I'm leaving these guys 4 stars because of the stellar service. Unfortunately the gorgeous flowers didn't make it beyond the 3rd day. :( Only one or two individual bulbs managed to start opening before they were done. Super disappointing given how beautiful they were and how much I enjoyed the store & staff. For that reason alone I may give them another try, but I definitely expect more than 3-4 days out of a bouquet. Note: We did have and followed the instructions given. Because we're just like that. ;) read more

If I could give Will and his team more than 5 stars, I would. They deserve a million stars as far as I am concerned. He is the best in the business and a breath of fresh air. His designs are one of a kind and better than any arrangements I have ever seen. Irecently sent a birhday boquet which was beauiful and one of a kind. I also booked him for our wedding reception. When I walked into the train depot, where our reception was held, and saw my centerpieces- I almost cried at how insanely gorgeous they were. I couldn't have dreamt that they would have turned out any better. He exceeded all my expecations and I am still getting compliements about how great my flowers were. On top of this his shop is BRILLIANT.. everyone MUST go in and check it out. The shop has such great style I could be in there for hours upon hours. Will is kind and is willing to work with whatever your vision is. Word to the wise- his vision is pretty fantastic, regardless of what you do want. He is so incredibly talented and I can't begin to thank him enough for giving me everything I wanted for my wedding flowers. read more

Great to work with and great service!! I needed a birthday bouquet and basket for special family birthday. I called up spoke with them about idea and pricing... Very professional and really pleasant. They worked with me and we came up with some great ideas. The items were delivered when promised and I was notified when it was done. They provided the items/service as promised and the birthday girl said everything was "gorgeous"!! I will use Flowers at Will for all my floral and gift needs from now on!! read more

Their arrangements are creative and beautiful (though perhaps a bit non-traditional). Plus, the arrangements I've received from Flowers at Will have always smelled amazing, which is becoming rare! read more

I found this through yelp and I am so happy that I did. Thank you yelpers!!! What a fantastic florist. The staff are helpful and fun to work with, Will is wonderful. The shop is also interesting, we came in for flowers for a friend and ended up buying a lot of little unusual and quirky gifts. This is not your every day florist, this is not a unique shop where you do get individual attention. Trust Will, you will be happy that you did. The flowers arrived the following day and the friends loved them! Thank you! read more

Amazing Artistry !! Spectacular tall arrangement, some traditional flowers, some exotics - Just the right mix to say "WOW". It made the perfect "Congratulations on your move to Eagle" gift. I was sooo happy to find him on the web, with the same type of rave reviews - I felt confident that he could provide a beautiful, unusual arrangement - and was delighted when it arrived while we were visiting from California. read more

The best florist in town. Will is a pleasure to work with and can take any vision and go above and beyond to create something you and your receiving party will love. Will was recommended to me by my florist in Salt Lake City, UT, a mutual friend of ours. We met on rather unfortunate circumstances, needing a casket spray for my recent and suddenly departed sister in law. We gave him a description of her personality and our vision for how it would be represented in the spray. What arrived at the funeral home was more than we could have imagined. It was so uniquely her that it brought so many who saw it to tears. Our family is so grateful for Will and his team for making that day that much more special for us. read more

I send my wife flowers a lot, and they always disappoint me. Flowers at Will made a gorgeous bouquet for my wife. Amazing job.

Flowers at Will made our Christmas better! We had an arrangement for a centerpiece from another florist that needed zhuzhing up. We were helped by a delightful woman who sold us some additional flowers for the arrangement. She saved the day! The hydrangeas and ronouculoes brought the centerpiece to a higher level of beauty. They also have neat stuff in the shop and terrific employees. While I was there, someone was buying the most extraordinarily gorgeous arrangement that Will made. The cooler was empty at the end of the day when we were there, so I feel really fortunate. Here is a photo of some of the stems we bought mixed into the existing arrangement. We will definitely use this florist for our arrangements in the future. read more

