Menu consists of Burgers, Sandwiches, Wraps, and other items. Service was fine and our food arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The Gyro Feta Burger was below average. I ordered it without Feta, but the tzatziki sauce was very weak. Burger meat had no flavor. The fries were tough to describe as they might have been overdone and old, but were edible. My friend's pretzel bites were just ok. Overall, the food left a lot to be desired, and Grill 309 would not be on my return list.

The Potato "wedges" were literally paper thin with air pockets inside and no flavor also hard. Flat out inedible "food". Way too pricey for fast food breakfast to be this bad, better off sitting down somewhere or McDonald's sadly. Went back to get a refund for the incorrect order - the manager starts yelling in SPANISH saying "what the hell does she want" to the other employee who originally took my order, I then handed him the food so I could get a refund and he threw it aggressively in the trash and started saying some more stuff in Spanish before running to the back like a weirdo instead of an actual manager and handling it like a grown man. I asked for a refund receipt since they never gave me an original total receipt and the return slip had no $ amount on it....checked my bank account and they refunded me $5 less than what I paid. I assume it's because of the way they're cooking/heating the food - which is fine, but don't come here expecting to be in-and-out during lunch or dinner times - there's going to be a bit of a wait. The food is typically okay too. My go-tos are the Crunchwrap Supreme and the Doritos Cheesy Gordita Crunch - always good. The Mountain Dew Baja Blast is always nice too as a drink.
