Chimichurri steak and fries and a rodeo burger - A burger with fries is served on red checkered paper, and a steak topped with onions and greens is on a white plate on a wooden table.

Amazing service Kade was very kind and helpful navigating fantastic menu options for my food allergies. They have a dedicated gluten free fryer which is an AMAZING find for a restaurant. I got the chimichurri steak with fries. The steak was so tender and flavorful and the fries were crispy. Highly recommend if you have allergies or celiac! Or even if you don't have any the food was delicious.

Beer & Cheese Dip - A black tray holds fried snacks and a bowl of yellow soup garnished with herbs, served on a wooden table.

Mediocre Burger might be a better name. Started out with the beer and cheese dip, not very cheesy and lacked in flavor. The accompanying pretzel bites were dark and did little to support the dip. The Crispy Chicken sandwich lacked the crunch and the Hipster Burger was on the sloppy side and really didn't deliver. We added on fries to our sandwiches that were limp and cold, not what you should expect from fresh cut fries. Service was lackluster and never offered refills. After our entrees were served we didn't have any contact until it was time for our check. There is better out there from restaurants that don't have "Burger" in their name.

Milkshake - A milkshake with whipped cream and colorful sprinkles in a tall glass, served with a yellow straw on a wooden table in a retro-themed restaurant.

Po boy was excellent, kinda upset they didn't have any other sides besides fries. The retro atmosphere was excellent, as I felt like I was sitting in an 80's diner.

The burger was outstanding and the place has a great vibe. They do trivia and game nights. I would certainly go back.

Way over priced for what you get. Cold food. Very slow service. Should be a different name as it is not retro food.

The food and drinks were great. Our server, Johnny, was super attentive and knowledgeable when asked for suggestions. We were a little shocked at the end of the meal when we were told there was a 300 minimum for the two of us. As we booked through Open Table I thought oh boy I kissed the fine print. I asked to speak to the manager and promptly was greeted by Lee. He immediately said they were waiving the minimum as it wasn't entirely clear on the reservation system. He was awesome and took feedback from my wife and I. That's what great customer service is all about. The only thing keeping this from being a five star was the risotto was a bit bland. Otherwise, a wonderful experience. The igloos are a ton of fun too, just go with a large party!

After two recent visits, ZEST bar+grille has really stepped up in unexpected ways…read more My girlfriend and I always enjoyed the restaurant due to it food, drinks, view, and overall aesthetic, as well as its quality staff. But now, their meals have advanced to another plain. The grilled salmon was phenomenal. Perfectly cooked and seasoned, and with amazing rice and blistered tomatoes, it was an absolute treat. My girlfriend got a couple of small plates and she loved her meal as well. In the morning, we returned for brunch, which usually wasn't as good in the past. My girlfriend wanted scrambled eggs and bacon and fries. Since I was starving, I indulged in the beef poutine with onion gravy over fries and with an egg -- as well as the blistered tomatoes. Absolutely phenomenal (along with a great cappuccino). The flavors were truly incredible. Kimberly, the server who may be the best in town, took care of us, which only added to our experience. She is a stellar ambassador to ZEST. Reservations were fast and easy. Upon arrival (both times) we were seated immediately. The only strange thing had nothing to do with ZEST: Even within the restaurant, if you search for "brunch near me" or "breakfast near me," ZEST does not come up at all. That's a shame because many souls may be missing out on a fantastic experience.

It's great for dates because this is where my girlfriend and I had our first dinner together in 2021. Veronica, our incredible server, took care of us. She fielded any questions with ease and her recommendations were exceptional. My girlfriend loved her cosmopolitan and my martini with blue cheese stuffed olives was phenomenal. The artichoke and spinach dip was both plentiful and flavorful. The tuna tartare was a bit dry yet delicious. But that grilled octopus was on a completely different level of flavor and texture. Truly fantastic. Whether you're here for lunch or dinner, the menu is incredible. Many thanks again to Veronica for her kindness and for her professionalism!

Staff was incredibly friendly and attentive and even though there weren't many people when we first arrived, you could tell it had a fun vibe. It was filling up as we left. I had the pasta primavera and it was rich and delectable. I added shrimp which were perfectly cooked. I didn't think I was going to finish it but I did. My partner enjoyed his chicken panini. The fries were excellent. We both want to return on our next Bethlehem trip to try the pierogi and some cocktails. I also think their salad options look good. Twisted Olive is a great option in Bethlehem.

Food that's absolutely a must order include the hummus platter, with extraordinary fresh bread. and the baklava. Both are epic! I had the lunch special, which was lamb kebabs with white rice. Lamb was ok but not remarkably spiced nor that tender. But it was good. The rice was a bit mushy and there was little to no dressing on the salad nor the red cabbage on the dish. Would have loved to have had something more like rice pilaf. Requested some white yogurt dressing on the side and this brought it together. I don't think one can judge a place based on the lunch special so I will definitely be returning to try more of their entrées that they're known for. The place was packed so clearly locals know this is a good place to go!
