Our delicious food was served to us on time in a wonderfully clean and organized environment. The staff was so nice and generous.

You're lucky if you get what you're supposed to get on your burgers. I've ordered son of baconators before and found out there was no bacon on them. After calling them and telling them, their response was that they ran out of bacon so they didn't put it on there. They knew about it while I was there in the drive-through and continued to charge me for it without actually giving me the product. The most recent was when I bought a regular baconator yesterday. Paid almost 9 dollars for that burger, which is ridiculously overpriced to begin with and then I get home and open it up and see two 1 inch pieces of bacon on it. That's it. No more. I'm not going back to that restaurant again. Not even close to being worth the money that they're asking for their crappy burgers. read more

Service was horrible. Ordered online for pickup at the drive thru. One i arrived i had to wait over 5 minutes at the speaker, only to get to the widow and wait some more. After another 5 minutes I was told to pull around front. Waited there for 5 minutes. My order came out, well part of it any way. When I recieved it, it was lees than half. I was then asked to cone inside. Waited some more only to be given part of my order again. I eventually got the entire order. The entire experience took about 40 minutes, no apology. Manager is rude and wears his pants down halfway off his butt. He had 3 people waiting to order and did not acknowledge anyone. When asked "can we order?" I was met with a "can't you give me a min, damn". Meanwhile, all he had to do was say "I'll be there in one moment," or "someone will be right with you". The slowest service. They are inside talking, and taking one order at a time in the drive thru. You're sitting at the ordering menu for 5 - 10 minutes and not moving up to the next window until the car leaves. Making one meal at a time. I don't know how management hasn't come in and completely changed staffing. I ordered a 10 piece nugget and got 8. Fries cold and medium container not completely full. Staff looks like felons. Quite honestly the slowest "fast" food I've ever been to. I ordered ahead on the app and was the first car at the window to order (2 cars ahead of me already placing their order) and I sat at the intercom for 15 minutes before my order was taken. I then proceeded to wait another 15 minutes for my order. 1) Frosty: I attempted to get a Vanilla frosty but was told after paying they only had Chocolate. Then when it was given to me it was practically liquid and my bag had no spoon or straw... Was I expected to just drink the thing? - It was practically liquid so that was honestly my best bet 2) My fries were TURRIBLE! They seemed to be that leftover microwaved texture - a bad kind of soggy. They were not hot and I ate them as soon as I got them but they were on the cold/warm side. ONTOP of that... they tasted old... as if possibly expired? Really questionable taste... 3) My burger was missing the onions I requested... Only upside was the nuggets were pretty good and the workers apologized for the wait. They seemed to be having a good time and were polite talking to me but seemed to be lackadaisically making orders. Multiple cars behind me just left because it was taking so long. tldr - paint dries faster than your order being made; food is questionable... recommend going elsewhere... read more

Just based off the one and a half (I think) stars I'll give it 4. First off, my boyfriend loves this Wendy's but he hates almost all other food places in Bethlehem so that's saying something, (he's also a chef). I just love how crispy juicy soft flufffyyyyyy and light the nuggets are. They're the best I've ever had no joke, even compared to frozen ones. ALSO, the small little apple bites r sooo adorable and perfect for children to not choke. All of these comparisons are way better than McDonald's to me. I never liked Wendy's and this experience defini changed my mind. The last thing is the sauces have so much flavor I didn't expect and are kind of like those chikfila sauces (I'm obsessed with those sauces) read more

This place is the worst place you want to Oder from! It's run by hood looms! Every time I order my food I get the wrong food! I have to order food here because my daughter is autistic and she want a special taste! They did not one time put the lids on my chillie and messed up my car , clothes and phone! Let's me start by saying I eat here at least 6 times a week so know what I'm talking about. If you complain lines are long, get the app. No more waiting in lines and there are weekly coupons. The food is fantastic if you keep reasonable expectations. Friendly staff and better food than most of the over prices ramen restraunts in the area. I can remember when this Wendy's wasn't here and when the old metal diner that formerly housed Lehigh Pizza was on the exact same site. (But that's another story.) This Wendy's is my go-to when in the mood for food of a lesser quality but of a faster nature and this place rarely disappoints. The drive thru is normally pretty quick as more than once the food has almost been waiting for me at window #2 after paying at window #1. Quick, efficient, and consistent. Most definitely the slowest Wendy's ever. Workers are fine but have no sense of urgency. I've been here several times and there's always usually an issue with the order. Today they forgot one of our burgers so we're waiting for it, there's a big line, and the workers still didn't move any faster. I visited Wendy's #4521 in Poughkeepsie, NY for lunch around 1:30pm on May 20, 2021. I ordered the asiago, bacon chicken club sandwich without tomatoe. When I opened the wrapper and found there was no asiago cheese, bacon or sauce!!! I did not have time to get into the drive thru lane again, it was now around the building and the lobby was closed due to covid. I tried to go to talktowendys.com. But the receipt I received was so faded that I could not read all the information the app requested and would not accept it. One star is even too good of a rating. Walked in to the entire staff behind the counter having a good time conversation being mindless to the guests they had in their dining room waiting to order. After waiting patiently to be waited on, a young lady finally came up to take my order. I just went there with my mom and her card declined due to her having her card shut off for safety purposes but if they would have given it 30 more seconds the card would have been approved. An older woman who I'm thinking was the manager rudely took our food back and said you're card was declined we're not doing it again and shut the window. Food was decent. My chicken wrap had too much lettuce on it. The lady in the drive thru only spoke spanish. I felt that she was being rude by trying to communicate with me in Spanish! The worst fast food restaurant I have ever experienced. I consistently tried to eat here for two years and not once was I pleasantly surprised. I line of 3 cars in the drive thru can take 15 - 20 minutes. Getting 65 cents of change from $22 dollars can take several minutes AFTER the manager has to come out to help. Line was very long inside and only one cashier working for Saturday lunch in the summer. Once we got up there, the cashier messed up our order when we asked for a jr.bacon cheeseburger with three things on it. She kept putting in other things, ended up erasing it entirely, put it back in but missed the combo part, so she just gave us the fries. The medium frosty we ordered she must have heard as small and the cheese only burger she must have heard "everything"...which we found out after we were in the car. I paid in cash and that took her a moment, then we moved to the side. At this point the line was almost to the entrance door, and a second cashier came up. We finally got our food and it wasn't good. I went there with a pretty simple order. Three Jr Bacons, one no lettuce, one no tomato, the other as-is. Here is what I received: One Jr Bacon no lettuce, one chicken sandwich, one cheeseburger. This is a pretty regular occurrence when I go there, they leave out some items and throw in some random ones. I'm not expecting royal treatment here. When my friend said this is the worst wendy's he has ever been to, I didn't know what to think. Sure enough, just like he said, they were super painfully slow. I have never waited so long for a chicken salad in my life. It took the girl five minutes just to figure out how to add extra chicken. Turns out after the manager came over, there is an "extra chicken" button. How dumb do you have to be not to be able to see an extra chicken button? Then I came here two other times, and without fail they were just as slow. There was a line of people waiting for they're food. The third time i wasn't even mad, I just laughed to myself how pathetic and useless the people that work here are. More than once I have seen the manager come out to fix problems, so it's not him that's the idiot, it's the people working for him.
