If you are looking for a Florist I highly recommend The Flower Place in Meridian ID. I live in Texas and have had several flower arrangements delivered to my daughter and grandaughters. They are so sweet and helpful with my orders. They always make sure that the arrangements I ordered are correct and what I had expected. They always deliver on time and call me if there are any concerns. The website is great and easy to use. I placed an order today very early and there was no problem getting the flowers delivered today. Please give them a try, you will be very happy that you did. First of all, HAPPY HAPPY!! These are birthday flowers for my daughter-in-law. I called right before 1:00pm local time to inquire if I was too late to have flowers sent the same day. I offered up the delivery zip code and I was told it was not too late. I was asked what type of flowers she liked and I told her. I gave the young lady on the phone a price range and all the other details to complete this order. I like to leave it up to my local florist to see what they can do with complete freedom to make something beautiful just based on a quick conversation. What was created was visually stunning, vibrant and smells heavenly (thank a star gazer lily!). I definitely got what I paid for and my DIL was super happy! Thank you for an outstanding experience. read more

I was in Meridian and need to pick up a bouquet of flowers for a Birthday. I Yelped and The Flower Place was near by so decided to stop. The place is an old gas station From the outside they've tried to make it presentable as a flower shop and have done a decent job. The staff was very friendly and they have a very nice selection of flower arrangements with prices that were reasonably in today's market. If you're looking for flowers and are near downtown Meridian this small business is one to give a try. read more

The first time I went to The Flower Place I was blown away. I found everything in the shop 50% off! All premade arrangements, plants, and gifts 50% off!! I purchased flowers for friends who needed encouragement and two hanging baskets for my home. I have been back two more times and been exceeding pleased with my purchases and friends delighted. Service is always friendly and helpful and regular prices fair. So when you go on customer appreciation day, the third Thursday of the month, you get your money's worth for sure!!! I have the third Thursday of the month marked on my calendar It's nice to be appreciated and it's time to celebrate read more

I sent my friend the "Beautiful in Blue" bouquet to say thank you for taking care of me after I broke my finger and getting me to the ER safely. The bouquet looks exactly like the online picture and she loved it! I was impressed that it was delivered when I asked - the day before Valentine's Day. I was expecting it to be delayed, figuring they would be overwhelmed with V-Day deliveries. They weren't even as expensive as some of the other florists I looked at. I will definitely use them again,! read more

My daughter ordered me flowers from this florist. The arrangement was absolutely adorable and I was so impressed with the creativity. The flower arrangement is now a week old and you would never know it. The flowers look as fresh as the day I got them. And as a side note......the lady that delivered my flowers was very very friendly. This florist gets a 10 out of 10 from me. Looks like I found my florist! read more

Absolutely love this shop! My husband surprised me with a "just because" arrangement from here and I loved them! So when my parents came down to visit, it happened to be my mom's birthday and I didn't think twice to order from here. I ordered in the morning and they were here just past noon. SHE LOVED THEM! And so did I! They're so vibrant and beautiful and exceeded the picture shown and my expectations. The ladies are also so sweet! read more

During ordering and delivery, everyone I talked to was kind and helpful and the flowers were beautiful. I am out of state and ordered flowers for a friend. When they tried to deliver, she wasn't home. They actually called me and asked if it would be alright for them to leave the flowers on the porch. Since I knew she was in town I told them to go ahead and leave them, so they carefully placed them in a protected place and left them. That has been very unusual for me during the last few years. Most places where I have ordered just leave the flowers and hope that they don't freeze or die because it's too hot. I don't remember the last time I had a real telephone call asking what I wanted. Beautiful flowers and exceptional service! Thank you. read more

Friendly and helpful. Quick delivery. Arrangements beautiful. Definitely will use again

Beautiful arrangements! We recently received a beautiful arrangement for my daughter's celebration! It was huge on a stand , the flowers were amazing ! The deep red velvet roses were large and smelled so good! We received another with huge pink roses , white lilies and glads! Spectacular! It had a small angel in the middle! read more

