The service is quick and on time. The management and the crew are very quick and professional.

Ok, so I went to pick up another order (and many others for other people), and did wait in a loooooong line. However the staff was really nice and professional this time. I have not witnessed a group of people worse at doing what they are paid to do than those of the McDonalds on Wyandotte St. One can't help but ask... what are they doing behind that counter? Does it really take multiple workers at a modest work rate 15 minutes to complete a fast food order? They must be serving wagyu beef or something. I'll check the menu if I ever make it. I would not trust this group to open a water bottle without somehow shutting down the New York Stock Exchange for a week during the attempt. Melissa has to be the worst employee to ever be employed at McDonald's and that says a lot right there. The amount of attitude radiating from such a brain dead employee when she got my order wrong and then proceeded to tell me I couldn't have my drinks because the grill was broken. If you go here at like 2 in the afternoon the staff if okay and fast; however, anytime between 4-7 expect to wait until the drive through for upwards of about half an hour (no exaggeration). Food is no different than any other McDonald's read more

Buyer beware! This mcdonalds has the poorest service with the worst employees and management! They cant even take proper orders and lie to their customers. They scanned my order and did not tell me that it didn't go through and continued to charge me full price and give me half of my order. When i returned after noticing my wrong incomplete order i told them. I began to tell the employees and management about the sotuation. The over weight manager began to tell me that he could not give me my money back or give me a new product and threaten to call the cops on me. One of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. If it's not missing items from my order, it's no sugar in my coffee or having to wait forever for my food and worst of all, terrible customer service. I've been at the drive thru and have had someone hand me my food without even looking at me. They should try hiring people that actually want to work and who have at least a LITTLE bit of manners! At 10:45 PM on the evening of Monday August 6, 2012, I experienced the worst customer service in my entire life at the McDonalds restaurant located at 422 Wyandotte Street, Bethlehem, PA. Let me summarize the visit with this series of lowlights: - Ordering at the drive-through line took a long time due to repeated mistakes with the order-taker, who sounded like they were working in a very noisy environment with a lot of yelling in the background. In addition, the order display board never presented me with a visual display of my order for verification, nor a total cost, which is always the case at other McDonalds drive-through lines. - After paying my bill at the first window, I proceed to pull ahead to the second window to wait for my order. The order I placed consisted of a cheeseburger (with extra pickles), hamburger, medium fries, small coffee (one cream and one sugar on the side) and a small Coke. After a few minutes, I was given an extra large bag containing the food, but no drinks. The attendant then returned to the window with only the coffee, and after handing it to me quickly closed the window and retreated into the rear of the restaurant. My order was still missing the small Coke, a straw, a creamer and sugar, and the coffee stirrer. Nobody was visible inside to get their attention until the attendant returned to the window with the order for the vehicle behind me. I asked for the missing items, and the order was finally made whole. Unfortunately, there was no ice available for the Coke for which the attendant apologized. - The food quality itself was very poor in several aspects, which we unfortunately discovered a few minutes later while on the highway out of town. The Coke (without ice) tasted "off" and "flat" and was undrinkable. The cheeseburger (ordered with extra pickles) was actually constructed with two bun "tops" and contained only one pickle slice and a very small amount of cheese, but no onions, ketchup or mustard. The coffee was also undrinkable as it had a very strong and burnt/bitter taste. Finally no napkins were found in the extra large bag that contained our small food order. Based on the poor quality of the service and extremely poor quality of the food, it seems like there was a total breakdown in management and teamwork at that time. read more

The woman at the drive thru was EXTREMELY disrespectful. My friend ordering clearly said 20 piece chicken nuggets and the woman clicked 10, so we respectfully said to change It to 20. However the woman taking our order said "well why didn't you say 20," which in my opinion is rude. This Mcdonald's is very slow as well which could be due to the fact that their low staffed. The food was cooked as expected and did no seem to have been sitting around even though they were no busy. I have been in far worse places and felt pretty safe at this McDonald's.
