Made a large mobile order here and the food was ready on time, the proper temperature and tasted great. Only complaint was that they seemed understaffed since the person working register was also assisting with preparing orders, so getting to the front of the line to pick up my food (which was ready) took a while. read more

What a fun DQ! They have a dozen retro signs of old DQ treats from the past as well as some fun old photos. They staff were hard working and friendly. The place was spotless inside and out! Went through the drive through. It was a fairly long line - we were maybe 4th or 5th in line. We were amazed how quickly we were served. Got a mint chip shake and chocolate malt with extra chocolate. I have never had my order be wrong every single time I go, but this store has set a new low to ordering fast food! They mess up every time I go. I don't know what to do about it. I have given them 4 chances because I love the food, but when do you say, "Enough is enough"? I don't want to give them any more chances and to make up for giving us the wrong order, they are only going to replace the burgers, not the whole meal that they screwed up completely. Went there with a $10 giftcard got a 2 for $5 cheeseburger. The cheeseburgers were ok. The problem was per Washington State law if the balance of the giftcard is under $5, you can ask for the balance in cash. The cashier said No and then asked her Manager, who also said No. I got ahold of the Washington State Attorney general and was told they have to obey that. It's the law. So I filed a grievance. Not very good food, the cones were okay but the cone itself was terrible. We came here on our way home and it was almost impossible to keep it all clean because the Blizzard there was overfilled and now because of the mess my shirt is stained because of it, only giving it Two Stars for the Dilly Bars. This DQ constantly continues to disappoint. I don't like my food dumped in a box, it gets cold way to fast and something is always missed. Last visit the employees acted like there were no customers in the lobby while they had a chat session and I had to keep asking for items they forgot: half the order bagged, fry sauce, drink cups, sundays and lids for them. Time before that I watched an employee drop alot of sunday cups and pick them back up and use them on my order. I declined the sundays for obvious reasons and the food because they did not wash their hands after picking stuff up off the floor. That is just gross. Not the first time I have seen that happen. The worst DQ I have ever been to. The lady who took our order was rude, and unhelpful. I have never had worse customer service and almost any other restaurant. We wanted to order a blizzard and she was arguing with us over what its name was. (Chocolate chip vs. chocolate chunk) The food's taste was fine, hence two stars. However, they were incredibly stingy with fries and sauces. They could only give us two free sauces and I guess that meant fry sauce as well, because we got none. They also gave us a fry basket instead of an onion ring basket, and we were charged for an onion ring basket, but we were too frustrated to even worry about it. Went here to get some lunch with my sister and wanted to order two separate orders. Someone told us it was too high volume to do that, and I asked again" you can't do two separate orders?" and he replied," just what I said." So when we got to the window I asked if I could speak to the manager and the nice employee said "that was actually the owner your were talking to do you want me to get him?" I replied yes and he went to get him. The owner came to the window and I said, " I don't appreciate being talked to like that I've been here before and order two orders, and it's been busier." Which he replied,"do you know our system, no." Which I replied back "no but I've worked in a customer service restaurant." We stopped here on our way down to Ocean Shores just because there wasn't many choices. It's okay for a small town and probably the best things about Dairy Queen is the ice cream cones. Eek. Methinks not. Okay so, approximately at 5 pm today my grand-kids and myself decided we were hungry after a good day of getting rekt. As we were driving through the vapid black hole that is Aberdeen, we thought a blizzard and some food sounded exactly like what would hit the spot. Unfortunately much like any good story worth telling, we ran into some difficulties. NOW, I want to emphasize it was not the workers, not the people, but the entity of the Dairy Queen herself. Her soul. Her aging, corporate, bitter soul had seeped its way into the essence of the food we were eating. We didn't ask for much. We understand it's fast food , but even most other chains have the decency to make sure the taste of the cardboard you're eating is covered up by grease and that sweet sweet szechuan sauce. Let me get more specific, the chicken burger I ate made me really rethink the choices I had been making in my life lately. I also thought maybe my old age was finally catching up to me and the most powerful part of my senses had lost their strength and therefore the food had no flavor to me. Thankfully that was quickly disproved when the kids spoke up on how their food tasted and looked like the rotting remains of a vagina. The beef looked like it got turned out. Beat up. This has literally been the worst visit to date. I'm not really one to complain. I had to go up and order 3 different times to get the order right. Things were entered wrong and things forgotten completely. Also, 3 separate transactions. I ordered a meal deal with the sundae. I asked if we could come back after we had eaten to get the sundae, getting a yes. Before we had even gotten our drink cups we were handed the sundae. I understand being busy but, come on! The said sundae, was a hot fudge. It was thrown in the freezer until we were finished eating. Definitely NOT a hot fudge sundae anymore. Also ordered a second sundae after eating and it was forgotten about until my daughter went up 10 minutes later to see where it was. This is and was the worst service. This place is a joke. My chicken strips and both orders of fries were cold. The gravy cup for my chicken was hardly a 1/4 of the way filled. Both sodas, a Pepsi and a Sierra Mist both didn't have flavor and tasted disgusting plus they never tip the blizzards upside down. When I called to tell them I talked to a manager and she told me that there was nothing wrong with the soda machine and all of the food was heated. After getting home and unwinding for the day she wanted us to drive all of the way back to exchange our food. Worst service ever! We arrived and there was only one person at the counter and they were talking to what appeared to be a customer. Turns out it was an off duty employee in their street clothes. The employee that was working didn't acknowledge us. Finally after the off duty employee left they helped us. It took 20 min to get our food. We didn't get our gravy so I went back to the counter and was told it would be 10 minutes.
