The chocolates are definitely the highlight: they taste premium, are beautifully made, and feel high quality. They're slightly on the expensive side, but worth it if you want really good chocolate. About half of the store appears to be their in-house chocolates and truffles, while the other half consists of gummies, taffy, and other candies that are sourced from elsewhere. I did ask before buying, so I knew -- but unless you ask, it's not very clear what's made in-house and what isn't. A bit more transparency would be helpful. The gummies I tried were excellent (and I even got a great $1 bundle deal). The taffy, sourced from Salt Lake City, had good flavor but was firmer and more rubbery than the soft, melt-in-your-mouth texture I prefer. Overall, a strong 4 out of 5 stars -- great chocolates and selection, with just a little room for clearer labeling.

The young lady explained that the gelato is made by a man from California, and it is brought in fresh. There are a lot of flavors to choose from, and they all look amazing. While I was trying to choose, I was offered many samples, which did help me decide on my choice. I got some gelato for myself and some for my wife, who was patiently waiting at home. Behind her at the counter cubbies, there shirts in several colors available to be pressed with the design of your choice. We chose two womens designs and one men's designs and these were pressed right in front of us. Aside from shirts, we got other goodies as well. I've already written out and mailed most of the postcards we purchased and added things to my little scrapbook. Nice store to visit and shop for Boise, ID stuff!
