This restaurant deserves a F+. Ice Cream is out of the question. Don't even ask. I couldn't even get a shake, because no one wants to take the time to clean the machines. Someone needs to teach these morons how to make their food NOT look like it was run over by a car, before they serve it. It's pathetic, and not the slightest bit appealing. I took one look at my burger, and thought to myself "You gotta be f'ing kidding me." For many years I considered this the very best McDonald's anywhere. Unfortunately, not long ago orders started being wrong nearly as often as correct, like forgetting bacon on a Bacon McDouble, for example. After bringing mistakes to their attention many times, it started to get too uncomfortable to keep doing so. Also, what was once the fastest drive-thru anywhere has slowed to a crawl. On Tuesday, August 5th, at about 8:30pm, it took exactly 16 minutes from a very simple order at the drive-thru kiosk to actually receive food at the window. Additionally, the car directly ahead, who also waited far too long, apparently received the wrong order, because they handed what appeared to be my order in a small bag back. Their order, apparently now corrected, was then handed to them in a larger bag. I refused my order and asked for a refund, because I now have concerns about food safety, too. I no longer recommend this restaurant and strongly advise to avoid it. read more

I got food poisoning once about 2 months ago. I work late hrs an there no food stores open. But this place is. I keep going back. Another time my fries tastes like perfume. Then yesterday I cut the ties. My burger had a weird taste in it in the middle of the burger idk what it was but it didn't taste right. I ask for no onions I get onions multiple times. I ask for a large smoothie they give me a small. Yall need to reconsider a better manger. I said what I said. That food poisoning sucked by the way I should have called health inspector tbh. Its a McDonald. Food is what you'd expect from the chain, but this is definitely one of the better locations I've been to. The place is typically pretty clean and service is usually decent. Have had one or two negative experiences relating to the length of time that it took to get food in the drive through lane, but overall not bad. If your in the mood for a McDonalds then come here otherwise i'd say pickup a burger from one of the local joints and pay a dollar or two more for a substantially better burger. read more

Shits gas, not gonna lie. People who leave bad reviews don't understand the true meaning of the double og MC. Mc Donald's is a classic, yes snotty 15 year olds work there and low lifers who dedicated half there life to chucking ultra flavored frozen nuked monkey meat out the window live there. But once you see through that mc Donald's is a beautiful place. Like who else invented making two mini syrup infused pancakes and slapping a perfectly greasy sausage patty in between, add a .50 cent cheese board in it and it makes for a great msg, diarrhea explosion, morning slap in the face. Chicken nugs are normally good as long as they aren't left sitting around more then 5 mins, and the fries are priceless for being cheap asf. The deals on the app slap harder then my dad on a Sunday morning looking for the weed wacker I miss placed and when the ice cream machine is felt like being used they make good ice cream with random bits in it pulverized into a cardboard cylinder completed with a autistic spoon. read more

It was amazing how messed up my experience was at this place was: 1. I ordered a medium black iced coffee, the cashier selected '1 black coffee, ADD Ice'. When I brought up the discrepancy in my order, the manager pointed to the receipt and acted as if I was the one who screwed up. Then an iced coffee came out... with milk and sugar. When I brought up the issue again, that it was not what I had ordered, he said that is how they serve iced coffee, and they didn't have black iced coffee. 2. I wanted to redeem a coupon with the aforementioned iced coffee, the one you get after five McCafe drinks on your app. The cashier didn't know how to use the scanner. The manager came out, again straight up asked me what the problem was. Then, he acted like he was doing me a favor by giving me a freebie. 3. During the payment process, the credit card machine displayed 'transaction cancelled' message. The poor kid behind the cashier went to get the manager again who came over, looked at me and bluntly asked me what the problem was. By this point, I just pointed to the machine. He told me to insert the card three times and swipe the card three times. 4. I had also ordered two plain cheese burger happy meals, and a chicken nugget happy meal for my three kids ages 6-8, who were patiently waiting with me for 20 minute by then. After that coffee/payment fiasco, I turned around and left the place without taking my coffee. In the car, my son took one bite of the burger, and started crying. Both burgers had onions and ketchup on them. No need to say I had the absolutely worst experience here, and my kids had to witness them all. read more

Absolutely ridiculous! Went in to use the bathroom on a long road trip, couldn't because of COVID-19. Then tried ordering at the counter and was told to use the kiosk, but I despise kiosks with a passion. Technology is taking over, what happened to human on human action. Visited this location today for a quick bite. It was pretty busy but the team seemed to be keeping up. No one seemed put off or agitated with the short wait. What people (myself included) WERE agitated about was the manager on duty! He looked 12 and quite honestly managed the team as I would expect a 12 year old child to manage... not at all. Demand, command, and add to the chaos? Yes! Manage? No. Was he unaware the customers waiting were listening to his nonstop chatter telling everyone what they were doing wrong or too slow? Not once was there a please, thank you, good job... just a lot of right now, do this, give me that. The poor girl on register he would send out to give food to a parked car and bark that she needs to help him (away from the register) and then bark again asking why she wasnt on register. Everyone waiting was talking about him... not the wait, not the food... just him. One woman was on her phone talking to someone about him. He was working hard, but clearly not smart as he had zero leadership skills. His employees just kept their heads down and stayed quiet and complied. This place has taken a dive...drive thru needs to get their stuff together.....3 weeks in a row i had to either wait for my food, forgot part of my order or messed up my order plus had to wait for it then go back while i was on my lunch hour. I was higly disapointed the last time I visited this McDonalds. I was being waited on by the young lady at front counter she went to help the next person so I stepped aside. She was obviously new or newer because she wasnt completely familiar with the monitor yet and she was having difficulty understanding my order and putting it in correctly. HOWEVER, seeing that she was new it wasnt a problem for me. I was very understanding and patient. I think personally it would take me at least a YEAR to get used to everything. I understand that mistakes happen. But the whole time I was waiting for my food I had to stand back and listen to one of the mangers constantly correcting her and what seemed to be nit picking on her rather than helping her like one of the other managers was doing. I was honestly disgusted by it and thought it was ridiculous that she would come at one of her employees like that yet I heard her say "yes baby" to another employee, who im sure was there much longer than this one was. But regardless, that shouldnt matter. I dont like going into a fast food resturant where the coworkers dont get along and are rude to one another. But this was even worse. A manger who was seeming to have favoritism and coming down on one of her own employees. I truely felt sorry for that young lady on the register. I know personally my daughter will never work there because I wouldnt want her to have the possiblity of being treated that same way. I understand if people are new they need to learn the right ways of doing things. But I dont believe this manager was doing it correctly. As I was walking out the door I heard one of the employees call her name. So I would just like to make it clear that because of the manger Sylvia, I will not be coming there as often as I used to due to the fact that I do not like the way she was coming at that young lady on the register and I prefer not to see it or hear it again. read more
