I figured out right away that my order would be in mobile orders section but since I selected and did dine in, the staff briefing calling out my order was done could've been helpful. Went to the wendys on stefko blvd got a 3 piece tender for $5.82. I gave the guy at the windows $6 I should have received .18 cents in change I got .15 cents, I know "only 3 cents" but this happens each and every time I have been there also the 3 "tenders" I got were very hard and over cooked and dry. I gave them to my dog who didn't even eat them. I attempted to call the store no one picked up. This place can't even get a simple order of burger NO cheese correct. Zero concern for the food that they are putting out and definitely no concern about giving correct change. My question is how much money are they over at the end of the night. Walking into this Wendy's felt like stepping into a cloud of grease--seriously, the air was so thick it felt like it should come with a warning label. This was the worst Wendy's. Stopped here for lunch and it was unbelievably horrible. They messed up everyone's order in front of us and the people behind us. Cashier had no idea what she was doing. Even though it is an easy on/off the highway, drive to the next exit and eat somewhere else. We stopped and ordered two small Frostys and one order of fries. It took over 15 minutes to receive the order with only one person in line ahead of us. The cashier was more concerned about getting his 4:00PM break and kept leaving the register to find the manager. There appeared to be a manager present, but he did not appear concerned over the speed of the operation. The cashier grabbed the two Frostys and put them on the counter and then realized there were not french fries made. So the Frostys sat on the counter while new fries were cooked. We only stop by twice a year, but the service is always adequate, the food hot and tasty, and the staff polite. It is hardly a shining example of excellence - the bathrooms are always messy and the staff is reactive rather than proactive in dealing with problems - but it is a fine place to stop on your way thru Pennsylvania. Best part is easy-on, easy-off of the highway. Be cautious in their parking lot, though, it is tight and we've had a few close calls with inattentive drivers. read more
