We get to the front door and it's locked, store is still closed. We go through the drive through, and no one is there. I look around and see a few cars in the parking lot and realize that it's the people who work there. Obviously waiting to get in. Someone could have said that they were still closed but nothing. So, we try and cancel the orders, but they only allowed us to cancel one and they said they would contact us to cancel the other. WHAT???? This not the first time that this exact same thing has happened. No wonder the place is usually empty.
