The risotto was rich, creamy, and full of deep savory flavor, while the scallops were perfectly cooked and beautifully balanced, with a subtle kick from the wasabi mashed. For my steak I went with the 17 oz ribeye, cooked to a flawless medium rare. Every bite was juicy and delicious. For sides, I chose ricotta creamed asparagus and lobster mac. The asparagus was tender and luxuriously coated in a velvety ricotta sauce, and the lobster mac arrived piping hot and super creamy. Both were great accompaniments to my steak. He didn't come back until we were close to finished. If he had come back sooner, I would have told him that the steak was overdone and dry and the asparagus & carrots were overcooked and mushy.
