THE WORST MCDONALD'S Probably in the US! Unfortunately, it's the only McDonald's within a 15 mile radius from me. And I torture myself maybe once every two months to see if the service gets better but it never does. I blame it on the owner because the crew behind the counter is never the same. Every single time I go there there's an issue with something whether it be waiting forever for your food, cold fries, half empty fries, a bite taken out of my big Mac, messing your order up with someone else's. Today, I figured I would give it a shot after a few months and once again they did not let me down. They were out of soft drinks so they offered me sweet tea, orange juice, coffee, or milkshake. I ordered the sweet tea and when I went to the window, they tried to up charge me $.50 for the sweet tea. I asked to speak to the manager. She said there was nothing she could do and it was only $.50. It was just a point if you're out of soft drinks, which completes the extra value meal, you should be substituting it, but they were not. They were just up charging everyone's order. I left and refused my order....my bimonthly abuse continues. read more

Ice cream cones were good. Really the only thing I ever get is the crispy chicken sandwich or filet o fish. And I love the mcgriddle please make breakfast times more adjusted because I always miss out on the mcgriddle. Wait time is surprisingly fast. Good McDonald's I would recommend read more

I must say, the outside of this McDonalds is very pretty! It looks like a Florida Summer Home design. Greecian Columns and white trimming is very inviting. The interior is also totally revamped with all the latest amenities. Since this is a very busy location the food is always hot and fresh. It is very comfortable inside to enjoy your meal. The service is good and i have no complaints about it. This rating is in comparison to OTHER McDonalds. Not to be compared to a fine dining establishment. This would earn 5 Stars if it had amenities for children like a playground and such. read more

My wife has told me to stop going to mcd and just as always she proves to be right again. I bought a deluxe chicken sandwich sandwich via app. I wanted the mccrispy but got it wrong on the app. The sandwich was not edible. I couldn't identify what the meat was. It looked like the top layer of thigh meat covered with breading. It was chewy and foul feeling in my mouth. Please avoid this restaurant. I waited 15mins in my car in the sun. I was told the sandwich had to be prepared. I am fed up with this store. Many years since i've been inside and was surprised that a very little customer service area exist and visibility of the workers goings on is becoming overly blocked. Looks very industrial. Plenty employees walking orders to parking lot. I'm done! read more

Sorry.this location in browns mills is one of the worst. Unusual to be out of everything, drinks, lol big mac's, and everything in between. Less the nice management time and a whole really could careless feel to them. Again, it's just a McDonald's so you get whatever. But these guys really fall short of even whatever. read more

This McDonalds is the best one in the area. The staff is friendly, the restaurant is clean, the fountain drink machines are kept neat, not all covered with splatter and debris laying around them. The dining area has nice space and adequate seating and it also kept clean. Trash cans arent overflowing with trash. There is a sense of pride here. I saw an add for a Grand Mac. Its the big brother of the traditional Big Mac. It has the same fixins, except the bun is bigger, both patties total 1/3 pound. The sandwich is pretty good. Its a Big Mac that takes a little longer to finish, but not too big. McDonalds is doing what it can to freshen up the menu. I have always been hooked on their fries, anyone who likes Mickie D's probably feels the same way! read more

Asked if shake macin e was working before I ordered and was chastised publicly for not knowing the difference between the machine being cleaned and not working. Employee was sarcastic and unfriendly. I frequent this McDonalds when I deposit money into my credit union. Location is Pine Grove Plaza in Pemberton, NJ. It's your typical fast food joint. No special things about it. Food is the same. It's pretty clean and service is pretty fast. They also have free wifi but connection is 50/50. read more

Never again will I come here. I stopped in at 710p and I waited 12 mins inside for a cheeseburger then waited another 23 mins for a hot coffee. The kids at the drive through/ MC cafe area were too busy goofy off to get stuff out. I finally had to ask the manager on duty about my coffee. I will take my business elsewhere. read more

Morning crew is the time to go. After lunch they throw your burgers together, where you actually have to reassemble your sandwich and half the time it's cold. And if you order pickup to park in a spot, they tell you to come in or go thru the drive thru where there is already 10 cars in line. The place is not clean, you have to wipe your own tables and seats. I have quit going inside the nasty place. Only thing good is the coffee and the salads. And the shake or other machines never work. When they advertise something the machine is always broke. Maybe I should have given a one star. read more

Flora the manager rude and refused to serve me. I asked for hot fries ripped the box to have them redip fries in hot grease and send back outside. Fries was full of grease and same box. She also did not display great leadership, habits in front of her crew she also provided wrong number for corporate and I must add when I asked for the number she pointed to the wall and said take a picture. While we were traveling vist in family we stopped in go get some quick food before hitting the road. My son is allergic to peanuts, so we have to always ask before we order from some place new. My wife asked the girl at the register about the type of oil they use and she was directed to speak to the manager. The manager went out of her way to make my wife feel welcome and assured us she was well aware on allergies and that their oil was safe. Very professional service. As for the food? I have to say normally I don't frequent McD's but sometimes when I'm coming home late from work, and am too tired to make food or go anywhere else, this place seems to do the trick. It is definitely a nicer McDs, and the times I have been there, the workers have been really excellent and provided awesome customer service. The people who work here seem nice and intelligent. Of course the food is fast, and recently McDs seems to have made some changes in their ingredients to make them healthier. Even their salads look really good. read more

i have the mcdonald's app....sometimes really good specials....i travel alot so at different mickey d's...that means different franchise owners...some have 2 pies/$1 and some have 1 apple pie for $1.19...none allow using more than 1 discount from app at the same time...but, all (until this one) allow you to use app for 1 item, pay, and then use a different app for another item....NOT IN BROWNS MILLS....very young teller let me do it as she didn't know any better...then veteran (it's near ft dix) tried the same thing and mgr wouldn't let him do it...what i ordered was std double cheese burger and then fries using the app twice....point of this Yelp? to make you understand that they only let you use the app once (why? is beyond me)...could be worse...could be the diner across the street with the worst Yelp reviews i ever read! lol read more
