The prices are a little high for its quality. The food came out quick, good service and good vibes in the restaurant. The flavor was lacking a little bit but it was still decent.

Enjoyed a pleasant meal here tonight before the snow storm arrives. Small though clean space. Ample parking available . Authentic delicious Korean food . Attentive service. We also ordered a soup to go because of the cold weather and expected snow. The only thing for me is I prefer to have fountain sodas available when I go out to dine. They do not serve this and only have can drinks just as an FYI. Other than that it was a nice experience.

Service wasn't the best but the food was authentic and delicious. Served fresh and piping hot. Parking available in plaza.

Hard to find a good spot for Korea food in CLT area. From my experience, Dae Bak is one of the best. We came on a Sat night around 6:30 and didn't have any issues getting seated. The had a good selection of beer/drinks....far better than I expected (would still like an IPA option). We started with the steamed pork dumplings ($8) and they were well prepared. My bride ordered the Dolsot Bibmimbap ($20) with chicken. She really enjoyed it....but did say the chicken quality could have been better. I went with the Jeyuk Bokkem ($24) and it was excellent. Our meal came with the traditional Korean assortment of side dishes....which is one of the highlights for us! Service was super prompt and friendly!

OMG!!! Not sure how I'm just finding out that this place exists down the street from my home??!! Anyhow, it's AMAZING! They have my fav, hot stone bibimbap...it's fantastic. And those sweet chili wings are WOWZERS. Definitely the best wings I've had in this area. They will be seeing more of us, we will be regulars. Service is outstanding as well!

I visited on a Friday night around 5:30 PM. My party of 2 was able to walk-in and be seated right away. We were greeted promptly and staff was friendly. After placing our order, the server brough out 5 small dishes but didn't explain what everything was. I would have appreciated if he took the time to do that. Also, the menu was a tad overwhelming. My friend ordered: Korean Fried Wings (10 pieces - Sweet Chili / $18.00). Loved the sauce. The wings were good but not as crispy as I would have liked. More batter than I like. I ordered: Gochu Jjajangmyun (added chicken) $16.00 + $5.00. Ordered a Korean Fun beverage (Pear / $3.50) as well. This dish was a large portion. Wasn't a fan of the chicken being fried, it was heavily battered. The dish is spicy as well. Beverage was refreshing - like a pear puree and not overly sweet. Overall, this was a cute spot. I'd visit again and recommend to a fellow foodie!

Food is fantastic. I was craving Korean Chinese food as we don't have a good one in Raleigh and I was amazed. I wish I lived closer so I could visit more often

This is my second time eating here is not impressive as my first visit. The food quality and taste are certainly lowered than my previous visit. The tofu hotpot broth is watery (not rich) and bland. It's a total disappointment. The squid is ok. The serving is small considering the price. Sadly, this visit will be my last.

Fabulous food and a yummy cocktail called Suju. We shared a bottle of it because it's strong, but also very smooth and tasty like vodka. I had the bibimbap which was fantastic and very generous portions. I love the pickled veggies and kimchi sides that come with the food. Excellent service and reasonable prices! I hope to visit again soon.

Sadly the food was not good. It made my stomach hurt. The building was clean but had a weird smell to it. The service was good. After living in Korea for 3 years, I found the taste nowhere near authentic. We were in a community that the business seemed to cater to. The ox bone soup was strings of meat, not the actual bone, and the soup base tasted like water. The dolsot tasted like rice and boiled meat and vegetables, and the marinated pork had no flavor or spice. I'm surprised with the high rating. DO NOT EAT if you you are used to authentic Korean food. I paid 75 dollars and learned a hard lesson.

Tuesday special was bursting with spicy flavors and very solid. The waitress suggested I get it and I thanked her profusely afterwards. The lunch specials are a great bang for your buck - highly recommend!

Cute little Korean restaurant. Service was fast and friendly. Ordered several appetizers and two meals. All were flavorful. Definitely don't regret the drive up to visit this place.

This is a hidden gem in the village of Mint Hill. The staff was very nice, answered questions and were supper efficient. They have plenty of menu choices and every thing had a very distinct taste and flavor. Portions were pretty heavy and each table got an assortment of add ins served with meals. We ordered the steamed dumplings for an app. Sizzling stone pot with marinated beef (3 meat options) and it was delicious as well as the fried pork with sweet and sour sauce. Can't wait to come back.

This was my first time having bulgogi since I just started eating beef again a could months ago. It was delicious and well seasoned and paired perfectly with the glass noodles. The soy vinegar pickles were also yummy. I would definitely come back again! The staff are also nice and they have great reviews for a reason. The only slight issue I'll note is that it is smaller than I thought on the inside. They have about 6 four person tables in the entire place so the 6 of us took up almost half the restaurant. Also to note I love the art on the wall that displays the menu items and describes the dish.

I called this restaurant to confirm they don't use fruit juice in their bulgogi marinade, as I'm allergic. They assured me twice that they don't. It was a lot of fun but there are definitely some things that would have made this experience a little smoother for us. Overall, the price is very reasonable when split between the group. One very easy and good improvement would be to move the TV screen to the back of the room. It's positioned in the same area as the "stage" so everyone had to turn their backs to read the lyrics which just felt silly. For a room fit for 25, more mics are needed! I think it's 2 per room regardless of the size. The most frustrating part of our experience is that our YouTube queue was somehow shared with another room's. We would add songs, they would delete them. Random songs would show up in our queue, we would delete them. We didn't realize it until about 20 minutes in. When we told an employee about this, they weren't aware and didn't know what to do about it, but that's definitely something that needs to be sorted out for a better experience. Space-wise it's definitely pretty cramped although you could say that it made things more intimate. Food was good though! I've also had a lot of karaoke experiences where tambourines are included for added fun. Definitely wasn't expecting this, but that could be a fun addition! Overall I've had better karaoke room experiences but I would still go back again and recommend to anyone who's never done this before!

Came here with a group of ~20 friends to do a karaoke night. We had a lot of fun as a group, but…read morethe actual karaoke experience was not great. My feedback: 1. Add more mics in each room - there were only 2 mics in our room. When I did this style of karaoke before there were 5 or 6 mics so it was easy for the whole group to participate. Our room only had 2 mics. Yes we could share and everyone was able to sing along even if they didn't have a mic, but being able to sing into the mic and pretend you're a pop star while you're up on stage is part of the fun. 2. Rearrange the TV screens/furniture - the "stage" area is on the same wall as the TV, so whoever was singing had to turn their back on the audience to look at the words. 3. Fix the song queuing experience and train staff on how to use/troubleshoot - our group's songs kept disappearing from the queue, and we figured out about halfway through our session that there was a technical issue resulting in two different rooms adding songs to the same queue. When we asked the staff for help they had no idea how to fix the issue. These things are all pretty important to the karaoke experience, so we won't be coming back to this location. However, the rooms at the Noda location are set up a lot better, so we'll probably try there if we go again.
