some gluten free frozen bakery items & the items weren't ringing out with the discount displayed. I asked the cashier & she asked him. He called for someone to check & they said that that discount was for doritos. Yes thats right doritos. He was trying to say that there were doritos in the frozen gluten/ vegan free section. If you are familiar with the layout you know that they are in the last isle at the very end. So there is no way that any " frozen doritos" could be mixed up with these items. I pointed out that i was positive of the discount because i had stood there comparing the ingredients of each item ( i can't eat certain ingredients) & that i would gladly go and take a picture of it. The whole time i was nice about it so i was shocked when he rudely replied that even if it did say that price that he was the manager & it was up to him if he wanted to adjust it and that he was not going to and then just walked away. The second time they were having problems with their registers and were ringing out with a handheld scanner and printing out the receipt separately. So you weren't able to see how much the items were coming out to. When i got the receipt, i noticed she charged me full price for some kitchen mats that were on sale. I went back to guest services and let them know if the mistake. They called Gerald over and he flat out said that it the sku of the yellow sticker didnt match the mat. & very accusingly said that he see's customers change the stickers all the time. ....again i was left speechless, i dont like confrontations or creating a scene. But I'm sure he saw the shock in my face and then coyly said the he of course didn't mean that i had... So then what? He meant that someone else had changed the price on the mats but didn't buy them? & what a coincidence that all three mats had perfectly placed stickers (no signs of tempering)with the same discounted price and displaying the same before price as what the mats were originally???? Why couldn't he had said im sorry they marked down these mats incorrectly (which is obviously what they did)instead of accusing me of changing the price on not one but on three mats? I couldn't believe that this had actually happened... i sat in my car for 40 minutes unable to drive in shock on how rudely this manager had not once but twice had treated me. I have never everrrr been treated badly at a target before. & i can't believe that a target manager non the less would be the one causing such a horrible experience read more
