I had a horrible experience ordering from this Edible Arrangements. I placed an order online for the Large Holly Jolly Arrangement to be delivered on December 23, 2025. Tracking showed that the product had been delivered. I contacted the recipient and learned that the product had never been delivered.   I received a refund for that order and contacted this store and ordered a replacement to be picked up by the recipient.   The recipient picked up the item and sent me the attached photos. The photos did not match the photo shown online of the large Holly Jolly arrangement. What she received resembled the regular size arrangement. She questioned the employee at the store and he told her it was a large when it clearly was a regular size. read more

No call back. I emailed customer service twice, no response. ***update two days later*** Finally found the HQ customer service number by searching google as it is not publicly advertised on their website. Relayed my experience to them as well as reviews from other customers that had the same experience as I did. I told HQ how I could not believe this store had been in business so long but operated in this way. It is giving EA a bad name. The customer service representative was sympathetic and offered a refund but that is all. I stated how I was disappointed to think that there would be no recourse for the particular store and that the next person to place an order for their loved one would be disappointed when it doesn't arrive. It still blows my mind that all the store had to do was call me and let me know they couldn't fill my order instead of making me think everything was good to go. I could have made other arrangements for a birthday gift to be delivered. They wouldn't have even had to call me as I had called them three different times to confirm my order. Still no response from the particular store with an apology or any other reasoning for their poor business practices. Wow!! Ordered a $200 fruit bouquet on February 13, to be delivered to a loved one on February 16, but it never arrived. I even called the store a few moments after placing the order to confirm that they received it and then called again the morning of delivery to confirm that it was scheduled to be delivered that day. Both times had confirmation from an employee that it was confirmed. Kept checking the status via the online delivery tracker, and it never showed that the fruit bouquet was being crafted. I then called the store again at four pm on the day of delivery hoping that maybe they just didn't update their tracker, but did not get an answer. What a disappointment that this birthday gift for a loved one never arrived, and that I spent all day checking on its status. It appears based on reviews that this is not the only time in order did not get delivered. Edible arrangements should pull their franchise permit at the store. Beware when ordering from them as it's quite possible, you order will never be processed and you're loved one as well as you will be disappointed. read more

Online and when I placed my order it stated that this location is open Sunday from 9am-3pm placed it for 1pm showed up and the sign on the door says closed. Extremely frustrating driving all the way here and placing an order with the expectations the business is opened as it states. read more

Boise Edible Arrangements is impeccable on all fronts. they deliver out to Meridian which is amazing. they are on time, i've never been told no on a same day delivery. they always get the order right. they have given me discounts randomly, and always go above and beyond for us. aside from the total convenience, every single time i have ordered i feel like im talking to someone at Disney Land, they are the nicest and most pleasant staff you could imagine. Wish I read the reviews before ordering, I placed a Mother's Day order a month in advance, when it was delivered they stuck it in front of the garage so it sat for an hour before we finally found it and the balloon I paid for was not even inflated. Not only did my Valentines Order simply not arrive, in the tracking information it never even made it to being made. I asked for a refund, instead I got a second $103 charge. So I have been charged twice for an order that I still have not received. I will be going straight to my bank, as edible arrangements have been no help other than to charge me for services they failed on. Really disappointed. I made a call to order a cookie arrangement and even though they weren't getting their cookies in till Thurs, (which would be to late to accommodate all the employeess) I loved the gal on the phone and she was so fun and happy, I wanted to see what else was available to be delivered to the spine institute! We settled on a charcuterie board filled with the seasonal yummy favorites! Called on Saturday and too late for Mothers Day delivery which I totally understood. Ordered a $70 mixed fruit to be delivered for today (Monday) instead. By afternoon it hadn't arrived so started to call the store - no answer all afternoon. Called corporate # - waited on hold for 30 minutes then requested a callback so I didn't have to keep waiting--no one called back. When I just tried again message says the business hours are over! I will try again tomorrow but my mom was expecting a belated surprise all day and this really sucks. I am a frequent purchaser of Edible Arrangements as a realtor and give mixed fruit to my clients for closings but that stops now. Hopeful someone will actually be at the store tomorrow so I can get this to my mom. Extremely disappointing. read more

Very disappointing. I made an advance order for Mother's Day and paid $10 extra for confirmed delivery on that date. I was called around 2 PM on Mother's Day and told that the item I selected was not available but could be "upgraded" to a different item, and I agreed. That was the last I heard from Edible Arrangements, and nothing was delivered. At the very least, I would expect a call letting me know they were not delivering my order. read more

