Tracking showed that the product had been delivered. I contacted the recipient and learned that the product had never been delivered.   I received a refund for that order and contacted this store and ordered a replacement to be picked up by the recipient.   The recipient picked up the item and sent me the attached photos. The photos did not match the photo shown online of the large Holly Jolly arrangement. What she received resembled the regular size arrangement. She questioned the employee at the store and he told her it was a large when it clearly was a regular size.
