I want to shout from the top of a mountain how exceptional the customer services is at Wildflower Floral. We sent birthday flowers to our sweet Aunt for delivery on a Friday before the 3 day weekend and much to our surprise, she had headed out of town. The delivery person called me, but I was stuck in a work meeting and couldn't answer. No problem. They called back and informed me it was way too hot to leave her flowers at the door as I had originally suggested. I gave them my Aunt's number to coordinate the delivery and they were kind enough to arrange the delivery on Saturday when they are normally not doing deliveries. Well, my birthday girl was away today for the follow up delivery and again, I got another call. This team went above and beyond with communication and service and their flowers are beautiful beyond belief. I will use them for every flower need I have on the Boise/ Eagle area. The arrangement was a gift from a friend and such a wonderful surprise. It was beautiful when the delivery person handed it to me. The florist did a great job on the arrangement, it really was beautiful. Glancing at it throughout the day, kind of looked like a couple flowers were already dead, figured it was the lighting or I was seeing something, was not worried about it. I figured I would at least get a couple days out of the flowers before they turn brown. On to the Next day, darn, dead flowers falling on the counter. They did a good job on the look of the arrangement (hence 3 stars) but too bad a few of the flowers were bad. Such a disappointment. I will never tell my friend about this experience, I am too grateful for them, but I wouldn't recommend this florist. read more

I love this place so much. My mother has a medical condition and it makes it so she can't speak or hold things well. I brought her here for her birthday and the BEAUTIFUL ladies there made her feel so special. They made her feel welcome and celebrated, they helped her at every corner. They made absolutely magic out of the flowers she chose and really took the time to care about her. The flowers were perfect, they last a million years and honestly the owner is absolute magic. Unique, seasonal, stunning! My SIL's 40th birthday deserved a special gesture, so I combed through websites of Boise's florists until coming across Wildflower: creative, seasonal, gorgeous arrangements and a gift we'd be proud to give. I started an order online over the weekend, but the site warned me that the delivery address may be outside of the area to which Wildflower can readily deliver. I set an alarm to call first-thing Monday morning, and confirmed that delivery was possible--hooray! Especially long-distance, it was easy and a joy to give flowers from Wildflower. I appreciated that the receipt included my info, the recipient's info, and the note inside the card. I was also sent a photo of the arrangement--so fun to anticipate its delivery! It was vibrant and breathtaking. Also, we loved that the card was held up with a bamboo stake instead of plastic, and the instructions to keep the flowers vibrant relied on natural products. BEWARE: Photos on website are false advertising and customer service is deplorable! I ordered the Wild + Free bouquet to send to a friend. I usually use a different florist but decided this time I should go with someone local- to support local businesses. The flowers that arrived looked nothing like the photo displayed online. I decided to call to see if there was something they could to to make the situation right. I spoke with Corinne and explained I just wanted some sort of refund but she said that the only option would be to re-deliver the flowers. BUT in order to re-deliver the flowers they would have to pick up the old ones. After telling Corinne I did not want new flowers, I just wanted my money back for an unsatisfactory experience, she started arguing with me. I asked to speak with the owner and eventually I had to end the call because it turned into a very sour experience. It is safe to say I will NEVER be using Wildflower again, and I think you should think twice about using them too. read more

5 stars easy. I just happened to park outside Wildflower last time I came downtown and what a great find. The "grab and go" sign caught my eye so I swung in. Unlike most places advertising a great deal only to get you in, these bouquets were seriously amazing. I would never expect to get something so well put together and unique for such a great price. I ordered flower crowns for myself and my niece for my wedding reception after seeing gorgeous photos and seeing fabulous reviews from Wildflower Floral. I picked them up the day of the event and went to have my hair styled by my hairstylist for the event. When we got my crown out of the basket, it was a flimsy vine to go around the head that supported large flowers in the front. It was beautiful, but because of the way it was built we could not get the crown to stay on my hair. We tried multiple styles and securing devices and unfortunately had no luck! I was so sad that I couldn't wear the crown that day - especially because I didn't have a bouquet! My nieces flower crown was beautiful and much more sturdy than mine, so her's worked perfectly! I contacted Paige after my event and she apologized and generously refunded me the entire amount of the two crowns which was so kind. It just broke my heart to not have a crown to wear that day like I had envisioned! read more

I live on the East coast and wanted to send my sister flowers for her birthday. I dropped the ball on ordering and was scrambling to find a flower shop in Boise that would deliver same-day when it was already getting late in the day. I was nervous about finding a good shop, being over 2,000 miles away. Not only did Wildflower accommodate my request but they also custom built a bouquet based on the color palette I know my sister loves. Paige (could be wrong on name) was so helpful and even double checked my sister's address on her personal computer to ensure delivery to the right doorstep. She even sent me pics of the arrangement so I knew exactly what was being delivered to my sister. My sister got the flowers within a few hours and absolutely loved them. I mean, how could you not? I'm new to Boise. I literally drove to FOUR different flower shops before I found Wildflower. The other shops had outdated bouquets that had no sense of flow with their color tones (think tacky hospital flowers) that just aren't the modern and classy style I was looking for as a birthday gift. THANK GOODNESS I found Wildflowers . The moment I walked in the door I knew my search was over. I immediately saw their style in the floral display case ~ Classy, modern beautiful flowers with cohesive color palettes. Wedding style. I will also say that they actually had the best scented candles not only burning but for sale along with other boutique style soaps and bath products. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this florist to ANYONE. I hired them with confidence after our initial meeting for my August wedding and boy was that a mistake. Paige seemed like someone we could trust, took notes (or so I thought), but came up extremely short for our big day. Paige was not the one who delivered our flowers as I had been lead to believe, and when the flowers arrived, I actually told her assistant "those aren't my flowers". The colors weren't what we discussed and looked nothing like the sample photos that were on our portfolio. Our wanted colors were light pinks, nudes, blush, and greenery- we got brown, yellow, and some feather looking thing that you'd find by a pond. I asked for no babies breath, and my bridesmaids bouquets were full of it, with no pinks or blush, and no blooms what so ever( I'll post a pic of them). Thank the Lord I had a wedding planner who saved the day and HAD TO GO BUY NEW FLOWERS AT FRED MEYER TO REPLACE THE ONES I PAID FOR. My pictures were delayed as we had to reassemble new bouquets, including mine. We were rushed the entire time, we had to start pictures without bouquets and without boutonnières. The wedding started a half hour late due to this disaster. Mind you, we paid over $3500 for flowers we barely used. After the wedding I attempted to contact Paige to discuss a refund. 11 weeks later I have not heard 1 word from her. No apology, no attempt to make things right.