No stars. I live in California and placed a "specific" phone order for my daughter's 24th birthday bouquet to be delivered in Meridian, Idaho the same day. My first question was, do you have pink gardenias? This is my daughter's symbolic flower that bloomed in my garden when I found out I conceived her. She said they didn't have a gardenia plant. But they had the individual gardenia, she could ask the designer to spray it pink, I thought perfect! I also asked to add white roses other pink and white flowers and "no carnations" within my price budget. She said it would be on the smaller scale, which was understandable. The concept was to be a symbolic single pink gardenia. What arrived? A single "pink hydrangea" with some white roses and pink & white "carnations" I specifically said "pink gardenia" and "no carnation's". She switched the order. When I called to discuss this, the designer emphatically listen to me, then called her and I was told by the designer that the owner said we discussed a hydrangea. And that I never said gardenia. Or anything about not wanting carnation's. That's funny, because I received this lesson from her on the phone, on how rare and expensive gardenias are. But she could did have gardenia stems which were expensive she continued to educate me. I use to grow gardenias in my garden. All I wanted was my daughter to receive this special message through a single gardenia. In the end, I got charged a fortune for something I didn't order. As a previous business owner myself and I can't imagine arguing with a customer about what the customer communicated. Further, as a designer myself, when it comes to flowers, it is unexcusable. In the end, I spoke to the designer, he called the owner, who denied I asked for a gardenia. She switched the order and it was wrong. Pretty, but wrong. He told me her notes said hydrangea and she didn't bother to specify no carnation's. There was no attempt on the owners behalf to admit the error. She told the designer, I request a hydrangea. I'm beside myself. I repeated the flower name 5 times in the conversation with her. Gardenia. Period. No carnations. There was no offer to rectify this or provide a resolution to resend my daughter her gardenia. Further, I was told I ordered something I didn't. Just bad business etiquette. read more

The best service Very Personal service. The owner truly cares. I had her do 3 different last minute arrangements to 3 of my relatives for a family loss. I called her late on a Friday and she took care of it for me. Then she sent me photos of each. My family members were all very touched. Her prices are very reasonable. I will call her for all my future needs. read more

In my experience, it is difficult to trust a florist. Especially if you are ordering from a place in a different city or state. I have been let down by the national chains over and over. So, when I find a florist, that does an incredible job, I feel like it's important to let that be known for anyone needing beautiful flowers any and all all occasions. Let me tell you about The Flower Place. They are incredible. They deliver on experience and quality. Their flowers smell as beautiful as they look which If you have been on the receiving end of a 1-800 flower factory bouquet, you know what I'm talking about. It seems that flowers with no scent are what you get anymore. Well, you don't have to worry about that at The Flower Place. Their designs are thoughtful and lovely. I highly recommend them for any occasion. read more

I received the perfect flower arrangement last month when my husband passed away. If I had picked out the flowers myself they would have been exactly the same as I received. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!! I ordered from the reviews posted on yelp and boy am I sorry I did! I spent a good deal of time on the phone from CA with the gentleman taking my order. CLEARLY they do not care what you, the customer wants and care even less about the recipient. I specifically said, no carnations! I also, without going into detail, said this needed to be a "cheerful" bouquet. My daughter and I sent this together and when she saw the picture her comment was, "Mom, this is a $10 bouquet!!!" We spent $50 + delivery fees. As you can see they designers did not bother to look at the arrangement. They grab some flowers, stuffed them in a vase and had a 7 year old tie the bow on. Again, for $50!!! Spend your money elsewhere... DO NOT ORDER FROM THE FLOWER PLACE!!! read more

"The Flower Place" is my go-to shop whenever I need flower arrangements. I have been a faithful Flower Place customer for probably upwards of 15 years or more, mostly because I they have done such a great job with every occasion that I have need to call upon them. Weddings, Funerals, Proms, Valentine's Day are just a few of the occasions where we have used The Flower Place, and we have always been happy with the results. Most recently, I called upon The Flower Place to get an arrangement for my wife for our wedding anniversary. I ordered the flowers online, and when I went to pick them up, the flowers were ready. Ordered flowers for my Daughter's 50th Birthday. These were just so beautiful and they made her so happy. Fantastic place to work with, delivered on time and exactly how they should have looked. I am from out of state and they were recommended by the Meridian Chamber of Commerce. Rick is actually the one that recommended them. Great customer service, flower selection, and prices! I also really liked their website and when I called to confirm delivery, they answered right away and helped me. Giving 4 stars ONLY because the flowers started to die the day after delivery. However, the Flower Place made it right, and went above and beyond to deliver a new arrangement right away. It was my Grandmother's 80th birthday, so these were very important flowers. Showing pictures of when they were delivered, when they died, and when they were replaced. I would absolutely recommend the Flower Place to anyone looking for a local delivery! Thank you for replacing the first flower arrangement! read more
