The hoagies are okay, I think what you're charged in the end you can get better from a local deli.

    Far cry from their advertising!

This place just lost me as a customer. I figured I would try to patronize a restaurant during the current pandemic, I'm sorry I did. I spent over $11 for a cheesesteak. Yet another business cutting corners on quality. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves... What's even more discerning is that they have a sign when you walk in letting you know that the price of certain meats have gone up and they are passing that cost onto the customer. Here's an idea, remove the poster of the cheesesteak so people don't get suckered into thinking they will get a sandwich as advertised. Should be ashamed of yourselves! IN RESPONSE a look at what happened? Look at the pictures, what's left to investigate?

Super clean place with very friendly people! The food is amazing! Rolls are very fresh, they cut quality meats right in front of you and add tons of it! Great place!!

Our waiter, Cody came over and introduced himself and took our drink order. The restaurant is decorated nicely and had a good feel to it. Cody brought our drinks and told us about the days specials. We ordered some Filet Mignons (medium rare) and a side order of Asparagus. Another waiter delivered our food and Cody came over to ask how everything looked. I cut into my steak and it was pink in the center even though it had a mean char on the outside. The steaks were served with some mashed potatoes and a carrot. He said he'd be back to ask how it is. He didn't come back until we were close to finished. If he had come back sooner, I would have told him that the steak was overdone and dry and the asparagus & carrots were overcooked and mushy. I didn't say anything since by then it wouldn't have mattered, we were finishing up. Unfortunately, we had high hopes but were disappointed.

It's open Tuesday through Thursday from 4:30 PM to 9:30 PM, Friday and Saturday from 4:30 PM to 10:00 PM, and Sunday from 4:00 PM to 8:30 PM. I stopped in for the first time on Friday night and was thoroughly impressed. The food was excellent, and the service from the entire staff, especially our servers Becca and Cody, was truly top notch. I started with the bone marrow risotto and the scallops appetizer. The risotto was rich, creamy, and full of deep savory flavor, while the scallops were perfectly cooked and beautifully balanced, with a subtle kick from the wasabi mashed. For my steak I went with the 17 oz ribeye, cooked to a flawless medium rare. Every bite was juicy and delicious. For sides, I chose ricotta creamed asparagus and lobster mac. The asparagus was tender and luxuriously coated in a velvety ricotta sauce, and the lobster mac arrived piping hot and super creamy. Both were great accompaniments to my steak. From start to finish, my dining experience at Orchid Steakhouse was exceptional. I can't wait to come back and explore more of their menu.

We were seated right away in an open format atmosphere with the best balance of light and dark. The bar across from us looked fantastic. What we noticed right from the start is how well the staff works with and for each other to bring guests the best dining experience possible. Maddie was our server. She was kind, professional, patient, and knowledgable about both food and drink on a grand scale. Her recommendations were stellar. I had a refreshing gin and basil martini as well as their beef carpaccio, which was absolutely fantastic. My girlfriend started with their beef stew, which was thick and satisfying. It was so delicious, she almost canceled her entree to have more. She went with the home cooking route and indulged in their meatloaf with green beans and mashed potatoes. Although she loved that as well, half had to come home with her, which made for an excellent lunch the next day. I went with the raw of it all and got their spectacular tuna tartare with asparagus, radish, and rice. Usually, the tuna is cut into strips but this tremendous block of gorgeous fish knocked me out. Absolutely fantastic from presentation to flavor. For dessert, we got their brownie with ice cream and this was all upper level in taste and texture. I would be shocked if their ice cream hadn't been made in-house. We loved our first experience with Apollo and we look forward to our next visit, which is hopefully sooner than later.

Their farm-to-table approach means a rotating menu and selection of curated ingredients that make up stunning dishes. From appetizer to dessert (which sadly we didnt have room for) the menu is thoughtful and intentional. Starting with cocktails - the famous Sleigh Bells Ring (featured on the cover of Edible Magazine) was perfection. Not too sweet, warming and tart with the mescal and boozy cranberry sauce- and incredible concoction. The Dark Love Story was equally seductive with a vodka base and aperitif blend with red wine reduction. The thought they put into their menu doesnt just stop at food! We were torn between starters but the Tartare was our pick and an excellent one. The egg was golden, the capers crisp, and the truffle aoili was never overpowering. The housemade crisp chips were a welcome change from the often offered toast bites while still being an elevated dish. The potato crsted cod was served beautifully with a lobster broth poured table-aide and was accompanied by fresh clams, shrimp, and mussels- honestly not a critique to be found. The grilled Chipotle flank steak was cooked to perfection and the hen of the woods mushroom was a showstopper. All in all I struggled to not make a reservation for every night I was in town because it is a must to go back. The server told us that we should order them medium rare because the medium would be not cooked to our satisfaction. The medium rare came out overdone. When my friend asked for another steak, they brought her a new one that was completely raw in the center. It's clear to me. They don't know how to cook according to temperature. The pan sear deck duck breast was not cooked to perfection either. In between each course, we had to keep asking for silverware because they served us food with no silverware. You should never have to ask in a restaurant of this magnitude to be given silverware with your meal. When we got there, I had brought in a cake for dessert and the guy at the hostess stand said let me take that for you and bring it to the table. I said no it's a surprise.
