Every nice experience here. Service is good, friendly & inviting. I think it's a hidden gem for Korean food. I would come back and certainly would recommend.

(OL) Mapa Tofu (마파두부). Pretty tasty and definitely not too spicy at all.

We walked in on a Saturday night to nobody in the restaurant. This was very surprising in the end because the service was amazing as well as the food. The restaurant also has a nice vibe and fits the cuisine very well. Overall, very very kind people and very attentive too. The Mapo Tofu was good but the soft tofu soup was really really delicious. The banchan was also really tasty. I'm really not sure why it was so empty, it's a shame. I would 100% come back if I lived in the area!

The prices are a little high for its quality. The food came out quick, good service and good vibes in the restaurant. The flavor was lacking a little bit but it was still decent.

Service wasn't the best but the food was authentic and delicious. Served fresh and piping hot. Parking available in plaza.

Hard to find a good spot for Korea food in CLT area. From my experience, Dae Bak is one of the best. We came on a Sat night around 6:30 and didn't have any issues getting seated. The had a good selection of beer/drinks....far better than I expected (would still like an IPA option). We started with the steamed pork dumplings ($8) and they were well prepared. My bride ordered the Dolsot Bibmimbap ($20) with chicken. She really enjoyed it....but did say the chicken quality could have been better. I went with the Jeyuk Bokkem ($24) and it was excellent. Our meal came with the traditional Korean assortment of side dishes....which is one of the highlights for us! Service was super prompt and friendly!

OMG!!! Not sure how I'm just finding out that this place exists down the street from my home??!! Anyhow, it's AMAZING! They have my fav, hot stone bibimbap...it's fantastic. And those sweet chili wings are WOWZERS. Definitely the best wings I've had in this area. They will be seeing more of us, we will be regulars. Service is outstanding as well!

I visited on a Friday night around 5:30 PM. My party of 2 was able to walk-in and be seated right away. We were greeted promptly and staff was friendly. After placing our order, the server brough out 5 small dishes but didn't explain what everything was. I would have appreciated if he took the time to do that. Also, the menu was a tad overwhelming. My friend ordered: Korean Fried Wings (10 pieces - Sweet Chili / $18.00). Loved the sauce. The wings were good but not as crispy as I would have liked. More batter than I like. I ordered: Gochu Jjajangmyun (added chicken) $16.00 + $5.00. Ordered a Korean Fun beverage (Pear / $3.50) as well. This dish was a large portion. Wasn't a fan of the chicken being fried, it was heavily battered. The dish is spicy as well. Beverage was refreshing - like a pear puree and not overly sweet. Overall, this was a cute spot. I'd visit again and recommend to a fellow foodie!

Food is fantastic. I was craving Korean Chinese food as we don't have a good one in Raleigh and I was amazed. I wish I lived closer so I could visit more often

This is my second time eating here is not impressive as my first visit. The food quality and taste are certainly lowered than my previous visit. The tofu hotpot broth is watery (not rich) and bland. It's a total disappointment. The squid is ok. The serving is small considering the price. Sadly, this visit will be my last.

Fabulous food and a yummy cocktail called Suju. We shared a bottle of it because it's strong, but also very smooth and tasty like vodka. I had the bibimbap which was fantastic and very generous portions. I love the pickled veggies and kimchi sides that come with the food. Excellent service and reasonable prices! I hope to visit again soon.

Tuesday special was bursting with spicy flavors and very solid. The waitress suggested I get it and I thanked her profusely afterwards. The lunch specials are a great bang for your buck - highly recommend!

This is a hidden gem in the village of Mint Hill. The staff was very nice, answered questions and were supper efficient. They have plenty of menu choices and every thing had a very distinct taste and flavor. Portions were pretty heavy and each table got an assortment of add ins served with meals. We ordered the steamed dumplings for an app. Sizzling stone pot with marinated beef (3 meat options) and it was delicious as well as the fried pork with sweet and sour sauce. Can't wait to come back.

Sadly the food was not good. It made my stomach hurt. The building was clean but had a weird smell to it. The service was good. After living in Korea for 3 years, I found the taste nowhere near authentic. We were in a community that the business seemed to cater to. The ox bone soup was strings of meat, not the actual bone, and the soup base tasted like water. The dolsot tasted like rice and boiled meat and vegetables, and the marinated pork had no flavor or spice. I'm surprised with the high rating. DO NOT EAT if you you are used to authentic Korean food. I paid 75 dollars and learned a hard lesson.

First off service was great and relatively quick , I love that they have a button for you to press if you need something!! I wish most restaurants did that! Now into the food... I got the Jjolmyeon this is my specialty and my favorite dish I get it all year round at SuperG I will say it's a bit spicier which I LOVE and more liquidy which I'm not use to. Overall not bad definitely a great backup super good. 4/5 on that. Kimchi was really good , was perfectly fermented. then I finished with the Tteokbokki unfortunately I had no more room to finish but I think it's the best tteokbokki I've ever had and usually this is my least favorite dish, I liked it so much I took it Togo! might add cheese on top later for dinner. I also love that it was ACTUALLY SPICYYY usually when a Korean dish is labeled spicy it's not that spicy to me (it's the West African in me) but had a nice kick that I appreciated. 5/5 ALSO CLEAN!!! really clean inside !!!

Revisited for a late lunch...and noticed some changes, but not necessarily for the better…read more For one, I noticed that their entranceway is now super-cluttered...and just kind of a big mess! I wonder why they had so much clutter up front?? Just did not make a good impression as you walked in. Then the music...it's no longer K-Pop, but Rap (or heavier Hip Hop?). I've never been to a KBBQ restaurant that didn't play K-Pop...so that was a bit offputting (for me). Not only did it betray the theme of the restaurant (K-Pot??), I just thought it made the vibe feel a bit too hard and intense...not as chill and relaxing as before. Then the menu. Seemed that they got rid of the desktop menu...which I kinda liked. With my verbal orders, there were some mistakes. They brought out 2 orders of Spicy Fish and 2 orders of Calamari...which just made the table busier than it needed to be. Still, my waitress was fairly attentive...so no issues after that. I ordered my fave items...Spicy Bulgogi, Beef Brisket, Spicy Fish and Calamari, along with Pineapple and Broccoli. Plus, there's the AYCE table with side dishes and sauces...which made the whole experience busier than it needed to be?? Still, one of the strengths of this place is its abundance of side veggies! I enjoyed the meal...but I missed a few options normally found in more authentic Korean BBQ restaurants. Unfortunately, I felt that the ambiance was way off this time (messy entrance, harsh overhead music)...plus I think the A/C was off (or on too low). Sorry, but must dock a star this time.
