I ordered a whole turkey hoagie with provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, and pickles on the side. I did not know what to expect because the little computer kiosk did not do it justice for what size the sandwich would be. I figured out worst case I was split it with my mom or my husband. Well, this sandwich came out to be 1399. I got pickles and banana peppers on the side. They were a dollar each so my grand total ended up coming to $17.99. The service was actually really good. You could see how the staff there work as a team and they all help each other and they really have a good process there. It just seemed like it took a very long time. The place is neat and clean, but has a lot of stuff to buy inside and the deli area looks very clean and the staff wear gloves which is reassuring, but I didn't see anybody changing their hands or washing their hands, only wearing gloves.

I had an outstanding experience at Habit Burger in Hamilton, and it absolutely exceeded…read moreexpectations. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure every customer was taken care of. The food, though, was the real star. The burger was cooked perfectly--juicy, flavorful, and made fresh to order. You can taste the quality in every bite. The toppings were crisp, the bun was soft yet held everything together, and the overall balance was spot on. The sides didn't disappoint either--the fries were hot, crispy, and seasoned just right. What really stood out, however, was the consistency and attention to detail. Even during a busy time, the team kept things moving efficiently without sacrificing quality or service. The restaurant itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a comfortable, inviting atmosphere. Under the watchful eye of Mike, Manny, and Gianna, it's clear that this location takes pride in what they do. If you're in the Hamilton area and looking for a great burger experience, run don't walk, this spot is absolutely worth the visit. I'll definitely be coming back. Honestly, this was my third time coming here, and unfortunately, it will be my last…read more The first time I visited, I had the French toast bagel, and I was impressed. They had a great variety of bagels, everything looked well stocked, and the environment was very friendly. Today, August 14th, I stopped by after a doctor's appointment where I had bloodwork done and couldn't eat beforehand. When I walked in this time, the food selection looked pretty scarce. The first thing I noticed was a fly flying around the baked coffee cakes and muffins, which immediately made me uncomfortable. The second issue was the food handling. When my order was being prepared, neither of the two employees handling my food were wearing gloves. After one employee finished preparing the bacon, she went to take out the trash and then continued working without putting on gloves. Seeing this made me wonder how many other customers' food has been handled the same way. I understand that gloves aren't always required in every food-service situation, but given what I personally witnessed, the overall experience was concerning. This is an honest review based on my experience today. Unfortunately, I can't recommend coming here based on what I witnessed. I definitely won't be returning.

Like any Five Guys the food was good as the burgers let you choose any toppings you'd like. And the service was always good too as they got our orders right along with being nice and professional. The fries were always good too despite always being greasy or giving too many but at least they're flavorful. Now when it comes to criticisms, its pretty much the same ones as most have now with Five Guys today. For one the prices now are way overpriced compared to most other burger joints. And the tables tend to be dirty and not cleaned up which is a bit of a distraction too. Overall, its good but not the best.
