Located inside a large shopping center with a large parking lot. It was what I expected at Target. It was pretty clean inside and everything was very easy to find. I came here to pick up a few things. The reason why I gave them 3 stars is because the service wasn't great. They have a lot of self service check out stands but I needed to use cash. I said Hi and the lady said hi back but then she proceeded to talk with her coworker the whole time she was scanning my stuff. It wasn't a great experience, customer service wasn't good at all. I'll be back because of the convenience and location of this spot. It was okay.

False advertisement from Target

Cat and Jack policy a scam! Won't honor their own store policy. Due to the experience I had I may quit shopping at Target altogether

Expired Mac & Cheese by over a year!

I went through six boxes of Mac & Cheese before I found one that wasn't expired. These were expired by over a year! This store is ghetto. I was reminded why I don't shop at this location.

This is the Chino town square OG Target. This was here long before the bigger one in the spectrum. It's small but they usually have the basics you may need. I generally will drive up to this target a couple of times a month. The wait can be pretty long for the drive up at rush hour and they may even run out of parking spots. I've had to park and go in at times to get my order at the pick up customer service desk. This target is local to where I live so it's convenient. If I shop here for specific things and they're not always available at this one, I have to go to the bigger one on grand ave in the spectrum. I was looking for warm socks for my girls so I wanted to actually go in. They did have some thankfully! I used self check out this time and it was easy.

One of the better Target stores around. I had to shop for a registry item for my girlfriend's daughter. The process of purchasing online was pretty simple, however I wanted to get Curbside pickup, but that was not available unless you had the app and I would have had to redo things. I spoke to Xiamara (hope I got that spelled correctly), and she had no problem handling the order and taking notes. In fact she was going to be at the store today, so I came today and she brought the gift out to my car and put it in the trunk. Was very easy. Thanks!

For the most part I like this store. But today I did the drive up and they gave me expired mash potatoes. So I called they were nice to replace it... but I still got expired mashed potatoes

Someone took two eggs.

Target always has what I need and this one has a Starbucks so you can't go wrong I like it for the last minute run it has to all

I needed a new dining table, chairs, and a recliner, so I looked at all the usual furniture stores…read moreonline and in person. Nothing I saw worked for me either because of style or price or both. I stumbled onto the kaiyo website from a targeted ad on my social media and after scrolling a bit, I started comparing their prices for pre-owned pieces to new ones from the same companies. The three items I purchased came in at about 50-90% off new retail prices! And they plant a tree for every purchase Delivery was set for 3 weeks from my purchase date and I chose white glove service to have them deliver to my desired room, assemble and remove all packaging. I was notified by email the week of delivery with contact information in case I needed to reschedule or add a designated person for the delivery inspection and signature. I also got a text the morning of delivery and the delivery men called me from the front door. All the pieces were wrapped very well and only one piece had some damage not shown in the photos. The gentlemen making the delivery were fabulous and the pieces meticulously cleaned. Highly recommend kaiyo and I'm eagerly awaiting buying my next piece of furniture from them!

What a disappointing experience with the warranty department…read more I ordered two custom leather chairs in July of 2021 and they are absolutely stunning. I loved the sales experience with knowledge staff and trusted that for $3000 per chair- over $6000 total- I was going to get exactly what I wanted. We've enjoyed the chairs and they are the center piece to our home's decor. Unfortunately, one of them has had a structural issue that Justin Sprouse, who is either the operations manager based on his email signature or VP of operations according to his LinkedIn, has been aware of since December 5th. Justin has reviewed the photos, and claimed he went over it with his tech and that the repair would cost about $100 to have them come and fix. Seemed reasonable, that for $100 the repair was being done essentially under warranty, although I didn't see anything about a deductible or co-pay in the warranty. The original request for service was December 5th and it took over ten days to get it approved. Ok. Fine. Then I was told 5-7 days to get it scheduled for repair. Not ideal, but ok. Fine. I keep emailing and leaving voicemails and hear the same old, blah blah blah holidays (mind you I started my service request December 5th)... Blah blah blah you're too far (I'm less than an hour away from the store I bought these chairs from) blah blah blah "it's our process..." More than a month since my original request, no repairs scheduled and no follow up from anyone unless I keep asking and all I've gotten is the run around, until Justin finally sends an email today (1/10/25) saying "If you're unhappy with the time it takes to get this service done, you are free to find a technician on your own and have them repair for you." Yikes. So much for high level customer service. This is the kind of attention to detail I'd expect from a big box retailer like Jerome's, not a boutique store that makes custom furniture and targets high end clients, promising better quality and better customer service like Arizona Leather. Frankly, it's quite off brand. I'll update if they ever honor the warranty... But I can't recommend purchasing a custom leather chair from a company that can't honor its warranty in a reasonable time frame.
