My only suggestion is for to-go orders: please include a fork and napkins. I ended up eating the tabouli by scooping it with the fries,which, surprisingly, was pretty tasty (and super messy!) Not dry by any means, but not overly moist. It was topped with ample icing, but not so much as to require the Wolford Brimley be seanced back to provide me supplies. As you can tell from the list of ingredients above I found the bowl offered a lot of fun combinations making for a great eating experience. The 2 things that would have elevated the bowl for me would have been salt and spice! I understand that serving a large range of clientele from a food truck would force seasoning to be on a lighter handed side versus a heavy handed side.
