    Egg sausage cheese bagel
    Jan E.

If you're in the area and need a quick bite to eat, this is the spot! Downtown Sunnyvale is right around the corner. I was walking around looking for a place to eat. Everything looked so good. I got a breakfast bagel, sausage egg and cheese. It was $8.99 and $0.27 cents for credit card surcharge. I didn't try any of the donuts. The lady working was really nice. There are tables and chairs outside. Overall, if you're in the area and need a quick bite to eat, this is the spot! My breakfast sandwich was good and I recommend bringing cash to avoid the credit card surcharge.

Burnt plain bagel with "strawberry" cream cheese (didn't ask for extra toasted)

I'm sad to say but this place completely disappointed me today I loved coming here, I have to admit it's been a few months since I've came to buy something Today we were craving some bagels with cream cheese and said let's just go and get them from daily donuts Haven't been there in a cool minute Should've saved myself those few bucks, plain bagel was over toasted and I'm sorry but plain cream cheese with red jelly filling for donuts doesn't make it strawberry cream cheese Not sure if this is a new thing or maybe they didn't have any prepped But maybe making the customer aware of the shortness of product is better Trust me, we would've gotten plain Cream cheese instead But coming home and opening your bagel seeing this not cool Not sure how the other menu items are but makes me think twice about coming back

I've been here a few times over the years. It is located in a small strip mall right by 7-11. This is a hole-in-the-wall shop for the better. When you first walk into this tiny place, you get a wall that is plastered in pictures of their croissant sandwiches. The display case features their classic donuts. I was fortunate to have some of the donuts come out of the fryer nice and hot. Chocolate Raised Donut - nice, light, crunchy exterior. The chocolate was not overly sweet. The service is nice and friendly from the ladies working here.

Don't pay any attention to the negative reviews here. This place is hands down the best doughnut/breakfast sandwich spot in Sunnyvale! Highly recommend! You won't be disappointed!

    Apple Fritter

Food I've had from here before: Apple fritter Dozen glazed donuts Chicken club sandwich on a sesame bagel Food: 10/10 It's perfect. Everything you'd expect from a small family owned deli/donut shop. No, they actually surpass my expectations. For the cost, the food surpasses a lot of competitors throughout Sunnyvale. Ambiance: 10/10 Again it gives the family owned deli/donut shop vibes. Makes you feel like you're at home. Service: 10/10 They put donut holes in my sandwich bag when I didn't even ask for it. They also wrapped my food really well. I'll be a regular.

    13A - Chicken Club Sandwich

My favorite donut spot by far. But I don't just come here for the donuts. The chicken club on the Asiago Bagel is straight fire. Fresh ingredients, soft bagel with tons of flavor. It's $9 so a little pricey but what isn't pricey these days right? Plus they're independently owned so I don't mind. My only gripe is that the entrance is literally by a huge dumpster and the area is a lil runs down but it's good just wished it looked cleaner. So next time you're in Sunnyvale, swing by the Daily Donuts on Fair Oaks, not the one on Saratoga/Sunnyvale Ave and order the 13A on Asiago. Thank me later

The store is quite tight and can probably fit around 6 people comfortably waiting in line but there are a lot of different variety of donuts that are aways fully stocked. They serve donuts, bagels and sandwiches to go. The wall is covered in pictures of different sandwiches that they offer. It kinda all looks like the same sandwich with subtle differences but I swear they have over 50+ different options and it can look a bit overwhelming. Morning time can get really busy but service is quick. The workers are really nice and always throw in a few donut holes for free.

    Weekend donuts

Came here on a weekend morning after craving fresh donuts. Ample parking at the back of the shop. Got 3 donuts (2 glazed and 1 sprinkle cake donut) for $4.50. Please note that if you want to pay with credit card for purchased under $5, there is a service charge of 50¢. So bring cash for small orders. The glazed yeast donuts were pretty good. They weren't overly oily with pockets of grease or anything. The donuts were still a bit warm even though we purchased them after 9am. They were wonderfully pillowy and soft. The sugar glaze was even and delicious. Cake donut was alright. They did glaze the donut first before adding the pink frosting and sprinkles, so that was a nice touch. Nice place to get a quick donut fix.

Bacon egg and cheese sandwich! ($5!)

