I have seen Burger 25 all over Instagram, so I knew I had to try it! The menu is extensive and it provides many good options, however, it makes it difficult to choose. I got the Pistachio Cake Milkshake and it was delicious! I loved the pieces of pistachio cake in it. For my entree, I decided to go with a classic cheeseburger. I did not think that the burger was too special though. I feel like it was missing something. However, my friend tried the Italian Stallion and loved it! I'm in town visiting my 80 year old dad and he wanted to try this place for lunch. Four stars so I thought it would be just fine. It's in between time maybe 2pm on Monday and the place is pretty empty. I let my dad off at the door and went to park. Walk in and three ladies behind the counter just talking and ignoring my dad for what had to be at least a few minutes. I ask can one of you take our order please - very annoyed eye rolls and one says of course how may I help you. Tables were all a bit dirty so I wiped one down for us. I went from damn this is the best place around to WTF is going on in a matter of months. First I'm getting annoyed that they charge a premium for their sauces and never put them in your to go order. Guaranteed to not be there, the business makes a huge profit when they charge you for ranch and don't supply it to lots of people per day. My husband did an order for dine and then my burger to go, but even with the 30 min drive home, the burger was intact and tasted fresh. I used to love this place, but unfortunately, it has really gone downhill. The food quality has dropped significantly, and it just doesn't taste fresh or well-prepared anymore. On top of that, the staff seems inexperienced and unprofessional--mostly young teens who are often goofing around and, from what I overheard, talking about customers rather than focusing on their work. What really concerns me is that I saw on their TikTok page that they had large tubs of ice cream--used for milkshakes--sitting out on the floor, uncovered. That's a major hygiene issue and makes me question their overall food safety practice. I think the health department should look into it. It's a shame, because this used to be a great spot. The tables have umbrellas which is nice to block the sun and keep cool. The most recent time I went, we picked up our food from the to go window. You don't even have to go inside. We got an order of fries and milkshakes. The milkshakes were absolutely delicious and they have seasonal flavors they add in throughout the year. I ordered a frozen hit chocolate which was topped with chocolate sauce, whipped cream and marshmallows. They also have a menu for dogs, which is pretty unique for a burger place. I ended up getting the doggie delux, which is an unseasoned burger with cheese. They have two other options for dogs as well. Burger 25 was a very solid choice for burgers! My boyfriend and I grabbed some dinner from here for us and a few friends one night. We ordered online and it was ready very quickly. We also ordered two milkshakes and they made them fresh so we just had to wait a few minutes for those. I loved their pickup window - made things so convenient. They have a huge parking lot as well and they truly need it, the place was packed! We all really enjoyed our food and the French fries as well. Based on that new intel, I decided to opt for the Mexican Chop Salad, which consisted of grilled chicken, mixed greens, black beans, avocado, tomato, corn, and tortilla strips, all served with a thick and creamy cilantro lime ranch dressing. The ranch was a bit too heavy for my liking, so I was glad it was served on the side; a few small drizzles were all I needed. You order at the counter, they give you a number sign and the server brings the deliciousness to you. Fast food done right. No wonder they are so popular. I had an avocado club burger, and my husband has a bison burger with chipotle spices. Both work fantastic and we split an order of 50/50 fries and onion rings. He also had a side of coleslaw which was great. I just called Burger 25 and spoke to a woman named Debbie. Debbie was so polite and super accommodating and I feel she just made my dad and I love Burger 25 more (if that's even possible). I was telling her about an experience I had with door dash last night. I door dashed some food to my dad's house, he's not so great with technology, so he didn't realize his food was delivered, he called me to see what was taking so long. I looked at the app and told him that the food was delivered 11 minutes ago. A quarter of the way through eating he called me back and said this is the worst food I've ever eaten, and we've never had a bad experience there. He attributed the experience to not knowing the food was outside, and by the time he began to eat it, it was cold. I called today to let them know, when I spoke to Debbie, she couldn't have apologized more even though I kept assuring her that my dad and I were sure the experience had nothing to do with Burger 25, but more to do with not knowing the food was outside. Debbie then immediately sent a $25 gift card to Burger 25 to my dad's phone. Being that this is one of my dad's favorite places to eat, he was ecstatic! Thank you so much Debbie and Burger 25. We appreciate you not only for your great food, but turning around a bad experience that really had nothing to do with you! Amazing burgers! I am not a big meat eater, I'd rather chicken, I don't really even like hamburgers but my son wanted to try this place. I think on Mondays they have half priced burgers or some kind of deal that took our total down which was nice. We had a bbq cheese burger w bacon. They were REALLY GOOD! the bacon is alittle thicker then normal but I really enjoyed this burger! They have really cool shakes all different flavors too my son tried one of those. We have been here a few times since our first visit and every time is smooth no problems ordering or with our food which is nice the place is clean and I really like their food. The only "complaint" I have is when you place your order and go to pay their system automatically asks you if you'd like to tip... I don't understand that they should be paying their employees hourly wages. And someone told me the employees don't even get these tips to always decline when that pops up. I feel like delivery drivers and waitress/waiters absolutely deserve tips but I come here walk in order and asked for a tip is weird.
