I ask can one of you take our order please - very annoyed eye rolls and one says of course how may I help you. Tables were all a bit dirty so I wiped one down for us. Food came quickly burger for me wings for my dad fries to share. Burger was ok, wings were in a buffalo sauce soup and I asked for blue cheese we got ranch or something else. Fries were cold. My dad is just an older widower and easy going but this is ridiculous. I asked for blue cheese and new fries but then changed my mind and threw it all out. Shame on me for not complaining and asking for a refund but complain to who? Three teenagers who were chatting? Literally felt they would not be kind to replacement food. Keep my $20. Their table setup is quite interesting - it's like a doctor's office where you remove the disposable paper from the bed after each patient, but in this case, from a table after each customer that dines. We did it ourselves and it was easy. We found seating for 4 pretty quickly, but it may be tricky for groups of 5 or more to find seats together. Cutesy artwork can be found on the walls along with a frame TV that had the Tiny Desk concerts playing. Prices were a little higher than usual, but it is New Hope so that's to be expected. This is not the first time they get things wrong. A few months ago they left something out of the order and I had to go back and get what they missed. The burgers don't have the seasoning they used to have or remember the tasted like 5 years ago. I remember that when you bit in you knew you had a great burger in your hands. I don't perceive that taste as much anymore. Maybe they are so busy that it's hard to keep that quality taste, but hopefully they can tweak things in a way that it brings back the Outlaw's of a few years ago.