My daughter ordered flowers for her wedding on 7/7/2017. On the morning of her wedding day they called to say they never got payment. Everything had been paid in full months before that day. Once they found the receipt, that she had paid in full, they then said they did not have and could not get any flowers for her so they would refund her money. As of 7/21/2017 she is yet to receive her $542.00 refund. I would suggest finding a different florist if you need flowers and don't just want to be ripped off. read more

Oh, where to start... My friend ordered a birthday bouquet for me and had it delivered to the office. SO sweet. The flowers were beautiful. The vase...the vase, was sticky and smelly from them spray painting it. It reeked of paint fumes that smelled rubbery. The vase was still tacky from the paint not being cured. My coworker got the flowers from the delivery guy at 1:45pm and handed them to me and her fingerprints were left in it. The paint was ugly and bumpy, like they sprayed too much paint on and it ran. I figured the smell would go away after it dried, but it lingered all afternoon. I finally called @3:57pm and left them a voicemail with my concerns that although the flowers were pretty, the toxic smell from the vase was not acceptable to the office. (Another coworker has scent sensitivities). I get to the office at 8AM the next day, my office reeks of fumes. I get a call at 9AM and the lady on the phone said they're sorry about the vase, but they spray painted it because my friend said I liked black, and that they'll send someone out to pick it up and get me a new set. Hang up, ok nice! 11:45AM, a delivery guy comes to get the noxious vase. I ask where the new set is. He says he doesn't know. So...he's taking my birthday flowers FROM me. How about calling the shop and ask what the deal is. Even better, why didn't the shop either send him with a brand new set for me, or all I wanted was a new vase. Pop out the hideous one and pop the flowers in the new one. Done. But nooo. Delivery guy shrugs and says he doesn't know, he's just supposed to pick up this one. I said fine, you're just doing your job, have a nice day. Here you go, handed him my birthday flowers. 1:45PM a very unhappy delivery girl shows up at the office, I walk up and she says, "are these for you?" and hands them over. No apology, no nothing. And one of the super cool curlycues was broken. I hope this isn't how Will handles all his business. read more

Unprofessional! The day of wedding 7/7/17 called bride telling her she never paid for her flowers and would not be receiving them. She did in fact pay in full. He said he already had received his weekly order and couldn't accommodate her! read more

Will takes the time to make each arrangement, gift basket and event unique and special. I don't know how he manages to truly understand what each customer's personality and wants are. But he does! I work at a company with 35 employees and it's at least once a week that someone in the office orders an arrangement or receives one. We have an extremely high bar and Will continues to go above and beyond with each order! His talents and creativity are incomparable, coupled with his fantastic customer service and attention to detail make Flowers At Will a perfect choice for any occasion! His clientele is more of a fan club than a customer base! read more

I found #flowersatwill by chance one day as I was driving past his shop front. Veterans Day by chance or Remembrance Day for us in Europe (UK). I have whole story about that first trip in to the shop, which I now imagine is just a blown up version of the inside of Wills mind. I'll keep it to this for now, he is a great supporter of all the service and has great pride in his own close ties to them. (Hit me up if you what the bed time story version, it's much longer and involves shadow puppets) So yes, I have found it strange for the longest time that in Idaho you can only buy the "canned" flowers. I call the that because every florist pretty much has exactly the same. Well needles to say that's not for me. So Will and his epic team have become my answer. Always unique, work with flowers that are constantly changing through the year. I can honestly say that every time I've ordered from #flowersatwill they've surpassed the scope of the original brief. It's not only the beautiful flowers and the way they're put together, but it's the unique thought for the person who ultimately will receive them that really counts when it come to #flowersatwill. Great people, clearly inspired by Will himself. I really can't say enough good things about this team. Please please only buy your gift from now on from #flowersatwill, you owe it to the person receiving them. read more