Ordered a gift for my mother to be delivered on Mother's Day, received a call from the store the day of that they couldn't make my order but offered me a free upgrade and confirmed it would still be delivered on Mother's Day. Negative stars? Similar to other recent reviews, Mother's Day was a total disappointment. I ordered about a week in advance for delivery on the Friday before Mother's Day. I received a call on Friday night that delivery would not make it on time, but that it would be delivered first thing Saturday AM. No word on Saturday or Sunday (Mother's Day) about delivery. On Sunday afternoon, I called the store and they apologized for the delay but that it would be upgraded and delivered that same day (Mother's Day). When it hadn't arrived by Monday evening, I called and was offered a refund and "sincere" apology. I requested that they still deliver ASAP and was informed they could deliver in 4 days. I requested Wednesday and they agreed. On Wednesday evening I received a notification from my credit card that payment had been refunded. If you can't handle the deliveries, please stop taking orders. Wonder if they'll offer my mom an apology? read more

I am absolutely obsessed with Edible Arrangements now. I'm writing this review as a recipient of these fabulous treats. My husband placed a delivery for Friday for a bouquet of chocolate covered strawberries, my addiction. They were delicious. The strawberries were incredibly sweet and super fresh. Not one was sour. The chocolate used was rich and creamy. And I absolutely loved the candy that coated some of the berries. My sweet tooth totally got the best of me and I ate the entire thing in an hour. They were so. damn. good! I'm truly impressed with my first Edible Arrangements experience! I cannot wait to return the favor for my wonderful husband or another friend. Thanks EA for help kickstarting what ended up being one of the Valentine's Day weekends I've ever had. I recommend you try them out too for that special someone. My sister sent me an Edible Arrangement for my birthday. I live in Florida, but I was going to be with my lady friend in Boise, ID to celebrate my birthday. I was completely shocked when the arrangement arrived, and to my surprise the fruit was very fresh and mouth wateringly delicious! I sent a picture of the arrangement to my sister and she commented that the picture I sent looked 'exactly' like the picture she saw when she ordered it. Terrible experience. My family tried to do something nice and send me an arrangement. My mom pre planned one week in advance for a Mother's Day delivery... Sunday comes around they call her at 2pm saying they can't do what she's ordered but will make an upgrade. Nothing ever came.. she called Sunday evening leaving messages, Monday morning leaving messages and then called again and finally got someone to pick up. They told her there was a shipment issue and the ball was dropped... she was told she'd get a discount... I then called and asked where was the manager how does something like this happen to everyone. After reading the reviews from Sunday.. they explained the manager was in the back and they didn't get the information to them up front in time? Why wouldn't you call people before you left for the day? You just left everyone wondering what was happening? She said they would deliver on Thursday... I said I wanted a call from a manager... never got one. Then I call on Thursday wondering what the status was. I was told that it wasnt on the road or ready... then I asked why the manager never called? All I got told was there's a note that says refund order... I told them to cancel the order and refund the money... I'll tell anyone not to waste there time with these people. read more

Great experience with Edible Arrangements of Boise. I ordered a sympathy arrangement online. As soon as I finished the order, I realized I needed to make a correction. The store was not open but I called anyway. I expected to have to leave a message, but Laura answered the phone. Very, very helpful! I came in an hour before closing on a weekday hoping to grab a pre-made bouquet for a vegan co-workers birthday the next day. They were sold out. I was pretty disappointed until the woman working told me it would be no problem at all to put one together for me right then! She had me describe what I was wanting & then pulled up several photos online to make sure we were on the same page, and then she let me customize it! She was so nice & went so far out of her way in the customer service department. Had the worst experience. And usually its good but not today.i wanted to suprise my husband with a gift. And couldnt find the location and ended up calling the recipient instead of the buyer. I live in another state and don't get to see a lot of my parents. They are older and don't have many things they need that they don't already have. How many pairs of slippers can you send? Flowers are nice, but meh, especially for my Dad. But who doesn't like fruit? I sent one on a whim a few years ago and they both raved about it, so I send them now regularly. My sister has seen what they've received and said that the Boise location has really gone above and beyond. I've sent 8 or 9 bouquets from this location, including a big Thanksgiving centerpiece, and I really couldn't ask for anything more. They always look even better than on the website. I asked Dad today (Father's Day) if he was getting tired of fruit and wanted something different next time and he said "Don't you dare!" Dad's only request: now that the doctor lifted his diet restrictions he wants chocolate dipped like Mom gets :-) For the same price as flowers, or even cheaper, they get something beautiful that they really enjoy for days.
