I'm leaving these guys 4 stars because of the stellar service. Unfortunately the gorgeous flowers didn't make it beyond the 3rd day. :( Only one or two individual bulbs managed to start opening before they were done. Super disappointing given how beautiful they were and how much I enjoyed the store & staff. His designs are one of a kind and better than any arrangements I have ever seen. Irecently sent a birhday boquet which was beauiful and one of a kind. I also booked him for our wedding reception. When I walked into the train depot,where our reception was held, and saw my centerpieces- I almost cried at how insanely gorgeous they were. My daughter ordered flowers for her wedding on 7/7/2017. On the morning of her wedding day they called to say they never got payment. Everything had been paid in full months before that day. Once they found the receipt, that she had paid in full, they then said they did not have and could not get any flowers for her so they would refund her money. As of 7/21/2017 she is yet to receive her $542.00 refund. I would suggest finding a different florist if you need flowers and don't just want to be ripped off. read more

Oh, where to start... My friend ordered a birthday bouquet for me and had it delivered to the office. SO sweet. The flowers were beautiful. The vase...the vase, was sticky and smelly from them spray painting it. It reeked of paint fumes that smelled rubbery. The vase was still tacky from the paint not being cured. My coworker got the flowers from the delivery guy at 1:45pm and handed them to me and her fingerprints were left in it. The paint was ugly and bumpy, like they sprayed too much paint on and it ran. I figured the smell would go away after it dried, but it lingered all afternoon. I finally called @3:57pm and left them a voicemail with my concerns that although the flowers were pretty, the toxic smell from the vase was not acceptable to the office. (Another coworker has scent sensitivities). I get to the office at 8AM the next day, my office reeks of fumes. I get a call at 9AM and the lady on the phone said they're sorry about the vase, but they spray painted it because my friend said I liked black, and that they'll send someone out to pick it up and get me a new set. Hang up, ok nice! 11:45AM, a delivery guy comes to get the noxious vase. I ask where the new set is. He says he doesn't know. So...he's taking my birthday flowers FROM me. How about calling the shop and ask what the deal is. Even better, why didn't the shop either send him with a brand new set for me, or all I wanted was a new vase. Pop out the hideous one and pop the flowers in the new one. Done. But nooo. Delivery guy shrugs and says he doesn't know, he's just supposed to pick up this one. I said fine, you're just doing your job, have a nice day. Here you go, handed him my birthday flowers. 1:45PM a very unhappy delivery girl shows up at the office, I walk up and she says, "are these for you?" and hands them over. No apology, no nothing. And one of the super cool curlycues was broken. I hope this isn't how Will handles all his business. read more

Flowers at Will made our Christmas better! We had an arrangement for a centerpiece from another florist that needed zhuzhing up. We were helped by a delightful woman who sold us some additional flowers for the arrangement. She saved the day! The hydrangeas and ronouculoes brought the centerpiece to a higher level of beauty. They also have neat stuff in the shop and terrific employees. While I was there, someone was buying the most extraordinarily gorgeous arrangement that Will made. The cooler was empty at the end of the day when we were there, so I feel really fortunate. Here is a photo of some of the stems we bought mixed into the existing arrangement. I found #flowersatwill by chance one day as I was driving past his shop front. Veterans Day by chance or Remembrance Day for us in Europe (UK). I have whole story about that first trip in to the shop, which I now imagine is just a blown up version of the inside of Wills mind. I'll keep it to this for now, he is a great supporter of all the service and has great pride in his own close ties to them. (Hit me up if you what the bed time story version, it's much longer and involves shadow puppets) So yes, I have found it strange for the longest time that in Idaho you can only buy the "canned" flowers. I call the that because every florist pretty much has exactly the same. Well needles to say that's not for me. So Will and his epic team have become my answer. I ordered flowers for my wife for our anniversary on the company's website. I got an email the afternoon of the delivery day (a Saturday) from Will, the owner, telling me that he had attempted delivery twice that day and nobody had been home and he wanted to know what I would like him to do. I told him of a place outside our home where he could leave the arrangement if nobody was home if he was willing to try one more time. He called me a little while later (several hours after they had closed for the day) to tell me that somebody was going to go to the shop to get the flowers and bring them by our house and leave them in the place I had mentioned if nobody way home because he wanted to make sure that my wife got her flowers on our anniversary. I was very impressed with the customer service and the way Will kept in touch with me and really went out of his way to make sure that the flowers were delivered on the day I wanted, rather than making one attempt and then calling it a day, which I would have understood. My wife got her flowers on her anniversary and she LOVES them and it means a little more that she got them since I was out of town for work that day. Thanks to Will and his staff for going above and beyond what could have been reasonably expected of them. I will be using these guys for all my flower orders from here on out for sure! read more

I hate writing bad reviews, but after several emails and phone calls asking for a callback or communication about delivering an order that was nothing like what I ordered, I am writing a bad review. I live out of state, and this shop was recommended by family who live in Idaho. The flower arrangement ordered over the phone with one of his staff members was to have baby blue, the favorite color of the deceased person (my dauther-in-law's sister), peach, and ivory. Knowing that I love flowers and seeing what showed up at the funeral home, family members sent me photos. I was so embarrassed by what I saw. It was NOTHING like what I had asked for (NO baby blue or peach, but orange/gold). Not only that, they were delivered a day early to the funeral home (my family saw them there) to take to the church, and some of the flowers were wilted at the memorial service. All I want is my money back. And a phone call. And a returned email. I have received very poor customer service, and all of my family in Idaho will never use this shop again. read more

I'm not one to sweat the little things, but I can not recommend this shop. All be it, Will seems like a cool cat, but what I ordered and what I got delivered were two very different things. I ordered a couple weeks before Valentine's Day, trying to beat the rush, walking into the shop, I was acknowledged quickly. Will was with a customer and I just looked around, when it was my turn, we discussed the time situation on Saturday. I was told the only way to guarantee delivery before a certain time, was to make sure I sent the flowers the day before Valentine's Day...ok..the order, two long stem roses surrounded by white flowers and white lilies, there is meaning behind the arrangement, paid and left. The delivery was small white filler flowers and the roses, no lilies..I left a message about the situation and received a call back Saturday morning, the lady told me sorry but it was busy this week and the lilies where bad, I didn't get a call about the situation because it was to busy and my order got lost in the shuffle but they replaced the lilies with flowers of equal value. Two roses and white filler flowers..look I could and should be upset about many of the aspects of this order but what would that solve, Valentines is over. Working with several businesses that deal with this shop, I reluctantly have to recommend another shop. I get that situations change, but I wasn't given the courtesy and got lost in the shuffle. read more