Will did our wedding and I just gotta say he made it. He made the space work and he made it special and it's not just a florist thing, though he is far and away talented in arrangements and his craft. The guy's awesome. I didn't know him prior and I may never get a chance where our paths cross again (except purely if I ever need flowers, I'm not going anywhere else) but I admire what he does and consider him a friend now for his effort. read more

I ordered flowers for my wife for our anniversary on the company's website. I got an email the afternoon of the delivery day (a Saturday) from Will, the owner, telling me that he had attempted delivery twice that day and nobody had been home and he wanted to know what I would like him to do. I told him of a place outside our home where he could leave the arrangement if nobody was home if he was willing to try one more time. He called me a little while later (several hours after they had closed for the day) to tell me that somebody was going to go to the shop to get the flowers and bring them by our house and leave them in the place I had mentioned if nobody way home because he wanted to make sure that my wife got her flowers on our anniversary. I was very impressed with the customer service and the way Will kept in touch with me and really went out of his way to make sure that the flowers were delivered on the day I wanted, rather than making one attempt and then calling it a day, which I would have understood. My wife got her flowers on her anniversary and she LOVES them and it means a little more that she got them since I was out of town for work that day. Thanks to Will and his staff for going above and beyond what could have been reasonably expected of them. I will be using these guys for all my flower orders from here on out for sure! read more

Ordered by phone. Super easy to work with, and the flowers for my Aunt's Memorial service were simply breathtaking. When I arrived, I found that the family placed Will's arrangement at the front and center of the sanctuary for the service. Couldn't be more pleased, highly recommend. read more

Very small but unique and personal flower shop. You won't find anything else like it in the valley, check it out!

As the holiday season approached, our family suddenly had a lost. Our beloved Grandmother left us. Still grieving and short on time, we approached Will Flowers the task of creating an floral arrangement befitting our Grachi, and he delivered. The arrangement was spectacular; with aromatics that reinforce the work of art. Will does more than just hears; he listens, to what you say and feels. This would be our goodbye and we wanted something family and friends would remember. Will Flowers not only delivered the flowers, he delivered the flowers that Grachi would love. read more

I'm not one to sweat the little things, but I can not recommend this shop. All be it, Will seems like a cool cat, but what I ordered and what I got delivered were two very different things. I ordered a couple weeks before Valentine's Day, trying to beat the rush, walking into the shop, I was acknowledged quickly. Will was with a customer and I just looked around, when it was my turn, we discussed the time situation on Saturday. I was told the only way to guarantee delivery before a certain time, was to make sure I sent the flowers the day before Valentine's Day...ok..the order, two long stem roses surrounded by white flowers and white lilies, there is meaning behind the arrangement, paid and left. The delivery was small white filler flowers and the roses, no lilies..I left a message about the situation and received a call back Saturday morning, the lady told me sorry but it was busy this week and the lilies where bad, I didn't get a call about the situation because it was to busy and my order got lost in the shuffle but they replaced the lilies with flowers of equal value. Two roses and white filler flowers..look I could and should be upset about many of the aspects of this order but what would that solve, Valentines is over. Working with several businesses that deal with this shop, I reluctantly have to recommend another shop. I get that situations change, but I wasn't given the courtesy and got lost in the shuffle. read more

I hate writing bad reviews, but after several emails and phone calls asking for a callback or communication about delivering an order that was nothing like what I ordered, I am writing a bad review. I live out of state, and this shop was recommended by family who live in Idaho. The flower arrangement ordered over the phone with one of his staff members was to have baby blue, the favorite color of the deceased person (my dauther-in-law's sister), peach, and ivory. Knowing that I love flowers and seeing what showed up at the funeral home, family members sent me photos. I was so embarrassed by what I saw. It was NOTHING like what I had asked for (NO baby blue or peach, but orange/gold). Not only that, they were delivered a day early to the funeral home (my family saw them there) to take to the church, and some of the flowers were wilted at the memorial service. All I want is my money back. And a phone call. And a returned email. I have received very poor customer service, and all of my family in Idaho will never use this shop again. read more
