The flavor was as you'd expect with teriyaki sauce, but don't expect rare steak. The sushi rice was seasoned really well, though! Glazed Shrimp Similar to walnut shrimp with a thick, sweet sauce. The shrimp was perfectly cooked, although the tempura batter wasn't as crunchy as I'd hoped, understandable once it's tossed in the sauce. I squeezed some of the orange garnish over a bite, and the acidity actually balanced the sweetness really well. The broccoli seemed mostly decorative since it didn't have much seasoning beyond the sauce. Overall, it was a good experience with great service, a nice atmosphere, and the winner dish being the wonton soup!

The dumplings are a mix of chicken and pork. They tasted okay. I prefer pan fried, while there were more so steamed. Hibachi steak with mushrooms: comes with sweet carrots, fried rice, and a 4oz container of white sauce. The carrots were indeed sweet (naturally) but quite mushy. I found the rice and the steak to both lack seasoning. The sauce was a MUST. I wish I was asked how I like my steak cooked cuz these were bordering well done.
