The hummus was smooth but again, not very flavorful. Both were drowned in olive oil, which was fine. The pita bread was warm and soft and oddly sweet, which helped cut the bitterness of the baba ganoush. The dips did have fresh ingredients and I feel healthy eating them. They really only deserve 4 stars but I want this gyro to stay around! Will eat again, but not the dips.

The 2 things that would have elevated the bowl for me would have been salt and spice! We have gone during their Paella Sunday & Oyster Roast events and spent beautiful late afternoons outside with friends. They offer a great variety of wine to pair with the food. We got to experience a few different wine tastings. These might have moved offside with their second location but were fun and educational. Thursday Burrito special is a great way to explore their different offering. And almost always there is enough for.the next day.