In a world of $8 bagel sandwiches and $4 coffee, Daily Donuts is a real breath of fresh air. Let me just start by saying that Daily Donuts is way more than just a bagel store - their store is *literally* covered wall to wall with their menu, which ranges from breakfast sandwiches (on croissant, bagel, eng muffin, and cheese bread) to banh mi, burgers, even vietnamese plates! Also somewhat surprisingly, this place has escaped the slow tide of gradually increasing prices, keeping most of their breakfast sandwiches at the $5 point and offering your standard carafe coffee for a couple bucks more. I. Love. This. But what about their DONUTS!? They're amazing. they're great fresh and great the next day, so if there's a day-old bag at the front of the store with a donut you want, by all means get it! Their donuts are BEEFY, especially the apple fritter and the bear claw, which are ~$2.50 but are essentially a very heavy, sugary meal. Honestly no complaints here, other than from my coworkers who have to cut them in half. While it is a "regular" stop, service is incredibly prompt, thanks to the two firey Vietnamese ladies behind the counter. If you're a fan of donuts or just things sandwiched between two carbs, this place is for you. Check them out! --- sweet: amazingly affordable, great food. bitter: their toaster is pretty cheap and burns the toppings on the top of your bagel sandwich :(

Ok I do like the bagels here but I might not come back for a while…read more. We came on a Saturday around 10:30am and there was a longgg line outside. We waited about 25-30min. The shop is quite small inside with no tables so it's to-go only. We got: - Ube Almond (5/5): this was my personal favorite but the almond flavor is strong so if you don't like almond you may want to skip this - Cali Roll (5/5): Really good! However if I had to choose between this and a california sushi roll, I would probably just go for sushi tbh haha - Miso Scallion (4/5): Their seasonal AAPI month flavor. I couldn't really taste the miso scallion. It just tasted like cream cheese to me. But my husband really liked this one! Also, I'd like to note that we happened to get their last Ube Almond of the day (I felt bad hearing them tell the party after us it was sold out now). So I would recommend arriving earlier than we did. Overall, while the bagels did taste good, they were all VERY oily. Like oil literally drips out as you squeeze the bagel. So they're quite heavy to eat in the morning and not something I would get often.

While waiting we joked that the bagels must be hella messy if there's only wet wipes on the counter, no normal napkins. We had no idea how right we were. Very greasy bagels (to be expected, if they're dipped in butter). I make fun of my boyfriend for sometimes using a fork and knife with pizza -- this is a fork-knife bagel. Pork floss was delish, tons of butter and garlic flavor, soft and slightly sweet bagel, good mix of textures. The corn was a surprise...flavor wise it works, but it falls out all over the place. Fork definitely recommended. Bf's garlic Asiago was just as greasy, more garlicky, and I didn't think it was any better than a typical cheesy garlic bread. I would skip that one. It was good, don't get me wrong, it just didn't seem special or worthwhile. These bagels seem more gimmicky than anything. Good, but overpriced. Probably won't return.

After my half-year in the Bay Area, I frequently find myself craving a good NYC-style bagel, and, while Boichik Bagels hasn't _quite_ cracked the code, they've gotten pretty darn close. Their bagels are delightfully dense and slightly chewy, with a great snap from the crust. They're a little bit heavier than my average NYC bagel, but they've definitely mastered the NYC-style ginormous schmear of cream cheese and/or loaded breakfast sandwich. I've enjoyed their bagels in both sandwich form (huge fan of the whitefish salad with cucumbers and tomatoes for a more protein-rich / substantive meal) and with just a generous helping of cream cheese (of which they have quite a few flavors, including several vegan options). They don't have a _ton_ of bagel flavors, but they do have all the classics. Boichik also has a surprising love for pumpernickel; while the classic pumpernickel is delicious, I'm a huge fan of their pumpernickel caraway salt for a bit of extra herb flavor and savoriness. The staff is friendly and efficient. While there isn't any seating inside, there's a smattering of tables outside or you can always snag a seat elsewhere in Town & Country.

Nahita Bakery operates a humble storefront with large glass display cases showing off their delicious baked goods, fried pastries, and stewed meats and vegetables. As a first timer, it was a feast for hungry eyes! We came in on a weekday afternoon and were hankering for a snack before dinner. The staff welcomed us in and gave us a quick introduction to their offerings. My mouth was already salivating at the sight of the golden brown pastries and at the mention of olives and cheese, I was committed! We ended up getting a coupe of their items including achmas (pastry made with sweetened dough) and pogaca (pastry made with buttery dough) - one filled with olives and one with the feta cheese. We also got a borek (pastry made with phyllo dough) with ground beef and asked to be cut up so it can be shareable. The olive achma was fragrant and soft when torn into. The olives were flavorful and distributed well within the bun. The feta cheese pogaca was flavorful and was layered into bun. I think it would have tasted even better warmed but it was delicious nonetheless. The distribution of the cheese could have been better to better fill my mouth with those flavors. The borek was a star but too heavy for one person to eat. The fried dough was crispy and paired with the ground beef made for a hearty snack to go with something warm to drink. The other pastries and entrees looked good and although we didn't have the stomach space for it this time, we know we will be back when we are in the area to try something new. Perhaps we will get to try their coffee next time! Overall, Nahita Bakery does an amazing job bringing their Turkish culture through food to the South Bay. Their quality of work is shown in the food's presentation, ingredients, and flavors and the clean open dining space elevates the dining experience here whether you're in for breakfast, lunch, a snack, or dinner. Their large parking lot shared by other small businesses is fantastic for those looking to get in and out on some errands.
