We're not sure if the manager was present, but given that we were the only table on a Saturday night, we would have expected there to be some interest in hearing directly from customers for feedback and learning how to improve. The fries seemed hand-cut and tasted decent but nothing special. The service was friendly but unattentive as we had to ask for refills and my water was never filled (since I never asked). Since my dish had to be reheated my party had eaten most of their food by the time I got mine and while the server said "sorry about that" - that's all. Good establishments recognize the major failure of reheat/late dishes and typically offer a dessert, some money off, or something- they did nothing. Remember- the place was empty so it's not as if they couldn't focus on quality. I hate offering their first Yelp review with only 3 stars, but I will return and give them another shot during primetime and will update this review. I can't say I have high hopes for their survival as better restaurants (like Mint) have occupied this space and didn't make it. It arrived not just room temperature, but cold. I sent it back, and it returned burning hot... the bottom soggy... literally too hot to pick up... with no browning or color change, clearly microwaved. Microwaving is not toasting. At that point, the sandwich was inedible. I removed the bun entirely and ate just the falafel, which was dry and largely tasteless. At this point I knew coming back to this restaurant was a mistake. Food timing was another issue. The dishes took roughly 45 minutes to arrive after the drinks, possibly longer. We were all getting annoyed and what started out well when we first walked in turned negative. I wasn't impressed on my first visit years ago... and this second visit confirmed it.
