They close at 7 PM and aren't open for breakfast. Kind of pointless to even be there. "Have it your way"- I think not.

Walk in and the board challenges you with your options. There is even uh ... a Veggie burger (they keep a corner of the grill clean for those.) for those who don't indulge in the good stuff! Speaking of the grill ...it is kept nice and clean when the meat's not sizzling. Went with THE BLEND (chuck and brisket) on a pretzel roll. Added some aged gouda plus horseradish aioli oh my ...OH YES!!! Served open faced for the eyes to take in but I was eager to close it up and enjoy!! Cooked medium ... the juices poured out ... yes it got sloppy-good! The beef flavor came through midst all the other roll adornments! Tasted oh so good! A great burger! Ordered a side of fries ... they were plentiful but merely ok but we came for the BURGER!! Service was great ... friendly and interactive! There are only a few small tables (No room for all your friends!) and the "barr" which is a lengthy counter where you can eat your burgers elbow-to-elbow with friends or strangers. Another plus is the soda is top notch made with cane sugar (I chose water though.). If you're hungering for a really good burger now you know where to go.

Ordered a Double Hamburger with bacon and fried onions. Waited at the counter and they called my name when it was ready. The burger was flavorful and had a condiment bar to put on some toppings. I went with ketchup of course. The burger was so tasty. Old school feel inside. The walls are filled with movie posters, & sports cards. They sell both, little overpriced on the cards but hey you don't have to purchase them if you do not want to though. It was cool to walk around the store while waiting for my burger. I can't wait to be back in the area to peruse them again.

I'm not sure why they call this restaurant Flying Pig. It's not as if they have a lot of BBQ items…read moreon the menu. They do have pulled pork and BBQ ribs along with bacon on everything. I haven't been to this site since it was Dublin Square which was a long time ago. Some of the layout changed. They no longer have the old bar separated from the dining area. Callie was our server and did a great job. I was there with some friends from SC. We started by ordering the large pretzel which comes out on a pretzel hanger along with some beer cheese for dipping. They also use that hanger for bacon. The pretzel was enough for 4 of us. I ordered the wings and selected Nashville Hot and Hog Sauce as my flavors. They claim they sell by the pound ($15.50) but it ends up being 8 wings. If you want to split flavors, they make it dry and bring the sauce on the side for dipping. Luckily the Nashville Hot is a dry rub. It was very good and not too spicy. The Hog Sauce is a combo of Buffalo and Garlic which was excellent. The wings themselves were plump, juicy and crispy. Five stars. Plenty of parking. Some tables available outside for outdoor seating when it ever gets nice in NJ. Bathrooms were very clean. You may find some little pink pigs around. Not sure if they're complimentary, but my wife took the one that was next to our table. My only complaint is they have too many of their draft beers designated for only 10 oz pours even with low ABV. I had a Kane Head High which was in a 16 oz glass. They also use OpenTable for reservations which I used as well.

Starting off strong with appetizers, the bacon trio rack not only presents nicely but tastes incredible. Thick cut Maple honey, sesame chili and candied bourbon, what will you choose?! The bang bang shrimp had an amazing chili kick. The vodka pie had my name all over it. It had the best cheese pull! Want a more high protein pizza? You'll want to try the chicken parmigiana pizza, with a crispy chicken cutlet serving as the dough instead! Try a Trenton famous tomato pie, and see that it compares well to other notorious spots in the area! Their Billy Mac cheeseburger came loaded with creamy Mac and cheese! We loved the Mac and cheese so much we even ordered it as a side. For a more traditional entree, try the short rib for a cozy fall dinner. The short rib was tender and inviting and came with an ample amount of mashed potatoes and veggies. A great healthier option. And save room for dessert, the chocolate chip cookie skillet and funnel cake fries are a MUST! The cookie skillet was warm and gooey and the funnel cake fries brought the classic treat without all the mess! Make Flying Pig tavern your next hangout spot. It's a great place to watch a game, join in on their trivia nights, or come by for ladies night. They have a large spacious room upstairs that can be rented out for parties. The staff took wonderful care of us, they were so nice and attentive. I loved it so much my friends and I came back for their trivia night!
