For my…read morebirthday I just wanted to choose a spot I hadn't yet been to so my gf and I came here and grabbed some food. We split a cheesesteak with fried onions and their house made Wiz and some fresh cut fries. The employees were very nice, and décor was sick! It was all like old school video game and show references from the 80's and 90's. The steak was solid. The meat was fresh and tender, I believe it was sirloin. Some places use sirloin, some use ribeye, whatever...one way or another, it was tasty. The roll stood up to the sandwich well and I enjoyed their house made wiz (I do prefer Cooper Sharp though for sure). I have heard a lot of people say they think the steaks here are salty, I personally didn't experience that and I am pretty sensitive to salt. The house cut fries were great. I love a good fresh cut fry and they were done properly. It's always a gamble ordering them, but this was a win for sure. People like it, don't like it, whatever. Ultimately you won't know til you go try for yourself anyway. For me - Wiz Kidz - Didn't Suck!

I ordered a wiz steak and bacon cheese fries. Both were fresh and hit the spot! Definitely a good cheesesteak spot for the surrounding area! I would recommend!

I ordered three chicken tenders meals with fries and specifically asked for two of them to have no seasoning and one to have medium seasoning. My order was not prepared the way I specifically requested, and the experience was frustrating and disappointing. I expected my order to be made correctly.

My son had a chicken burrito which was huge and he said was also very good. We ordered a mix of appetizers, including the cheesesteak egg rolls, breaded mozzarella half moons, housemade G's sauce wings, and the grilled cheese with fries. Everything came out hot and fresh. The wings were the standout, great flavor with G's sauce, which is like a peppery hot sauce. It's not super spicy, but it does have a slight kick. It is definitely a college town bar (I'm in my early 50's). The bartender was prompt and took our drink orders right away. The cook is right in front of you at the bar which is kind of cool. You could tell by speaking with him that he took pride in their menu. He let us sample some of the sauces which was great. I had the special of the day which was a grilled tomato/bacon cheese on Texas toast and a tomato soup with rice, ground beef, onions and peppers. It was fantastic! I also had the Cowboy bites which were jalapeños with cream cheese, bacon and corn - my goodness they were so good! My bro had the "what came first". Fried chicken sandwich with a fried egg and bacon. It came with fries and he said it was really good. My husband had Tri-tip cheese steak with no mushrooms. He said it was delicious. We were there on our own time without a schedule, so we didn't mind having to wait for our bartender. It started getting busy while we were there so the vibe was pretty cool. We will definitely be going back!
