I finally got to try this spot with friends, and we ordered a small carne asada fries, a patty melt, a grilled cheese, and a Riptide. The carne asada fries were a hit and definitely enough to share between two people. My husband really liked the patty melt, and the grilled cheese also hit the spot. I immediately told the cashier about the mistake, and instead of correcting it, she charged me the difference for a small fry, even though the error was not mine. The situation was made more frustrating when the card reader wouldn't properly process my Apple Pay, which I had already used to pay for the original order. For two small items, my total came out to $27.57. I asked if the small carne asada fries were really $18.99, because the pricing listed on their Yelp page shows $7.30, and small fries listed at $2.09. The cashier said they "don't have a website," even though the pricing is clearly shown on their Yelp listing, which they updated with new hours just three months ago. If hours can be updated, pricing should be updated as well as their website on yelp. When I suggested she let management know, she seemed uninterested and went back to her phone. Once I got home and opened the bag, I was shocked to see how small the portion actually was. The container was barely larger than my 12-oz energy drink, which makes $18.99 completely unreasonable for the amount of food received. 1. My order was made incorrectly 2. I was charged extra for their mistake 3. Pricing on Yelp is inaccurate and misleading Overall, not worth the price. In my opinion their carne asada fries are the best it's always hot and fresh! The ice cream cones and all things made with ice cream are always delicious from here. I'm not a big fan of their burgers or other meals but the fries and ice cream are the best! The service is quick and you get greeted when walking in. The style of this restaurant is cute because it gives you a feel for vintage vibes. The prices have changed a bit within the last couple of years as the small carne asada fries used to be $10-$12 and a large carne asada used to be $14-16. Now a small carne asada fries is $21 with tax. I believe a small ice cream used to be $2-$3 now it's about $4-$5 with tax. I know prices have raised due to economic changes but I would recommend trying this place at least once! read more

We purchased 3 dipped cones and ended up tossing ALL of them after 2 bites. The "ice cream" lacked flavor and the "chocolate" reminded me of wax. Quality has gone downhill while the prices have gone up. Cheap, disgusting owners who make cuts thinking it'll help their bottom line, when in reality they're doing a disservice to themselves and community. LOVE! Reminds me of an old school burger joint, they got malt shakes which I liked but they didn't really add enough malt so I couldn't taste it as much as I wanted but still good. I got the BLT and I liked it, my wife got the chicken tendies, she said they were okay (she rated them a 3) lol I do want to try a burger next time. I like that the food didn't taste like "fast food" just a genuine burger joint. I would come back. I think both meals and ice creams came out to 40$ bucks. This is what I crave after a long workout on a cheat day. This style of food-- unpretentious, honest, greasy, and accessible-- has a soft spot in my heart. Because of that, I tend to be a bit more critical of they mess it up. They do not. Dairy Belle is a perfect weekend treat. The service is prompt but not quick. There's always a line. We drove past dairy belle freeze many times but never stopped to try until now! So glad we did because now we found a new burger/fast food joint to revisit. We ordered 2 combo meals, 1/4 beef hamburger and the fish sandwich. Everything came out piping hot and fresh, which we love! Both were excellent but my preference would be the fish sandwich. The portion was also generous for what you get. there were people coming in and out, so business is busy, which is always a good sign. only reason why I'm giving it a 4 star instead of 5 is because of the price. This is one of my favorite burger joints. It holds a lot of nostalgia because we would go here after visiting family in the old hospital. We ordered 1/4 burgers without cheese or bacon. The pickles are so much better than the sad ones at McDonald. I wish that they used whole pieces of lettuce instead of the shredded lettuce though. We also ordered fried shrimp and fries. I liked it, but it was a little salty. I also got a small ice cream cone which was huge! It was dipped in chocolate. I don't know if I've been spoiled but the chocolate did not taste like chocolate. The vanilla ice cream was good though. The workers were friendly and the food was all prepared within 10-15 minutes. We were served right away. My son got a chocolate dipped cone. I had a bite it was delicious. My husband had a swirl cone that was really good as well. Both cones were huge. I got a Oreo shake it was ok. It tasted like melted Oreo ice cream which is not a bad thing. When we arrived we checked the hours on the door it said they close at 10 however at 9:15 an employee told us they closed at 9:00 so we had to leave. They were still open on Labor Day and it did take a while for us to get to order, everyone else in the store had already ordered and was waiting for their food but the workers seemed to be concentrating on finishing those orders before taking additional ones. I was hoping we could get the fried zucchini this time, but they had run out, so we got fried mushrooms (small) and curly fries (small). It only took them a couple minutes to finish our food. I thought the curly fries were decent, although not as strongly seasoned as I would personally like. For the mushrooms, I really liked the crunchy fried exterior, but not so fond of the button mushrooms they used inside, especially since everytime you bite into it, the juices from the mushroom tend to gush out and if you're not careful, you could splatter on yourself. The mushrooms seemed mostly separated from the fried shell exterior. Nonetheless, the food is still pretty good if you are craving something fried. In the future, I might want to try their ice cream since they offer a chocolate dipped cone option. read more

The good: This place is an old-fashioned, retro (50s-esque) and non-pretentious burger joint with milkshakes (similar to Dairy Queen). It's the kind of joint you imagine teens going to on their first date. I got a marshmallow milkshake here and thought it was super interesting that they had this flavor. It surprisingly tasted like marshmallow rather than just vanilla. The consistency was great. It wasn't too thick nor too runny. The size small was a pretty good size too. This place was crowded on a weekday around 4:30PM while being next door to a McDonald's so that was an indication to me that it might be pretty good. The interior is a bit small and offers booth-style seating. There are also some benches outside. The bad: I ordered spicy fries but they didn't have any. A small shake was over $5. The fans inside are pretty dirty, greasy and dusty. The flavor options outside of marshmallow are pretty basic and standard. The interesting They play some bopping pop music.
