Kylie also had to work around the client's floral allergies and source the supplies on short notice. Kylie and her crew delivered the two cemetery pieces on time for the military funeral, as well as the centerpieces at the luncheon venue. I wasn't able to be home for Mother's Day after being hurt at work fighting a fire and needing surgery. I decided to send my wife, mother of 2, one of Floral Creations "upgraded" arrangements costing over $100. This tulip arrangement was unimpressive to say the least. Additionally, I called the store halfway through the day on Mother's Day to ensure the order went out and it was like pulling teeth to get anyone to confirm whether or not the order left for delivery. I like supporting local, mom-and-pop style establishments but I probably won't rely on this one again. Delivery was finally made about 3:30 that afternoon. read more

I called to place an order for a birthday gift for my daughter-in-law as I couldn't find exactly what I wanted on the website and I wanted to deal direct with a local flower shop. What wonderful service! They did not have the plant that I saw online in stock, so Marina helped me, first by describing different plants that they had in the shop and then she sent me pictures of the actual plants. She must have spent at least half an hour on the 'phone with me, going over the different options and prices. There were only six flowers in the vase...mostly green fillers. I recently lost a very close friend of mine and had no idea where to start on floral arrangements for his funeral. I had gone to one other floral shop and was treated very rudely so needless to say, I was feeling pretty defeated and fed up by the time I got there. My friends death was unexpected so money was definitely a concern for me. When I walked in, I was greeted very warmly and as I started to cry from pure frustration I was met with a very caring touch on my hand and told that it was going to be okay. I was walked through every option and she worked with my budget beautifully and even discounted the arrangements for me as I am military. I wasn't sure if I wanted them delivered or not because we didn't have the service completely planned, but I called her last minute and told her where it was and she offered to deliver them and get me taken care of. The day of the funeral, I walked in and the arrangements were absolutely stunning. Don't go anywhere else if you ever need flowers for a funeral. Have received many floral arrangements in the 14 years living in Meridian area - some were good, but most mediocre. Floral Creations shines. Recently received lovely arrangement at Christmas and two at Easter. Flowers were high quality, very fresh, and nice presentation.
